Raman, Dimitry, and the whole Intercrus Decks team were a pleasure to partner with. We sought quotes from three contractors for putting up a pergola in our backyard. One quoted over the phone a price that was three times greater than that of Intercrus Decks. The second contractor told us they'd get back to us but never did. From the start of the communication until signing the contract, Raman was prompt and responsive. He created a plan suitable to our needs while being willing to work with us back and forth until we achieved a satisfactory solution.Intercrus Decks acquired all the necessary permits, which relieved us of some burden. The crew worked well, and they were quick, diligent, and professional. Their quality of work impresses us a lot; even the materials used are brilliant! We love our shiny new pergola, which meets all our requirements - privacy, shade, wind block - and very beautiful. Our neighbors have been walking by and asking who did the job. We are happy to recommend Intercrus Decks to anyone who asks.

Simply wow! Intercrus Decks came and demolished my old deck and built me a huge new two-tier composite deck. I had help making decisions along the way, and they actually built my design, which is just amazing. People coming to visit just cannot believe it looks so pretty. I have also used their partner Intercrus Service to tie in a stamped concrete pathway from the deck to a new fire pit with sitting area and hot tub pad. They both worked together, which made it very easy and pleasant. I am in love with my yard, and I can even work out there now. I would recommend them all day, every day.

While Raman had been working on our neighboring deck, we were discussing with him some problems we encountered with our deck. However, he took time out of his combatively busy schedule and helped us with the deck.Good customer service isn't usually an example in today's world, but they exceeded my expectations, even though I wasn't even a paying customer. When the time comes for me to replace my deck, though, I will fully use Intercrus Decks because of this experience.

I am very pleased with the services that Intercrus Decks offers; from the estimate, consultation about design ideas with Raman herself, examination of the old Deck we had, to the creation of a different one. This past spring Intercrus Decks designed my wife´s and me a lovely garden patio and we couldn’t be any happier with how it looks now. Raman gave us lots of ideas on how we could meet our desired specifications when building the deck and also consider its appearance within the existing backyard setting. Our deck needed to be replaced and we settled for Intercrus Decks because their prices were favorable plus their whole team gave off an air of sophistication. Right from Raman, the project master, who took his time to listen to what we wanted about our deck, to Joel who removed the old one to Jack who made a new one even during snowfall, not forgetting those who did cement work around it up to office personnel like Emma we can only say we are thrilled. When snow stops falling down, we’ll have an awesome new deck which is just like an artwork that brings people together! Watch out for us; we are going wild with summer around the corner! If you want someone who does it right the first time and you can trust that they will do it correctly call them. The pergola wouldn’t fit into our space but they made sure that we got it as per the specs on time. The communication was excellent, and they didn’t overcharge us after giving quotations to several groups that were interested in the work. We had one team come out for quotes but they weren’t worried about doing their duty so much money.

Intercrus Decks was such an excellent experience, 5 stars doesn’t do it justice! The craftsmanship was fantastic. The service was superb. We are grateful to Intercrus Decks for the new fence. Raman was incredible in terms of pricing, communication, counseling among causing us to realize that it was a wise decision. Jack and the rest of the team were fast, kind, professional & friendly too! Their backyard clean-up was an added advantage that we never expected them to do for us within such a short notice. The fence is perfect and the design was made to look the same with that on another side even though we didn’t ask them for it at first. Thanks a lot!
