The service person arrived less than 2 hours after I called. He communicated the issue and best solutions. The next day Mandy called to talk to me about his findings and how to best manage financial arrangements. I didnt even get a 2nd estimate because she was so upfront and honest.
I have dealt with other HVAC companies with my several properties. Madison is by far the most reliable and trusted. The company is now my go-to with any problem and maintenance.
You can search for the best deals but ultimately you buy service. They provide the best of both.

We needed our Bryant HVAC and mini split serviced for the first time since we bought our new construction home in Richmond, KY last November. We called Madison HVAC/R, LLC to schedule the first maintenance service, and they sent a technician and trainee out on Tuesday, April 15 to perform the first service on both units and we paid $599 for the annual service contract. On Saturday, April 19, we turned on our air conditioning for the first time in our new home and within one hour our Bryant HVAC shut down completely. We called Madison HVAC/R, LLC at their 24/7 Emergency number and Renee told us she would call in the morning, and by 9:30 am Rosen, their technician, came out, found immediately that our condensation line still had sediment in it and he blew it out - and our Bryant unit has been cooling fine now for several hours. He said sediment can build up from construction workers turning the HVAC on while they work. From now on, we will be asking for Rosen to service our Bryant HVAC!

I have been a customer of Madison HVAC/R for more than a decade or maybe even two decades. They always give very professional service and call when it is time to set up our seasonal check for winter and then for summer. The men who come to do the servicing are always respectful and professional, They give us a full explanation of any problems they uncover. When they came to do the AC check for summer, they discovered a leak in our compressor in the attic and recommended that we get a new unit. After discussing the situation further we agreed to replace the entire system which entailed taking the old equipment down from our attic space and getting the new equipment up into the attic. When they were hoisting the new unit into the attic it slipped out of someone's hand and put a small gash into our dry wall. They immediately took a photo of the damage and came down to the first floor where we were having coffee and showed us the photo of what had happened. They assured us they would report it to the owners of their company and the repair would be covered in full. On the next day they came back to install the AC which required someone climbing up onto the very steep roof to cut a new hole to vent a pipe. This was a terrible job for workers who are not roofers as our roof is very steep. In order to make this job as safe as possible for their workers, and most especially for the one who got to climb onto the roof and actually cut they hole, they brought in several more workers to help with this task. Some companies would be saving money by making due with a small crew. However, this company was concerned about the safety of their workers and about doing the job correctly. We had to stop watching the guy on the roof as it was too nerve wracking to see what he was facing on a very warm day. I can only imagine what he was thinking as he efficiently completed the installation of the new vent. He was held by four guys on the end of a rope around his waist and over the roof and attached to a truck for extra safety. The installation of the new system was finished on the second day and we are enjoying the comfort of the cool air in the upstairs of our home. We continue to be very satisfied customers of Madison HVAC and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and professional service.

I have been using Madison HVAC for several years for all my maintance. Recently I had a new install of both my AC and heating sysytem. Alan, Dan & Kyle were great I couldn’t of asked for better service. They were kind and took the time to answer my questions and also educate me about what not to do that I had been doing.

I highly recommend Madison HVAC. I had a coil go bad on my Ac unit and George from Madison HVAC replaced my coil under warranty. He was very professional and explained everything that he was doing during the process. Now my unit is up and going with no problems. I Also decided to try the yearly maintenance program and spoke with Mandy McElwee about how to get started. Mandy explained everything and answered all of my questions about the program. I would not hesitate to give them a call for any HVAC problems you are experiencing.

This company is AWESOME! From the owner, to the office staff, to the guys that do the heavy lifting, I can't say enough good things. They hooked me up with a great geothermal system. They keep a technician on call, so whatever your emergency is, they have your back. Don't waste your time or money on anybody else. They even chase off mice LOL!

I called to get my old and outdated floor furnace looked at because not working properly. They sent out a technician the same day to diagnose problem and he did a good job at that. Unfortunately, the parts I needed were obsolete and after the company contacting various vendors no luck for properly sized furnace replacements. I asked Renee to give me quote for a complete heating and air system. She had someone come out to give us a quote and after consideration we contacted her and agreed to contract. The crew of George,Dan, and Steven started on and completed whole new heating and air system ( ductwork and all) in 6 days. They were completely professional and were very courteous people. This was the 1st time using Madison Hvac and I will definitely use them from now on.

I was completely blown away by every aspect of the service I received from Madison HVAC. When I called, the office staff made me an appointment for the next day at a specific time, and even called me when the technician was on his way to diagnose our problem. The technician made his diagnosis, explained the problem and our repair options. We decided a complete hvac replacement was our best option. They gave us an accurate quote and had the technicians there to perform the install just a couple of days later and COMPLETED THE WHOLE JOB IN A DAY!!! I've used Madison HVAC often for repairs and installation of furnace and a/c units, they have always done a super job. Recently they replaced a 20+ years old a/c unit, Dan and George were the techs. Purchased HVAC in May 2020. Received a great price. Installation was excellent. Workers were professional, wore masks and booties in the house plus laid out carpet protector and took all trash plus the old unit with them. Other than a new A/C you’d never have known they were here. My electric bills are lower overall. We just went through an ice storm and the unit performed flawlessly. I couldn’t be happier.

The air handler fan motor stopped working and I thought it would take days to get someone out to repair it. I called Madison HVAC. I talked with Carol, who worked her magic to get me scheduled the same day. She is smart, fun to talk with and very personable. The tech arrived on time and followed Covid protocols. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repairs. Thankfully, during the system check, he noticed the 60 amp fuses were arcing and advised to replace them to prevent a possible electrical fire. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and all about customer service. These guys are now my go to HVAC company and the only company I recommend. Everyone from Madison Hvac has given us excellent customer service. Carol returned our calls promptly and answered all of our questions. Dan and Kyle installed our hvac system. They were on time, professional, and courteous. They took special care to not damage my house, they wore masks the entire time, and they explained everything they were doing. Once they were all finished they explained the thermostat and how to change the filters and you couldn’t tell they had been here once they were gone. Matt serviced our other hvac and he also provided the same top notch service! Definitely go with these guys, you won’t be disappointed!

I called Madison HVAC and told them that I had a bedroom that was extremely cold, and they sent out a tech and sure enough the bedroom doors were closed and the return was in another room and could not do it's job.

The ceiling fans were also changed to rotate clockwise for the winter months so the heat is forced back down. I had no idea, and for their diagnostic fee I have a warm bedroom now.

I called in the morning and received same-day service, and the technician (Matt) arrived in the window of time as promised. We have an older system but he was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and explain what went wrong. He was able to replace the failed part without trying to upsell me, and before he left he stayed to confirm that the rest of the system was working perfectly. I've used Madison for AC service before and had similar positive results. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to my friends.

Wow! I have never had such amazing service from an HVAC company. Over the phone setting up they were incredibly flexible, gave me several options for payment and were so friendly. When the installers came they were very professional and nice, and even took the time at the end to show me different components of my new system and some basic maintenance instructions. I am a single lady and home maintenance can be intimidating but this entire process was completely smooth and it definitely felt like money well spent and a great investment for my homestead. I love my new thermostat and the systems work wonderfully. I will definitely be using Madison HVAC for any future HVAC needs and recommend them to everyone I know.

I just got a new HVAC system installed today. I got three different quotes and Madison had the best price and they installed a Bryant HVAC, which is a very good quality. Derrick came to my home for the quote for the job. He explained my options and gave me his recommendation on what I needed. He didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. I accepted the bid on a Monday and they were here by Wednesday to install. The lady from the office called me to schedule my appointment and she explained what was going to happen that day. The workers showed up on time and knocked the job out as planned. The technicians were professional and very courteous. I paid the price that I was quoted and very happy with my experience with Madison HVAC. They replaced my upstairs HVAC 4 years ago and they were equally impressive then. I chose the right company both times. Would definitely go with them again in the future.

We have called on the services of Madison HVAC/R, Inc on multiple occasions. The most recent was a complete replacement of one of our units. Matt initially arrived and performed an initial inspection of old system and determined it needed replaced. George and Dan installed the new system once it arrived and they were also both pleasure to work with. They were expeditious in their work and addressed all questions/concerns we had regarding the new unit. They also thoroughly tested everything prior to leaving the site. Madison HVAC performed our install in 2018. It was a very seamless experience and we were impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the various representatives for this company. Their value was also superior to other companies recommended to us. Today we had a condensation clog and George, who did our original install, came out promptly & cleared it for us in a short amount of time. He is meticulous with his work as well as knowledgeable and wastes no time getting the job done so the temperature of your home is comfortable again. The office personnel have also been very helpful and engaged any time we have had contact with them. They answer questions and keep you apprised as to when the technician is on the way to your home. 5 stars from us!

Madison's A/C technicians we're knowledgeable, fast, efficient and accommodating. So far, Derek and his crew have installed a complete home heating/cooling system in my house. Then later, I brought them back to change out my old duct system that was literally falling apart. They designed and installed a "balanced" system that is capable of delivering even heat to all parts of the house. Or, if I choose, portions of the house can be "dampered off"-allowing me to heat part of the house while leaving the rest with reduced heat and A/C. On one occasion, Derek himself came out when I was having a thermostat problem. Derek had it sorted out in no time flat and we were "cool"again-(pun intended). Another thing I have noticed-Derek and his entire staff are so closely connected (electronically) that they can operate as a team-even if there is only one of them present. I'm convinced that Derek and his crew can solve ANY HVAC or refrigeration problem. They're fast, they're fair and they're fabulous. I wouldn't call anyone else-hands down!

So easy to work with. Went above and beyond to get our new system working properly. Even coming over on the weekend with a new part to replace a incorrectly placed one.
