We needed an update to an attempted renovated bathroom by the prior owner that just didn’t quite work for our family. The sales representative listened to what we needed and was able to accommodate and meet our main concerns.

Installed in one day the gentlemen that installed it were great so helpful and friendly. When I asked if they could put up my new shower curtain and liner for me they did it without hesitation. It was great receiving a text when Christian was on his way here, that way I could keep working as long as possible. He quickly evaluated my soffit problems, discussed with me what he found, and proposed a couple courses of action. He them repaired my problems very quickly and for significantly less money than I was expecting. We had an illuminating conversation on the state of my house and possible future courses of action. Neighbor used this company for her roof and gutters and the workers left behind absolute messes. No magnet used to detect left behind metal from huge projects. I also caught them throwing scrap and old pieces of soffit and spray paint cans into our yard, allowed themselves in our fence to attempt to pick it up. Also walked on our roof without permission, where they were working is right above my 1 year old sons room. Also no care for noise ordinances or just overall awareness to surrounding houses.. they were using leaf blowers at 9 pm to blow away debris. Completely unprofessional and not a single worker spoke English when I asked why they were throwing things into our yard.

Christian was wonderful! He arrived at 8:00 AM and discussed with me the problem area. He had made the modifications with ease and checked all other possible areas of concern.

He also checked the roof for aging spots. He took pictures of problem areas and explained the difference between shingled and metal roof covers. From his inspection and explanation, we decided to have PJF provide a quote on a partial roof replacement.

Darrin was very professional and polite. He answered all my questions. On a hot and humid day that I couldn't stand to be in, he worked under difficult conditions to complete the repair. The repaired siding looks like new.

Darrin was great!! Had a leak that was initially fixed but still leaked. Darrin arrived and did an inspection and found an issue that was missed during the first inspection. Promptly came up with a plan and some other options if initial plan doesn't work. Highly recommend solely for customer service

Called for whole house siding replacement and nobody answers the phone nor did I ever receive call back after leaving a message. It was a ridiculous automated system that sounded like you called a corporate bank. No option to even speak to a human. There is no excuse for an unreturned phone call.

Called them for gutter cleaning. Christian M., the repair expert, did a great job. He located and removed all clogs and had my gutters completely clean and flowing free in under an hour. He took the time to explain all the problems I had and what he did to correct them. All at a very reasonable price. Will call them again!
