We just had a small bathroom remodel completed by BLC Remodeling and we are very happy with the outcome. The team was tidy, on time and communicated effectively along the way.

Bogdan and his team are one of the best in Seattle. They recently completed a small but difficult job of re-leveling the floors in my home built in the 1920s.

Some highlights:
-Service: Bogdan and his team provide top quality service. I was always impressed to see their work. Nick, in particular, does impressive work.
-Communication: Bogdan is very responsive. He is very good with texting and knows when to call for more complex situations.
-Price Match: If there is someone who can do the job for less, Bogdan will do his best to price match or he will clearly explain the difference.
-Network: If Bogdan and his team can't do it, he knows someone who can at a competitive price. He was able to connect me with a superb electrician that ended up doing work on my home.
-Advice: Bogdan is very approachable and provides real and honest advice on ways a project can get accomplished.

We worked with Bogdan at BLC to remodel our primary bathroom. The team was professional, punctual, and kept us informed throughout the project. They delivered quality work—from tiling and plumbing to lighting and fixtures—everything was done as expected with no additional surprise costs.

They covered all flooring and installed plastic zippered curtains to our bedrooms and ensured the space was left well organized at the end of each work day. They were responsive to questions and happy to take input through the whole process. The project was completed just a couple extra days than originally planned and was within budget, and the finished bathroom turned out great.

We recently completed a kitchen and bathroom remodel with BLC (who was referred to us by a family friend) and are so happy with the results! The kitchen remodel was focused on adding a new island (with lighting) and heated tile floors, and the bathroom was a complete remodel (new cabinets and sinks, shower/bath, wrap around tile, mirrors, etc). Both projects were completed on time and within budget. We can't say enough good things about Bogdan and his crew; they were always on time and were great about asking for feedback and giving us design advice along the way. They were also super respectful of our house (which we lived in the entire time demolition and construction were going on), and were diligent about cleaning up as they went. When we (inevitably) ran into issues that were unforeseen at the time they put the quote together, they worked with us to come up with affordable solutions. We had many "change requests" along the way, and Bogdan and his team were very flexible and responsive, accommodating all our requests. BLC has an expert in every field too, which is great for unplanned work (we added some electrical); our fence even blew down during construction and damaged our siding and he had a team member fix that! At the end of the project, his team worked diligently to complete the touch up until we were completely satisfied. We can't recommend Bogdan and BLC enough and will definitely be using them again for future remodel work. Thanks again!

We Hired Blc Remodeling for a bathroom project and it was the best choice. Not only did the bathroom come out fantastic Bogdan and he’s crew were so professional and organized. They were overly protective of our home! After it was finished you couldn’t tell there was any construction done! If you need an honest company, don’t even waste your time! Bogdan and his crew are the BEST!! Skilled craftsmen, trusted, professional and knowledgeable. I had two bathrooms renovated at a condo unit. One had to be completely gutted due to an old leak - so they remediated the water damage, reframed where needed and transitioned the bathroom from a tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower. Their workmanship, expertise and attention to detail is fantastic. I greatly appreciated all the communication and photos during the demolition phase so we could confer immediately on decisions based on what was uncovered because of the water damage and then the crew could continue with their progress. They were willing to work within my budget on both bathrooms and offered solutions and different options that worked to accomplish the overall remodeling goals. And a huge bonus, when I sought guidance on some side projects outside of the bathroom remodels (construction projects in the kitchen and living room), they accommodated without hesitation to add to their schedule while they were on-site. We’ve used BLC Remodeling for 3 different projects, the most recent of which was a remodel of our kitchen and two bathrooms. We had a great experience working with John and Ben on our bathroom remodeling! They were very accommodating, listened to our concerns and got the work done on time. I can unequivocally recommend BLC Remodeling! Our expectations were exceeded across the board. After meeting with Ben and discussing our options, we were presented with a very reasonable cost proposal as well as clever suggestions on how we could save money and source well priced materials. We got bids from 3 other contractors but we sensed red flags with those guys so choosing BLC was easy.
Importantly when the job was completed on time and on schedule, there were no surprises and no inflated costs for the changes that were decided on. In fact the costs were lower than I even would have expected. When it comes to a bath remodel, these guys are talented, creative and meticulous. I liked that they do the greater majority of the work themselves and not to many subs are in the picture. The guys (Ben, Bob and George) showed up at 8:30 sharp every day and hustled all day. Every interaction was pleasant and cheerful! When issues came up as they always do, whether it was a minor decision to be made or a super important decision, it was always brought to our attention up front so that we would make the right choices. The guys are energetic not lazy so there was no such thing as cutting corners.

Ben, George, and their team exceeded our expectations in so many ways.  They planned our bathroom remodel collaboratively, giving us ideas and support when we needed it as well as much-appreciated suggestions for saving money on the project.  They began the project earlier than anticipated (!), and they came to our house almost every week day (plus occasional Saturdays).  Every day they maximized the amount of work they could do (often working long hours!).  They completed the project at the estimated amount, and on time.  All changes were discussed clearly with us and in advance of the work.  Best of all, the quality of their craftsmanship was truly excellent:  the electrical work was extremely precise; the tile work was exceptional to the point of being art; and the woodwork, including lots of custom shelving, turned out beautifully.  They even got our 1970's plumbing to cooperate with the new pipes and fixtures!  We couldn't be more thrilled with the results.  It was a privilege to have these wonderful guys working in our house, and we definitely plan to ask them back to remodel the kitchen.

I initially received a few quotes for our master bathroom remodel and BLC Remodeling was right in the middle. I decided to go with Bogdan for his passion and energy. I worked with BLC on two remodels - a bathroom followed by the entire first floor including kitchen. On both the projects, BLC stood out from others in terms of their friendly attitude, creative suggestions, pride in their workmanship and enthusiasm in getting things done on time. On the first project I got multiple bids before going with BLC. I was so impressed by their work and honesty that I didn’t bother to get bids from anyone else for my second and much bigger remodel.

Even before the project started Bogdan was patient with my ideas for the kitchen and gave good feedback that shaped the final design. Many of his suggestions also ended up saving us a good bit of money. Bogdan’s contacts for materials like countertops, glass etc had good variety and the bids we got through them were amongst the lowest. As with all big remodels there were a few unforeseen issues once the demo was done. Bogdan and Zoli found clever solutions for every one of them. Bogdan kept in close touch with me on any decisions and updated me with pictures of the progress when I wasn’t around. Towards the end of the project we ended up adding a few more things. Even though Bogdan was starting on another project after mine he found time to squeeze in the additions and get it all done on time. Its been 6 months since the work was complete and I am happy to report that the changes have held up well.

We originally found BLC Remodeling on Angie’s List with numerous glowing reviews. Other sites echoed these reviews, so we decided to engage with George to determine if we found a good fit for our project. Our initial meeting went very well, and his flexibility and creativity were just what we required to bring our vision to life. George offered to coordinate a site visit with a current project, which we accepted and were very impressed by the work being done at the site as well as the feedback of the homeowner. The quote provided was very clear, well documented, and very competitive with others received.

The project began as committed and managed in a very professional manner. George and his team were very respectful of our home, worked hard to minimize disruptions to our life, and cleaned up after themselves daily. We hired BLC to remodel a master bathroom, including custom tile shower, repairing damaged drywall, new tile floor, vanity, countertop, mirrors, fixtures and lighting. BLC was at the lower end of estimates we had, and they worked hard to meet our goals at our desired price level. Bogdan even gave us advice on selecting materials to meet our budget. They were timely and efficient, and caused minimal disruption in our home. We like our new Bluetooth-equipped vent fan/light. I would use them again, and recommend them to anyone who needs remodeling work done.
