I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jonathan from Titanium for wind and hail damage from a storm we had that damaged our roof and shed. He came in with the up most professionalism walked us through all the issues and found underlying issues with water damage from the storm. He was with us every step of the way with calls and picking replacements. My roof had a leak approximately 5 years ago. I was referred to Titanium Restorations by my insurance company. The roof was repaired an it looked marvelous!

Sean Brown was our representive. Our insurance was a nightmare, for him, not us. Sean handled everything! Including handling the insurance! Sean was on site with his crew the very next day after insurance finally ok'ed the work and his team knocked out the entire roof in one day and the whole house siding the next. Sean gets an 11 out of 10

The work was done during the time frame stated. The customer service that Jonathan provided was outstanding. He explained the damage and documented as necessary. Insurance claims adjusters were reassigned 4 times but he communicated with the respective parties as necessary. He is very knowledgeable and always answered inquiries within hours. I will consult with this company before committing to any other for household restoration needs.

Exactly what to me is what happened to Gloria James….now it’s a collection on my credit report( that will remain until if falls off)…their representative collected my insurance checks and promised me a discount for placing a sign in my yard! …the first I heard that money was owed was 2 years+ after the work was completed!!

I'll make this short.. I was able to get my roof done. Workers came out, did the work, fixed the problem that they were hired for but my BIGGEST ISSUE was being accused of stealing money. My insurance company cut all the checks, I showed all proof that they give everything I sent but instead of rereading every message I sent I was accused of keeping money and instead of receiving a message stating how an error was made on yalls' end and yall apologize.. All I got and I quote was " I misunderstood the msg bc I read it when I was driving. It's a simple misunderstanding on my part. Now that I've had a chance to go back and read it I see your saying something different"
My name means everything and to say it was a simple misunderstanding after telling me I know I received more money in which I did not.. Its not simple to me... but thanks for allowing me to give this review..

When my roof started leaking, we contacted them and the staff was very professional and kind. They helped us with the confusing insurance process and all we had to pay was the deductible, nothing else. Strongly recommend them.

Fantastic experience from quoting to installation to clean up. Their pricing was better than 4 other competing bids, yet they use superior manufacturer materials. Titanium was able to work with both my insurance and HOA without delays, something everybody should consider since working with those two entities can be a nightmare if your contractor doesn't take an active role in guiding you through their processes. Highly recommended!

Just like every other homeowner, this was our first time experiencing our roof installation, and Mr. Sean has gone out of his way to guide us, help us and walk-through us through every single step. The team was conscientious and thorough fixing areas of my roof that needed wood replaced and used the latest technology to seal the roof and added a ridge vent. The new roof looks fantastic! They even repaired old water damaged plaster on my ceiling and repainted it.

Nearly 3years ago I had Titanium Restorations complete damages due to wind /storm damage..I spoke with a representative via phone/text throughout the process and notified him.when the insurance payments arrived.There was inside and outside damages on this claim...Some of the inside work was either incomplete or substandard..the representative agreed to a reimbursement for work not completed which i never received..3 years later I was sent to collections and a negative impact to my credit score

Jonathan was professional and thorough. Given covid, we wanted contactless interaction and he was very accommodating. Our roof was completed on time as planned and with great workmanship, so we decided to have new gutters installed as well. With Jonathan’s guidance, we ended up choosing the right gutters for our needs. Titanium was referred to me by friends who do solar installations. They made the necessary repairs and replaced my entire roof with layers of protection. I highly recommend Titanium if you’re looking for best quality and best value. I’ll be using them again for other home improvements.

I had to call twice to get someone to come inspect a leak, after they promised to come out and then not only didn't come but lost any record I'd ever called. This involves calling the company requesting service, then waiting for a follow up call from a sales rep, and sometimes a third call from the actual tech, so I had to go through all that twice. Then, when they did come, the serviceman identified the problem, but didn't go into my attic to assess any interior damage; I had to ask him to come even look at the wet spot on my ceiling. How can you fully assess the issue without seeing the potential damage? He promised that his boss would follow up with an estimate. When they never did, I called the company once again, and was asked who I spoke with. I dunno, lady, the guy you sent to my house who just said he was from Titanium Restorations! She said she'd "check around" and get back to me. A week and a half later, I gave up and called my normal handy man.

UPDATE: I just had my handy man come out, and he informed me that the tech made the problem worse by improperly "temporarily" caulking the leak and gluing the shingles down to the leaking flashing. Now the handyman not only has to replace the flashing, but also has to pry up the old shingles and replace them. Thanks for costing me extra in labor and materials on top of wasting my time, Titanium Restorations!

It was absolutely a pleasure working with Devy, who oversaw roof replacement, from our initial conversation until the job was completed, he provided excellent customer service, was available to answer questions, drop off samples, responded to text messages, phone messages, and any raised issue in a timely fashion, and always practiced social distancing and had appropriate PPE every time we interfaced.
