Boots on Roofs just finished a new roof on my 20x40 garage. OUTSTANDING JOB!!! Ken, his Son, Alfonso and the rest of his crew do GREAT work! They showed up EARLY!! imagine that? Immediately got to work and were DONE before 5pm!!! And, in 90 degree heat!!! Anybody need Roof work done, You better call them!!! And Ken really does look out for his fellow Vets too!!

My husband knew even before they gave us the estimate that he wanted this company to do our work. We felt they understood what needed to be done and what we wanted. They came to do the work when they said they would and cleaned up completely at the end of the day and especially the end of the job. After bad storms had gone through the area, I called and left a message not expecting to hear back for a while. That same day, within a couple hours I got a return call and, although busy, a promise to visit for an inspection within a couple of days. The 4th of July holiday was the next day so I didn't expect a visit for at least 2 days. Surprised again they were out on the 4th of July! The day after I had called them! They were very professional, fortunately I just needed a quick inspection and repair. I couldn't be happier - I would definitely recommend this team if you have an emergency or other urgent issue. They are very affordable and super knowledgeable! Fast and fantastic service!!

I came back from vacation and my roof had been leaking. Boots on Roofs was referred to me and I talked to Ken. They came out and inspected my roof and discovered I had a leaking roof boot. They replaced it in minutes and told me I was good to go. When I asked him about payment he told me I owed him nothing. Don’t hear that anymore. They were prompt, straightforward and honest. I have a single wide manufactured home. An intense gusty wind storm damaged my roof. I contacted Boots on Roofs the next day following the storm. Talked with the owner & explained situation. He came to my home later that day, inspected the roof, showed me pictures of damage. Scheduled appt for doing the work. He explained details of what needed to be done & his work crew covered the roof until the day of the actual repair work. He kept me informed & arrived on scheduled date. Boots on Roof were referred to me by my insurance company (Allstate). Ken promised someone would come to my house that day (and they did)!!! They promptly repaired my roof. I wouldn't call anyone else for my next roofing job.

Ken was tenacious in working to have insurance cover storm damage for our roof. He was successful when I was not with Allstate. Once approval was obtained, him and his men came out in less than a week, and had our roof completely swapped out 1 day. His crew was prompt, efficient, and clean. They were careful not to leave any garbage or nails laying around. Ken came back the second day for an inspection personally. They were all courteous and professional. We are very pleased with Boots on Roofs and would recommend them to anyone!

Our roof sustained wind damage due to a tornado on New Year’s Day, the following day Ken Morris (owner of Boots on Roofs) stopped by our house, rang the doorbell, left us a business card and offered to provide us an estimate to repair or replace the roof. Yep, you read that correctly – the business owner stopped by on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. Over the next few weeks I researched and read hundreds of reviews on roofing companies. At which time I had narrowed it down to 5 companies I was interested in getting quotes from. Due to the excellent reviews and my first impression of Ken Morris, he was one of the companies I scheduled an appointment with to provide us an estimate. If you’ve never had to deal with roofing contractors this process can be time consuming and extremely frustrating. The majority of contractors either want to take your insurance company to the cleaners or they don’t show up at all. I could tell right away that Boots on Roofs was not going to be that way. Ken scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. He was a straight-shooter…honest, confident and knowledgeable. I liked that he explained the process, the products he uses and provided recommendations – all without talking down to me. After meeting with him and receiving a very fair estimate to replace our roof, we selected him. Since we were in the middle of winter, we had to wait until the weather was conducive to allow the roof to seal properly (btw - he was the only contractor concerned with this). Once the weather improved, Ken called and scheduled our install. He told me what to expect leading up to the install, had materials delivered a day or two before and kept the cleanliness of my property a top priority. I cannot say enough great things about this company. The work was completed in a timely manner, his crew was exceptional (especially Alonso) and my roof looks great! In three short weeks, I have referred 3-4 people to him. Don’t waste your time with other companies, this is the one!

Ken and his crew are the best - he saw roof damage on my house and stopped by to tell me. They came to the house a day or so later, and within about 30 minutes, fixed all of the problems. The price was very reasonable. This damage could have cost me thousands of dollars eventually. Boots on Roofs is the only company I will recommend for roofing. They know what they’re doing and won’t try to take advantage of people.

If you want a roofing company that respects their clients this is the roofer for you. Ken was personable, straight forward and honest. He explained exactly what needed to be repaired and how it would be done. Phone calls and text messages were responded to right away unlike most businesses that answer on their time.

Ken and his boys did an awesome job on my roof today. They are all very professional and got the job done in an awesome amount of time. They even went the extra mile and painted my piping that comes through my roof to match. Ken kept me updated through the whole process, from estimate, insurance adjuster and weather conditions. He continually checked in to make sure everything was still okay until they were able to get out here to replace my roof. Pictures do not even do this roof justice! Highly recommend and will defiantly be calling for any future needs I have on my future homes and projects!

They came out to look at a problem for us when we were unable to get our original installer to do so. Ken did assure us that he didn't think it would cause a leak but offered to repair so it did not look unsightly. He came the day we called and was here the same afternoon and now we are relieved to have this done so promptly and efficiently. Thanks Ken!

We had 7 company's come out to look at our roof because we had a bad leak inside our home due to a skylight. Some didn't want to do anything to it due to it having an old metal roof on it and others wanted to take us to the cleaners. Ken came out told us exactly what the issues were and was very honest about everything. So glad we chose to go with Ken and his crew. They removed all the old metal and the old shingles that were under the roof, replaced most of the wood on the roof, put in 2 new skylights and new shingles and new venting in a day and a half. The crew was very friendly and professional. Cleaned up after they were done leaving nothing in our yard or driveway and even fixed a piece of our siding that was coming off which they didnt have to do but did anyway.. I would recommend Ken to anyone needing anything done. Very responsive and high quality work.

Great experience! I called around 8:15 AM and Ken was here to look at my roof by 1:00 PM. Very professional and thorough, did a great job for a fair price. Finished the installation in one day and cleaned up after. Great attention to detail.

In 2020, my Mom needed her roof completely replaced. She lives in Eastern Kentucky and was having a hard time getting multiple bids on her roof. I live in Texas, but came across Boots on Roofs web site and was impressed by their reviews. Boots On Roofs' estimate was fair and reasonable, and their work and responsiveness to my Mom's needs were on point. They even followed up and made sure my Mom's insurance company got all the required pictures and paperwork supporting her insurance claim. We recommend this company to family and friends. It is a Veteran owned business which puts honor and duty back into our community. The military phrase "Bravo Zulu," which translates to "Well Done" for us civilians, is the best way to describe this company's work.

I was skeptical about calling roofers due to stories I’ve heard about shady workers. I called Boots on Roofs and Ken Morris picked up the phone immediately. As a single woman and homeowner, I was clueless to the process. Ken helped me every step of the way! He checked in with me every few days. Responded immediately to my text messages. On the day of install, his son Josh, was here to over see everything. Josh is just as great as his dad, Ken. The only bad thing is that I’ll miss them! We became friends throughout this process. The actual crew did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything so that you wouldn’t even have known the roof was replaced. Thank you Ken Morris and Josh Morris!!!!

We called for an inspection/estimate for repair of roof damage and Ken came out the same day. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took pictures of areas of the roof we couldn’t see from the ground and thoroughly explained the damage and what he would do to fix it. A few days later his crew replaced my entire roof in one day. Almost 40 squares of shingles installed in one day! Service was excellent, roof looks great! Couldn’t be a happier customer. The next day, Ken came back to my house to inspect the job of his crew and to make sure we were 100% satisfied.

Ken walked me through the whole process, from submitting a claim, being there when the adjuster showed up, to submitting the paperwork for reimbursement. His crew was clean, thorough, and friendly. And my roof looks great! And a shout out to Allstate Insurance. Their adjuster was thorough and took his time even tho it was 90+ degress. And they gave me an immediate $200 refund and lowered my rates thanks to the lowered risk of having a new roof.

I noticed a few small water spots on my ceiling. I had called another roofing company & was frustrated with their suggestion that I needed a new roof - they didn't even climb up on my roof & inspect it.
I saw an advertisement for Boots on Roofs, so the next morning I called Ken and told him the issue that I had & asked if he could come by & actually climb up on my roof & inspect it. He was at my house within 2-3 hours. He told me exactly what the issue was and we scheduled the repair to be completed two days later. He was very nice & professional. He didn't try to sell me a new roof that I didn't need. I certainly appreciate his professionalism. I definitely recommend him!

Wow - super impressed with Ken! We had some storm damage and Ken came out in less than 24 hours to look at a tiny leak. He arrived at the exact time he said he would, went up on the roof and fixed it right then and there!
Ken is helping me get the whole roof fixed and he really LISTENS. He understands my budget, and has explained everything to me in simple terms. He's so organized I basically just call him and he deals with the problem for me! Couldn't be happier!
