They did a good job replacing the roof on my Winnebago. Megan was very nice, the work is clean and they turned it over it about a week.

Outstanding experience. Amazing customer service - they went above and beyond to get my travel trailer in superb condition for a long trip. They were responsive, detailed, affordable, and friendly. Highest recommendation for anyone in need of service.

I don't have any complaints about them. Friendly knowledgeable and quick turnaround. I don't see a reason to take my trailer anywhere else, the next time it needs work.

I’m normally not one to post reviews but this place has the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with and made the process easy and stress free.

When they say it takes a while for parts they mean it! Got our pictures for the estimate for insurance in September and the quote was sent to insurance in Nov. All insurance monies were paid in November. nw coach ordered all the parts and with holidays and sickness we were finally able to get our camper in end of Feb. They did the work quick and got our camper looking new again, if not better than when we bought it! You can tell they care about what they are doing. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone else to get some work done.

The highest quality RV repair I have ever had. They did what was quoted for the quoted price. You can't tell where the factory original work stops and their repair started. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Great Service. We had our the roof of our delivery truck damaged by a low hanging tree and had to have the whole roof removed and replaced. NW was easy to work with and arranged to work with our insurance company and then kept to the given time schedule. They even had to run pick up a part that didn't come in on time to make sure that we could get our delivery truck back on time. Super customer service!

We are extremely pleased with our experience with NCTT&M! We had body damage to one of our mobile dog grooming salon RVs and they did a very high quality job at a very fair and highly competitive price. The craftsmanship was superb and they were friendly and customer-centric. Megan and Ryan were standouts, as was whomever did such a fabulous crafted repair on a challenging job. We have a 39' fifth wheel toy hauler, major suspensionwork was necessary. (hangers, equalizers and leafsprings)They did a great job at a reasonable price.

Very disappointed in the quality of work done. Had my refrigerator worked on and it worked for 2 days and went out. Asked for door to be fixed and they said it couldn't be fixed. The only thing they fixed that actually worked is the automatic leveling system. Had my rv for 3 weeks. I'll never go back again. Everything was warranty work.

I was beyond impressed with the friendliness and desire to help. All I needed was to switch the balls on my towing slug and without hesitation they did this and without charging me. I will definitely utilize them for servicing my TT in the future.

If you want your expectations exceeded this is the place to go. I brought in my top of the line 4-Star trailer with elite living quarters in to repair extensive water damage under the flooring. I was worried about having anyone tear apart my dream trailer but after speaking with Ryan he was already ahead of me in addressing my concerns. When the trailer repairs were finished I was blown away by their work. The trailer looked better then before they took it apart if that’s is even possible. The technicians are exceptional at their craft with an eye for detail. I had taken my trailer to three different shops for an evaluation prior to bringing it to Northwest Coach and everyone said that the walls, ceiling, shower and cabinetry would all be damaged in some way or another and would not fit back into place the way the originally installed. That was not the case with Northwest Coach. You can’t even tell anything was taken apart (and my trailer was gutted) as every detail is pristine. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I will continue to take all my trailers here from now on and recommend them to everyone I know.

We brought our RV in for insurance repairs highly recommended. We had a very short time line as we were selling our home and needed to live in the trailer. They very quickly ordered parts and got us in and fix. They also found our tongue jack failing and bent stabilizer. Fix both. So happy with communication and professionalism!!

We were heading out of town on a Friday afternoon and discovered an electrical problem. Stopped by this business on the hopes they could find time to diagnose it for us and they did. Figured out the problem immediately and had us on the road in 20 minutes. Very grateful for their service that day!

They very qickly foun my breaking and lighting issues.Repered everything .And then made fabrication parts recomondations.Counter service is friendly and very profetional. And Honest!!

Called them for urgent repairs that occurred within a week. They were the ONLY repair place that were willing to fit us in. The last one as we were heading out of town. They order the part and installed the next day. We will be coming back for our other maintenence work.

So disappointed in This place. We took our motor home in because we had a leak somewhere in the front above the cab. We took it in on December 30th and told them we had to have it back early as we were leaving end of January and was told no problem. We called a week later to ask if they had a quote yet and was informed that the guy working on it was out with the flu. Told to call back on Monday. We called on Monday and was told they didn’t get to it but would by Wednesday. Called Wednesday afternoon and was told it would be the following Monday. We went in on the following Monday and he walked out to the motor home and looked at it and went on the roof and said he didn’t see any signs of where a Leak would be coming from. Told us he would pull it into the shop to have a better look. We told him we wanted to take it home now so we could get it into a shop that would have time to fix it and he said no one would have time and he was 5 star rated and we should leave it with him and he would make sure to get it in. We called back a few days later and again was told the person we needed wasn’t there. Finally after 3 weeks we went in and was told they never got it in so we took it home. We took it to another repair shop and they immediately found several holes, broken seals and all on the roof. Never going back to NW coach RV!

I was thrilled to discover Northwest Coach in Tumwater. Our Motorhome has been in their shop on three occasions. Each time the work was completed as scheduled, a rarity in the RV world. We are full time travelers and I so appreciate knowing our home will be down only as necessary to complete the repair. Their work has always been so well done, no surprises or last minute cost increases. Each time our coach was returned better than new, reasonably priced and ready for the road. Ryan and his crew know their business and are very pleasant to work with. I continue to highly recommend this shop.

Always busy, which says more than any puny review could. Ryan is helpful, a good guy with a good sense of customer needs, and his crew is consistently on the top of my list for work well done!

Really wonderful people work here and run this place. Needed an emergency repair on our way through and they went out of their way to help us out even though they seemed pretty busy. Very knowledgeable technician solved an electrical problem for us in a short amount of time so we could get back on the road. Highly recommend this place and would return here as a customer again. I bought an F250 Super Duty off Craigslist to replace our farm truck. It needed a brake controller and a check out. Northwest Coach did an outstanding job of hooking everything up and making sure it was functional. I trust them to do the right thing as I'm hauling tens of thousands of dollars worth of horses and cannot have a brake failure. Good work guys!

Travis from NW Coach agreed to come to my house to estimate what it will cost to repair my travel trailer. He called on a Tuesday said he would be coming either Wednesday or Thursday. He never called or showed up. And my insurance company was paying them to come out to give an estimate I don't guess my business important to them

This place all their tools and clean and well looked after. Travis is a straight shooter, tell you how it is. Highly recommend this shop.

This facility is of the highest calibre. I needed a new RV roof - an expensive adventure, but this place was clean and huge. Fancy machines and tools and the owner was way cool. Highly recommend.

Had a awning blow over the top of our Bigfoot trailer ripping the lag bolts out and bending the support arms, Travis and his crew completely removed all items, filled previous awning holes and repaired the trailer to better than new condition. There we're a few other small items to address that could have been easily missed or forgotten, they nailed those down as well.

Great shop where you really get what you pay for, will take the trailer back or go there for any fabrication needs in the future, could not recommend a shop higher than Northwest Coach,

One of the best shops around i lost half my axle on my way north bound. Service with a smile they hooked me up quick got me back on the road in no time at all awsome
