PJ Fitzpatrick members were great. John, our sales guy, was thorough and very helpful in making sure we got a new shower as quickly as possible to replace our damaged one. The install team, Joe and his partner, were prompt, courteous, and did a great job. The subway tile was expertly matched up despite having a difficult built-in cubby to work around. Even when we had unforeseen/unpreventable issues, the team was very quick to remedy the issue, all while maintaining their promise to keep the promised price. I have zero complaints and would recommend the team to anyone looking for a shower replacement.

Michael Radice of PJ Fitzpatrick couldn't have been better. From the initial consultation and walking us through multiple solutions at different price points, to the return to do the proeject, it went really well. He was on time, communicative, professional, and fixed a problem we had with our door for years that multiple other companies tried to charge us more to do.

We were so pleased with the installation services provided by Wilber, Pernell and Raymond. When Wilber arrived, he went through the entire process with us, and then began to lay drop cloths on the entire path from the front door to the bathroom. All three men were very pleasant and hardworking.About an hour before they were finished, they asked us exactly where we wanted the shelves and safety bar, and made sure we were satisfied before they attached them. They worked for eleven hours straight, and by the time they left, it was hard to believe that they could have accomplished what they did in just one day. Of course the original tub, tiles, sheetrock, etc. had been removed, and all the dust and debris had been cleaned up. The new tub and tiles are gorgeous, everyone who has seen it has been amazed how beautiful it came out and asks how many days it took!

The tub replacement was done on time and professional. Only complaint was NOT the workmanship, but the project taking two days instead of the promised one day (at time of signing).

PJ Fitzpatrick did a great job installing our new shower/bathtub. It looks and works great and has a lifetime warranty. They installed new plumbing and a new drain which also fixed a water hammering problem we had with our clothes washer. We contracted them through Costco which had the added bonus of getting a Costco shopping card worth 10% of the job cost.

Very friendly, quick and simple with detailed explanations of the potential and current problems. They offer many options and prices to go about fixing stuff, definitely recommend.

Raymond headed up the project by being there first and going over everything thoroughly. He has a great attitude and work ethic. Pernell was second to show with all of the supplies. They got right to work and kept going. There were a couple issues along the way but I was kept informed the whole time. Raymond kept everything very real as far as time and issues arising. I like that. I want the truth. They were going to need a little more time and called in a 3rd guy to get the job done. Sebastian showed up and jumped right in. They worked really well together and stayed a little longer bur got the job done to perfection. Extremely satisfied customer here.

Joseph & Joshua removed a walk-in tub, corrected a botched up plumbing job done be the tub people, and installed a walk in shower. All in one day. They are professional, smart, talented and crafty in their profession, efficient, precise, respectful and courteous. They take pride in their work and did an excellent job. Everything was done neatly and perfectly. They left everything neat and clean. I love my new walk-in shower and know I will enjoy it for many years.

We had our basement door (leading to the garage) replaced by PJ Fitzpatrick, and it was overall a great experience. Our house is over 100 years old so the door was not a standard size, but the technicians took all the time necessary to do the exact measurements and find the right style of door to match the rest of the house. The price was reasonable, and installation was very easy, and they left the area cleaner than they found it.

My husband and I were very happy with the Jacuzzi shower. We felt that Dan and Brandon were very professional and did an excellent job overcoming a few setbacks. Thank you once again for a job well done!

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF HEARTBREAK.I had a good experience with them earlier this year, and left a five star review. We called them to start another project this month and the experience couldn't be any more different.

They are here right now, destroying my property. We expect some damage but this goes beyond the pale. They literally at this moment throwing stacks of tiles from the room onto the ground, with absolutely no protection to the plantings below. What they didn't destroy yesterday, they came back to destroy today. And since it's the weekend, there is no response from management. I can only communicate with the workers through pointing and gesturing and showing them the damage. If it wasn't so tragic, it would be laughable.

My carefully curated garden is flattened. The 30 year old plantings are damaged beyond recognition. Some, cut in half from roofing tiles being throw from the room with no protection to the plantings. Seriously, words cannot convey the utter destruction they have wrought.

Honestly, if I could go back in time and they offered to pay me for them to do the project, I would decline.

Michael was very friendly, knowledgeable, and above all very professional. I will certainly use this company again for future projects.

We are super pleased with the professionalism of the installers, Michael D. and Quazon H. They were very friendly and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and went over everything with us. It waa technician was sent out very quicklys a tough job! They completed the job under 9 hours. I highly recommend.

Update#1: We found a minor problem. It took a while for me to receive a call back. I believe they could improve on customer service. The two men that were sent out to correct the issue were very efficient, friendly, and professional.

Update #2: We had an installed shelf loosen from the corner. A repairman was sent out within a week. Turns out the original installers failed to screw in the shelves. The only thing holding up the shelf was an adhesive tape and some caulk. Their work is 100% guaranteed. I still recommend this company. They have stood by their warranty.
