In addition to the thoughtfulness and attentiveness during the design phase, the administrative support and the communication was impressive. The skill and technique that went into creating and building my dream kitchen was also impressive. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful.

Disappointed I requested a consultation, scheduled an appointment.The rep was a no show, he did call and rescheduled for 2 days later. He did not show for the rescheduled appointment nor did he called. Although, the initial meetings didn't occurred as schedule Danny the owner personally met with me to satisfy my request for an estimate.

I recently had a Provia door installed and I am very pleased with the purchase, customer service and the door quality. I already received compliments due to the aesthetic and the color I chose which blends nicely with the brick wall. Now, it’s a matter of time to see if the door internal insulation truly keeps the cold air out during winter time. Ben was the salesman but he went above and beyond to help ease any concerns that I had and facilitated the process, thus making me feel confident about the investment because Provia doors are not the cheapest option but certainly are the best choice.

We needed to replace some rotted trim around our house and have it covered with aluminum. After getting three estimates, we chose Integrity Home Pro because they offered the best price. Integrity Home Pro just installed 6 new windows and a door frame at my home. Including the professional initial consultation and the later installation, they provided A+ pricing and services. I did my due diligence and got multiple quotes, and Integrity Home Pro won my favor and didn’t disappoint.

Missed an appointment & never called. Never called to re-schedule. When I called to find out why they didn't show or call, they said they would have someone call me back to re-schedule, over a week later, they still hadn't called. After the original installation, garbage & old parts were left for me to pick up. Horrible company at every level. If I could rate them a zero, I would.

Since then Integrity has installed windows, doors, and most recently a new roof on my primary residence. They installed 4 exterior doors on our house. The product they used was top notch and their installation team effective. Their price point was a perfect match of quality and cost. Extremely satisfied and I would go back to them in the future.

We were looking to replace all of our 68 year old windows and weren't satisfied with all the salesmen who came out giving us the hard sell ensuring us that their company was the best window replacement with the best replacement window on the market. I got fed up with it and decided to just buy the windows ourselves and hire a company to install them.

Ben was the first person for a window company we had our who actually seemed to know what he was talking about when it came to how the windows would be installed. His quote for install was reasonable, he helped us make sure we were getting exactly the right windows for our application, and the Integrity team was a delight to work with through the whole process. We ended up spending $3K less than our lowest quote from a window replacement company and the windows we ended up with are very high end windows comparable with what was offered on quotes that were over $10K more. I would highly recommend working with the Integrity Home Pro team.

Integrity Home Pro deserves 10 stars. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Three years ago, we had a bathroom project completed by a different company. The previous company’s poor craftmanship and use of improper materials resulted in a great deal of water damage in the shower floor area and buckling of the wall and shower tiles. We received many quotes but ultimately chose Integrity Home Pro because they listened to us and didn’t attempt to ‘up sale’ us on extra and unnecessary work. In the midst of the project, the staff found additional water damage that we were not aware of. They showed us the findings as soon as it was discovered. The water damage had caused a portion of the bathroom floor to weaken in front of the shower. Integrity Home Pro could have easily overpriced the additional costs because we were in a position of needing that done. However, they were honest and transparent. Pricing for the additional work was fair and reasonable. The project went smoothly. The staff was very professional and showed up at the promised time each day. They kept us informed throughout each phase of the project. At the end of each day, they cleaned the affected areas and truly respected our home. In the end, our project was completed timely and looks absolutely beautiful. I will definitely call Integrity Home Pro for future projects and will refer them to our family and friends. After the weather, wouldn't let the project start on time. The work done was great. Only one small hiccup with the internet going out but it was only for a day. The work was done nicely. I got a new front door, screen door and siding all around. It was beautiful after it was all done.

Integrity is an amazing company. They did our roof, siding, windows, and shutters. When we installed new steps in our backyard, there was a gap in our siding. We called and they came right out to take care of it! Danny is the owner's name. (no I am not related) However, I highly recommend this company!

I came across Home Integrity pro from a best pics book that I received in the mail. The book sat for the longest time. For some reason, I never threw it away! I realized one day I needed a new roof because my current one was starting to fall apart after 26 years of use. I found and went through the book and made a choice.I don’t know why I chose Home Integrity pro. But I’m glad I did! I contacted them and a very nice gentleman by the name of Ben came out and looked at my roof. He took Measurements and did a few other things with some fancy gadgets he had. After Ben patiently gave me all the details of what the job would entail I then gave the go ahead. I was impressed with the conversation I had with this gentleman on the things he told me about the company. A date was set to come out and install the roof. The installers came out on the day they said they would be there. A young man by the name of Ivan introduced himself and let me know he was the one in charge and if I had any questions, he would be more than happy to answer them! This team was very polite and professional! As far as the work was concerned, they were highly concentrated on their efforts and were very safe while performing the work! I sat in the house while they were hammering away and it was music to my ears! I had spent 50+ years in the construction Industry doing various types of projects and it’s so happened that roofing was one of them. My roof is a Cape Cod, which has a 45° pitch or at least it looks like it. In other words it is steep! However, these young men made it look very easy to do! I wish I could’ve been up there too hammering away, but at my age - at least my spirit was with them. They started in the morning. They stripped, re-covered and re-shingled the whole roof in one day, which made me very happy!. The cleanup was so good. I couldn’t even find the trash that blew into my yard from the street! At the end of the day, Ivan came up to me with a big smile, and I gave him a thumbs up. I told him that; him and his team did a wonderful job and they made things look so easy! He just grinned from ear to ear and said: “That’s what we do!” That just made my day!
I later had a very good conversation with Elise, who spearheads the incoming and outgoing events at the office. She is a very nice, well spoken, young lady and is very enthusiastic about her job!
I am very happy with the workmanship and professionalism that Home integrity pro gave me that day! I am really impressed with the way my roof looks! If I ever need windows, I know who to go talk to!

Very friendly and informative during the initial consultation/evaluation/estimate phase. Answered all of our questions completely and thoroughly. Tera, the office administrator, assisted Mike throughout our projects. She stayed on top of the fixture selections that needed to be made prior to the start of the projects, handled payments, answered many of our questions, etc. The crew assigned to work our bathrooms was phenomenal. Raul, the crew Chief and his son RJ did EXCELLENT work. Raul is very meticulous and particular about his work. He takes pride in his work and was adamant about making sure every phase of the projects was correct and well designed. They were very friendly and respected our home as if it were their own. Raul emphasized that from the start. They kept their materials organized, and cleaned up as much as possible at the end of every work day. They even provided advice/recommendations on paint color/type, some design aspects, and gave us end of day overviews of completed work and work to come. The dining room window replacement was completed by a different crew and the windows look and function wonderfully. Elise was the other friendly office manager that handled the communication and coordination of the window replacement.

We could go on and on about our wonderful experience with Integrity Home Pro. This was our first time having major renovations performed of this magnitude and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dare I say, a perfect experience. Integrity Home Pro removed old shingles and installed new ones on my townhouse. I have a mansard roof, so the shingles are part of the front face of the house. Integrity Home pro was responsive to my request to change flashing around the front windows and at the roof line. The new shingles look great. Recommend that you get a quote from them the next time you need roof work.

Integrity Home Pro did me a favor because I needed porch columns replaced and had already purchased them. They don't usually do this unless they purchase the columns. Tera was great and spoke with the owner who agreed to do the job. The guys were on time, very careful and did a terrific job, including sanding and painting the columns. As always, Integrity Home Pro has gone above and beyond with completing our recent project, painting the entire house and refinishing all the hardwood floors. The hardwood floors were in very bad shape and now they are spectacular! The painting project took a great deal of work since the crew had to cover numerous window / floor moldings and door frames that were dark stained wood. They are now a crisp, clean bright white. Jose and his crew did an impeccable job from beginning to end.

I hired Integrity to remodel my primary bathroom. They did a fantasic job. The crew were very professional and hardworking. Jose was extremely knowledgable and able to answer all my questions and give me advice. Mike, my account manager, came by several times to check on how things were going. I replaced the sliding on my home and added stone compost. From the beginning of this project Ben was great. The installation process was great. The workers completed my entire home in two days. The clean up was fantastic. The small details such as capping the doors, windows and garage was awesome. The connected my water hose back. They did not destroy any flowers and shrubs around my home. They even brought in my trash cans from the street at the end of the day. I am very pleased with my new siding and the stone compost really stand out.

I"ve had three large projects done by Integrity. I've never been disappointed with the professionalism, skill or customer service. Integrity has always made me feel special and respected. When there is a job I need done, my first choice will be Integrity.

When my daughter needed a complete new roof to include complete new decking several rafters replaced, I started looking for roofers based on their adds. Then I recalled what a great job Integrity Home Pro did on my own roof, so I called to see if they would accept a job 70 miles from me.

I scheduled the appointment and Ben from Integrity showed up on time and checked every aspect of the roof. Some one had made temporary repairs and we all agreed let’s do it right. When the estimate was completed including upgraded shingles and other upgrades, he gave me the price.

He provided a Military discount. My daughter looked at me and said “That’s less than what I paid to have my other house shingled. She could not believe that the installed 32 new sheets of decking, installed several new rafter, drip edging and was still close to $1500 under the coat to just shingle her old house just three years ago.

The crew was excellent, professional and very respectful. The completed the entire job in one day.

My mother is in her 80s, is newly wheelchair- dependent with multiple health issues,
and needs renovations to help her ‘age in place’, to stay in her own home (these days, the alternatives are scary for so many reasons). We had a fantastic experience with Integrity Home Pro. We had our entire kitchen remodeled (gut job that included expanding into an unused bedroom in an old 1930's house). The crew, led by the talented foreman Martin Lopez, was highly skilled, hard working, efficient and punctual. They cleaned the work area thoroughly every night, which made living in a construction zone tolerable. Owner Danny Peterson and his team were always available to answer questions and provide guidance. The kitchen is beautiful, much more functional and allows in much more light. Hands down: the best choice to re-side your home. The work was done in a few days, every thing was completely cleaned up at the end of each day, and it now looks like a new house. The added weatherproof-wrapping plus the insulated vinyl siding should substantially insulate the house, and definitely represents added re-sale value. Integrity Home Pro has done quite a few jobs for me over the years: remodeled 2 bathrooms, replaced the roof on the garage, installed gutter guards on the house & garage, replaced the front porch and railings. The most recent project involved installation of French doors in the kitchen (to the back deck). They had to cut through the formstone exterior of the house to widen the opening from a single doorway for the new double-door profile. All of these jobs were professionally performed and ended up looking/working great. The company is genuinely driven by a dedication to integrity. I trust them with my home.

Recently we hired Integrity Pro to design and complete a combination bathroom and Laundry room in our basement.

We knew for quite sometime this would be a big time consuming job. We actually interview at least 6 other construction companies. We found out that a lot of plumbers were not interested in the construction aspects of this type of work. We found out that anyone offering to do this for 7-8 thousand dollars was not trustworthy.

More than once we were ready to pull the trigger only to walk back from the ledge for different reasons.

The first thing that stood out on the Integrity estimate was that big fat liability policy that was part of the estimate proposal. As a retired Casualty Insurance Professional this was definitely a determining factor. The other was the fixture allowance.

But it did take 2-3 conversations to lead to the big hand shake.

Then the next “feel good” factor was Alberto the lead carpenter. He came in on a Saturday after the plumber because he needed to get a jump on things. He worked every Saturday until finished.

We saw Mike the Project Manager like 4 times. Very reassuring.

The door to the laundry room needed some creative thinking. Once again great results.

For us this was a once in a life time project, we had much to loose if done incorrectly, but much to gain when done right. That is where we are, on the plus side. Well done.

We interviewed several companies to repair a window in our Annapolis home. Integrity was the only company to promptly respond and then, accept the challenge of locating the parts for the discontinued window. While it took some time they communicated with us often with status updates and the install was completed successfully today. His crew replaced some windows in my commercial condo a few years ago and did a great job. I recently contacted him again for advice regarding a newly cracked window in my home. Even for such a small job, he made time in his busy day to drive out to my home. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg and trying to make the sale, he recommended that it would be more cost effective to replace the glass only and referred me to a nearby glass company that specializes in this. I recommend Danny and his company. They are great to work with.

The job took longer to begin than I anticipated but Ben explained everything step-by-step. The job only took a day and everything looks great. The yard was expertly cleaned up. The CEO expressed appreciation for my business and offered a discount to any customer I referred. I would use them again and refer friends to them.

This company is very responsive. Not only did Danny (owner) listen to our concerns, but he heard our concerns. Many days, I was leaving as the workers arrived. Danny would leave post it notes to ensure the contractors addressed any concerns from the day before. The contractors are very respectful of our home. They cleaned up every afternoon so as not to leave our house in disarray.
My fireplace turned out beautifully. My bathroom doors were moved and the new locking barn darns turned out beautifully. Danny is having a custom threshold designed to make the transition between too rooms seamless. Danny took a load barring wall down to open up the kitchen and the back room. Danny ensured the openings to these rooms were at least 36 inches. Ensuring the house is ADA accessible was very important to me.

Integrity Home Pro did a great job on our remodel. The kitchen is looking great and the addition of the fireplace is incredible. The guy who owns the company listened to what we wanted and he made it happen. I really like that there were no surprises and the owner checked in with us frequently to ensure we were happy with the work that had been done.

Our project coordinator on site was Alberto. He was so fastidious, and was so committed to making the job look fantastic at the end. He even came back after he realized he forgot to put some thing on our final cabinet installation even thought he was in his truck, on his way out. He was just so excellent and we can’t have asked for a better project result.

First rate from start to finish! Danny was a wonderful partner in adding a kitchen to our basement. He had a perfect read of my wife’s vision for the space, was communicative and available throughout the process, and ensured we ended the final product was just as beautiful as the plan. His relational approach with his teams and suppliers meant we had a great group of guys doing the work, and when it came time for countertop install we were prioritized based on the suppliers long-standing relationship with Integrity Home Pro. 100% recommended!

My wife and had have a great deal of work done by these guys and they are awesome. Really easy to get a hold of, always ready to answer questions and the work has been top notch!

Last year they did a new roof, windows, doors and porch rails for us. The house looks great! The great quality is always what we expect. We are approaching retirement and want to make our house really nice; Integrity Home Pro has been key to making this happen!

To size our job, Ben comes to work with us on what is needed and helps by providing great choices of materials and other products. Once everything is set, the front office, usually Elise, calls to schedule the project. Elise is fun to talk to and understands that she is helping with making our home nice. The other front office team members are nice too. When Elise and the others answer the phone they always ask how they can make me smile today....and I reply "by forgetting about my bill". Well, they haven't forgotten about my bill but I do smile when talking with them.

The crews that come out to do the work have been great too. Easy to interact with, they work really hard and are good at what they do. They have even provided the occasional little extras such as fixing a broken door hinge that they found (not part of the original job). Really helpful. Amazing too because some of the days that they have been out it has been miserably hot.

We are looking forward to more projects with them!

I’m so happy to have found Integrity Home Pro! After working with multiple contractors on various house projects, Integrity Home Pro has been a breath of fresh air. They’re professional, courteous, knowledgeable, reliable, show up when they say they’re going to, and are quick to respond to phone calls and emails. Not only that, their work is excellent. We hired them to renovate a bathroom and were so impressed we hired them to renovate our sunroom and kitchen and make various improvements around the outside of our home. Excellent work again by Integrity. Repair of porch step raisers with PVC. Really looks great and no more painting for me.

Finished the siding on the side & rear of the garage, and replace doors on the east end of the garage, the rear porch and the sliding glass door. In addition a rail was added to the front steps.
