MY ORIGINAL REVIEW.It’s very concerning that this company’s listed address is just a mailbox store. When I looked them up, I found they have other locations, one of which is in Santa Clara. That address is also tied to a mailbox store that permanently closed.

A legitimate business should have a verifiable office or physical location where clients can walk in and speak to someone directly. This setup raises serious red flags.

My husband and I recently completed a full kitchen and bathroom remodel with Century Residential, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations in every way. This was by far the most professional and reliable company we've ever worked with. Right from the beginning, they took the time to understand our vision, worked closely with our budget, and helped us choose high-quality materials that truly brought our dream kitchen and bathrooms to life.
Their team was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and always available to answer questions or make adjustments when needed.
They were efficient without ever compromising on quality, and their attention to detail was impressive.
Every aspect of the remodel from layout and cabinetry to tile and lighting was handled with care and precision.
They also kept the workspace clean and respected our home throughout the process.If you’re looking for a trustworthy, talented, and detail-oriented construction company, look no further. This team delivered exactly what we hoped for and more. Highly recommend Century Residential!

My experience with Century Residential was extremely frustrating. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates, and their team rarely returned calls or emails promptly. I felt completely left in the dark during the entire process. Communication is key in real estate, and unfortunately, they failed miserably.

Shay and his team showed up right on time each day of the job. At the end of each work day the job site was clean and organized. The final result was just as ordered. Excellent work.

Century residential inc did my kitchen and it looks amazing. This is the third time Im using this company. We are very happy and satisfied with their service and quality.

We had a very positive experience with the Century team when they remodeled our kitchen. We heard about them from our friends who used Century recently to remodel their bathrooms, so we decided to meet with one of their experts for an estimate. We chose to move forward and we are so happy with our decision and especially with the final outcome. Beautiful work, and a surprisingly pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. Thank you to the crews and the entire staff. Very happy.

They did the job in 2 weeks! We had a very small bathroom with a tiny shower and we wanted a larger shower. They enlarged the shower and it’s great.

We just had them replace a 30 year old roof. After getting a few other bids (one where we got put through an almost 90 minute sales pitch), we were so pleased,o be met by the owner that came out to give us a bid. No hard sell, just a bid that was much lower than the others. They came out a week later and had the job done in two and a half days. The installers were great too, and did a terrific job, including the cleanup after. I highly recommend them!

I love my new master bathroom, they were very professional, very prompt and very courteous. They listened to any request that we asked from them. I will recommend this century crew is awesome !

Their telemarketers are relentless. Weekly a telemarketing agent is calling me, I don’t even live in Washington State anymore and have explained that many times. Obviously this is a company that is not interested in knowing who their market base is. I would never use a company that hires telemarketing to get business especially construction.

Wonderful! I really enjoyed working with Shay and his style of doing business. I especially appreciated that he took the time to bring the installers over before the job so we could meet them as opposed to having strangers in our home. After the job was finished Shay made sure we were satisfied with every detail. Our new and refinished hardwood floors look just as beautiful as I had imagined they would!!

I hired Century Residential Inc to remodel a bedroom in my house. They leveled the floor, added lighting and outlets, installed new flooring and cabinets. The workers were skilled, careful, knowledgeable and considerate. There was great communication throughout the project. The quality of their work is excellent and I would certainly hire them again.

Our agent suggested we call Century Residential when we closed on our new home 3 months ago. We needed some updating and remodeling on our kitchen, two bathrooms, painting on the inside and the exterior and a few other smaller projects.We had a budget we wanted to try and stick to as closely as possible, and our project manager Nino made it possible. He gave us a package deal, with a good price, and he had us in our new home in less than 5 weeks. We are very thankful to Nino and his talented hard working crew for taking such care of us.

Century Residential did a great job on our deck. They also remodeled our kitchen and did fantastic work. We hired Century Residential to give our very small kitchen a much needed facelift. When meeting with them we felt a sense of relief after listening to the suggestions on how to maximize such a small space.

We really enjoyed working with Shay and his team at Century Residential. They did quality work in a timely way for our shower remodel and re-tile. Shay even helped me replace some hinges that needed to be fixed in my kitchen, even though this was not part of the project. We will absolutely call them for future projects around the house.

When you remodel an older home, there is a lot more that can go wrong. I think that what you need is someone who is able to deal with problems as they arise and is responsive in general. We did have some unexpected situations develop, and Shay (who estimated, coordinated the work and responded to our questions and problems) quickly worked to resolve them. We did have more problems with cleanup than other reviewers, but all I had to do was text Shay and he was on it. He had a lot of great advice and brought up things we hadn't thought of that turned out very well. Like other reviewers, it was refreshing to see that they kept on schedule and stayed on the job until done. Our last remodel was 20 years ago, but I remember that the contractor kept disappearing to work on other jobs. Shay was great to work with!

We hired Shay at Century Residential for a complete remodel of our kitchen, a complete replacement of our floors from carpet to hardwood, and lots of miscellaneous touch-ups everywhere else. Shay was straightforward and reasonable with design, budget, and schedule from day one. The best part - Shay and his crew finished our project in just around a month. He was responsive and communicative, and him and his crew always showed up when they said they would.

When we started looking for a contractor, we looked at least a half of a dozen different options. The main difference between Century and the other contractors we considered was that they had pre-fabricated cabinets that were able to be customized to fit our needs, while others needed to spend more time and money to build cabinets from scratch. Having remodeled our previous homes' kitchen to similar cabinets, I can say that the quality was on par with the custom ordered cabinets we ordered before. I was very happy with the trade-off as this made the project move very quickly.

Once most of our designs and choices were made, and work started, Shay was always available for feedback, and we were able to tweak any small thing we wanted to change, and correct any small discrepancies in what turned out versus what we expected. There were no huge surprises in our budget, and they were always willing to help pick up an appliance or exchange a light switch.

Bottom line, we were able to get the design we wanted, stay within our budget, and get it all done within the time promised. Shay worked with us and accommodated to all our needs. We highly recommend Shay and Century for any project, large or small.

I especially liked Shay’s good communications and their keeping to schedule. At the start of the project, they outlined when each phase of the project would start and how long it would take. They stuck closely to that schedule. They first collected all materials and then worked promptly to perform the work.

What started out as a sidewalk repair and chimney restoration evolved into a total kitchen, 2 bathroom, and an exterior painting of our 1920's home. Shay and his team did incredible work in updating our house, coming up with brilliant ways to enhance and modernize our older home. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious and the bathrooms are 5-star. Shay's team was prompt, hard-working and helpful. We recommended Century Residential to a family member who also used thim with great satisfaction. We highly recommend them.
