Austin was great! Very easy to get in touch with and it was so quick to get an inspection set up! He made sure all of our questions were answered and was great to work with!

Austin did a home inspection on a house we were buying. Gave a thorough report. Went over it verbally and had a hard copy with photos. Found the house had hail damage. We ended up getting the roof replaced by sellers. I would recommend him to anyone buying a home!

Austin was recommended to me by my realtor. He was very polite and was able to schedule me quickly. However, he missed major issues with my house. It’s been three years and I am still making repairs on things that were not up to code on my house and they were not in the inspection report. Examples: none of the plumbing is vented, cast iron pipes with leaking cracks, the furnace didn’t even have a filter, the dryer vent is not up to code. It was done with pvc pipe with a too small diameter. Things that pose a major risk to my family and should have been seen on an inspection. Needless to say, I do not recommend Austin and my realtor has lost a customer as well.

This man squeezed me in last minute, was thorough, and even took the time to go through every detail of the house with me personally after his inspection! His report gave me a great To-Do List of minor fixes that once I move in, I can go down the list one by one to correct, that will overall greatly improve the integrity of my first home. It’s easy to read, helpful to keep, and managed to help me negotiate $3,000 off of the costs to go towards the roof. Not to mention his price was beyond fair, I recommend 10/10!

First off let me say that Austin is a super nice guy... Very accommodating with any questions you may have as well as working around any scheduling issues. His inspections are very thorough, & he has a keen eye for detail, pointing out countless things I would've never noticed on my own. He gives a very straight forward, honest analysis that comes in handy with such a big decision of purchasing a home. If you, like me, have a judgement that has been clouded because of seeing what something could be and how you would do this or that ,that is masking the real nuts & bolts of a home and what problems it has, do not hesitate to give Austin a call. Austin is the most thorough home inspector I’ve worked with. The report provided great detail and was easy to understand. I had a great experience with Signature Home Inspections! They had the most affordable price out of the 5 or so inspectors I called and the report was SO detailed! It included pictures of every issue of concern, including on the roof and in the crawlspace. They saved us from buying a home that needed a ton of hidden, structural repairs that would have been extremely expensive to fix.

Austin inspected a home for us, and he did an amazing job. He was incredibly thorough and detail-oriented in his inspection of the property. He also went over the key results in a conversation which also helped me to understand what he found. The report that he prepared was incredibly valuable--it was highly detailed, with photos to accompany every issue identified, and a clear recommendation for each issue. In the past, I've had inspectors who just gave a checklist report that wasn't very helpful in understanding the condition of the report. But Austin's report was so clear and so useful. He was a great communicator and very professional. I highly recommend him.
