Austin was such a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that I could understand without making me feel stupid. He was great with my toddler who wanted to talk and ask questions and just have his attention. He fixed what we needed him to, and went to the store to exchange parts that we bought but didn't work. He looked at and explained the process with some other projects that we need done. We'll definitely hire him for those.

Had a great experience with Austin from I.P.S. After the recent unseasonable rain, my gutters were filled with pine needles and debris, and the weight was causing them to come loose in multiple places. Austin was very professional and used proper safety equipment. He cleaned the gutters and roof, reattached the gutters securely, and cleaned off the deck afterward. Even took before and after photos so I could see what had been done, as it’s difficult to see from the ground. Very pleased with the job he did!

The owner/vendor Austin Walker, provided outstanding service for the repair and update of my home. For the outside of my home he removed rotten corner boards of my chimney and siding. He then installed new corner boards and siding, painted them plus window trim, garage trim and garage door. For the inside of my home he replaced cracked drywall on the ceiling and then brought that section to match the interior's original detail with joint compound, texture, primer and paint. This Company's work was done with 100% of my satisfaction, impeccable and impressive! Affordable and reasonable!

Closet rack broke (ripped out of the wall broke) and he was able to fix and reinforce it super quick! Holding up well and has more weight bearing capacity than before.
