Had them out for the first time to investigate the cause of a small roof leak. Brad was assigned to handle our inquiry and arrived early. By the time I got home to meet him, he had already been up and found the potential problem and had applied sealant where he thought it was needed. No charge. They will be my first call with future issues that occur or when the time comes for a replacement.

I had what I thought to be a roof issue on my four year old home. I made an appointment for a roof inspection. Today Mike Ogle from Moss came to address my issue. He assured me my issue wasn’t roofing; but, poor craftsmanship on the part of the builder’s choice for exterior painting. Mike was very knowledgeable and personable. If Mike is a true representative of Moss Roofing, I will DEFINITELY be calling this company when the time comes!

I really enjoyed working with job coordinators Benny and Delaney. Richard was great onsite. Project was Hardie siding, Flat roof, and installation of new patio slider and rear and custom side door. I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and their work.

I know it’s not easy to show that level of attentiveness in customer service from start to finish while being constantly busy with 25 other things at a time but you guys have done it and to have done so at the standard where anyone would be appreciative for, I applaud you all!!!

Cody Hirons at Moss Roofing was great to work with. He was responsive and we were really pleased with the final product. Moss did a great job of communicating with us and working with our insurance on our claim. Cody explained the process thoroughly and walked us through our options. The crews did a great job of cleaning up after their work.

Moss's team was top-notch. We were put in a bad situation with our insurance underwriters, and Moss was able to get this project done a month ahead of the Insurance deadline. I worked directly with Bradley Ketchem of Moss Roofing during my home claim after we experienced hail damage to our home. He walked us through every step of the process and was onsite for every inspection and walkthrough even if we couldn’t make it. He even dealt with my insurance company directly during off-hours to help make the process smoother for us.

When it came to the work completed by Moss we were extremely pleased. The roof, window wraps, and gutters were completed in a timely manner and on schedule with what we were told. The quality of work was beyond even what we expected and could not ask for anything more.

If anything else is needed in the future I won’t hesitate to contact Bradley and Moss roofing to help us.

My roof got damaged after a tornado went thru our neighborhood in Spring 2023. I contacted Moss Roofing, after reading reviews about them, and they looked at my roof and explained what they would do and how to work with the insurance company. They also help me pick up the roof and gutter color. The roof replacement took less than a day. The workers took great care to put tarps around the perimeter of the house so all the nails and other trash would be collected. Once they were done they ran magnets around the house to pickup any nail that could have been missed. On a different day, the gutter crew showed up to replace all the gutters. They recommended new locations for some downspouts and also added additional downspouts. All the work looks great. Moss Roofing submitted a final report with photos to the insurance company so that all the money would be released. So far everything looks great and we are very happy with their work.

Moss was great. They listened to my issues and concerns and delivered multiple estimates and guidance that helped me choose the best solution. They met and work with my insurance adjuster to ensure there was alignment between all parties on what worked needed to be done. Scheduling the repair was timely and simple. I will use Moss for any future roofing needs.

I was selling my mother's house after her death. The buyer's realtor said it needed a new roof. On a great recommendation from a friend I called Moss Roofing for an estimate and they came out the same day. They gave me a written estimate which satisfied me and the buyer's realtor. There was no charge and I thought if I ever needed a new roof I knew who I'd call. After hail damage they replaced my roof, gutters and siding and I'm very pleased with the job and also how well they worked with my insurance company.

We had some extensive hail damage and Adam from Moss roofing was very kind and helpful. He took a lot of time and explained the options to us and met with our adjuster at 8am on a Sunday AM (WOW). I was unwilling to pick a company who knocked on our door to sell us something and did all the research before picking Moss. I was not lead astray. Several of our neighbors know him personally and have also had good experiences. He promptly answered no less than 24 emails full of questions. He was wonderful with me changing my mind at least 10 times about color and product for our roof, siding, gutters, overhangs, gutter guards, replacing decking, special requests and me ordering in other samples of 10 different products and getting quotes. They spent extra time picking up nails when they did our roof and their crews did NOT leave cigarette butts. 10/10 for customer service and installation. good prices, clear communication. I Can't ask for a better contractor... now if they could only do my kitchen remodel....

From initial contact were very helpful. Prompt with appointment and seemed very interested in getting my business. Kent Sutton was my first contact and did inspection of what was needed. Very thorough and explained what would be involved and how they would handle replacing roof. Kent reviewed their estimate with me (was very competitive). Main reason we decided on using Moss Roofing was due to Kent Sutton, he really sold us on dealing with them. Kent was proactive, called every few days to see if we had any questions. He was very professional.
When they came out to do the work they were on time as they said they would. Went over the procedure they would be doing from start to finish. Zach and Jeremy were on site with the crew and they all did an excellent job.

Benny and Moss roofing are a truly great company and great project manager to work with, we got literally a half dozen quotes to have our roof done, and cheapest wasn't the goal, it was best value, what grade of products they were using, what the warranties were, what all they were going to do for the money being asked, so best value was the goal. With Moss Roofing we got all of that, we got the best price of all the quotes we got, we got GAF name brand products for everything they installed except the lumber, we got a nice fast install, they cleaned up great after they were done, they put protective screens up to protect our house exterior, the roof looks and works great, the venting keeps temps more level in the attic (trust me I spent about 3 weeks up there after they were done, redoing our insulation as that was next on our remodel list), and when we found one little issue, Benny was out there next day getting it taken care of for us and the owner, Beverly, reached out personally to make sure everything got taken care of. Truly a great company, offering a great product, for a great value and they stand behind their work!

Moss Roofing was Excellent Kent came out to my house to give me a estimate on my siding because I had really bad wind damage and I was worried about water damage. I had to my siding ordered because the color needed wasn’t. In stock but they worked with me all the way through the whole process and as soon as it was in they came right out the next day I had installed and everything matched up perfectly I will definitely call them again if I have any siding or roofing problems they’ll be the first that I Call and Definitely ask For Kent thanks Moss Roofing!!

We went with Moss after having used a bigger company that didn't meet our needs previously. The company is family owned and place utmost importance on clear communication and delivery of scope of work. They got the job done quickly and argued with insurance for us. I was impressed with every aspect of the service provided by Moss Roofing. They did not just replace a non-operating power vent but they treated my issue as a ventilation issue not solely as an equipment replacement. Their professional proposal was more extensive than the other contractor I contacted including replacing my soffit vents and came in at a lower cost quote. The crew was professional and the workmanship was exceptional. I would definitely contact them for any additional roofing needs I might have.

From our first meeting with Adam, he seemed to ‘get’ what we wanted. When I didn’t seem thrilled with the standard color selection for the Hardie Siding, he brought out the custom colors, and we found what we wanted! He kept us informed when there was a delay in delivery, and put us right on the install schedule as soon as it arrived. The install crew was awesome, too! They completed our installation and cleaned up in 3 days. When our gutter subcontractor showed up onsite in the middle of the siding install, they worked with him to complete siding in the areas he needed done so he was able to attach the gutters and downspouts within 2 1/2 hours. He told us they were the best siding crew he had ever worked with. The finished house is beautiful, and we love the custom color! We would 100% recommend Moss Roofing!

Couldn't recommend this company more! Moss Roofing installed JamesHardie siding for a family members house. They came out, took photos and helped us work through selecting new siding, giving the house an updated look. There was even mock photos of what the house would like to aid us in making our final selections. The crew was professional,completed the job in a timely fashion and didn't leave a trace of evidence on the property.

Moss Roofing provided an amazing experience from beginning to end. It is difficult to find companies that truly care about their customers & Moss Roofing does just that and it shows. If I had the option to give Moss Roofing 10 stars I would. I have been completely impressed with the entire process and everyone I have worked with. Tyler came to our house to assess damage to our house and roof after a hailstorm last March. He took a lot of pictures and a video of the damage to our siding, gutters, screens and roof. The next day I received a call from Adam Moss introducing himself and talking me through the process that they were going to go through with our insurance company. The original claim was only $8k. When Adam was done working with our insurance company, our claim was over $20k. Their turn around time was impeccable. our entire job (full siding, gutter and roof replacement) were completed well before our neighbors (who chose other contractors), some of whom are still waiting on new siding. Their customer service and responsiveness was unparalleled. Throughout the process I was kept very well informed. Delaney and Hope were wonderful to work with as well. Moss blows all the others away. They communicated every week where I was in the schedule, showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and were actually a cost savings over other bids.

I contacted Moss to come inspect my roof after a large hailstorm. The area was hit and many people in my neighborhood used various services. I went with Moss due to their long history in the business. I’m so glad I did! They sent Tyler Ashcraft for an inspection. He was incredibly prompt, professional, and thorough. We initially scheduled for a day with 100% chance of rain. When changing the date, for safety reasons, his flexibility and communication was flawless. Our estimate was scheduled quickly and executed with detail and precision. While we didn’t need to use their services because our roof had minimal damage, I know I can trust this company for any future needs. Give Moss your business- you will NOT regret it.

Disappointed in Moss. I called and spoke with them about a new roof and gutters for storm damage. Tyler came out and took measurements and left a folder of info. Never heard back. Texted Tyler after more than 1 week, he apologized and said he would send us the quote shortly. Haven't heard since. That was a week ago. We have moved on.

We were interested in buying a home with significant roof issues, and our realtor said we should have Moss Roofing take a look prior to making an offer. I wanted to leave a review about Ben from Moss Roofing even though we didn’t use them as of 4/27/21. He was running late but called to make sure that it was still ok to stop by. He was friendly and listened to everything that had happened to our roof recently. When he was done inspecting he told me upfront the issues that he saw but didn’t think it was a whole roof repair. Gave me the name of a company for something else that I asked about and told me to call them back if there’s any additional damage. Thank you Ben!

Amazing company! I’m a construction inspector so I’m very picky on who I choose to work on my home. These guys know their stuff, very happy I went with Moss Roofing!

We did a fire restoration and Moss did our roofing. The HO noticed a small drip after last week’s heavy rain. This was months after the installation. I called Moss and George showed up on time and spent a hour with a fine tooth comb. Never once mentioned the length of time or if the warranty was still in effect.

Moss roofing recently assisted with the repair to our existing roof after we required a new chimney. They worked seamlessly to coordinate with the other company and did an exceptional job in a challenging space. The area was left spotlessly clean and much attention was paid to detail. We highly recommend Moss and won’t hesitate to contact them when we need to replace our entire roof.

I had a insurance claim approved to replace my roof. After talking with multiple contractors (all the big names) it was clear Moss Roofing would be the right choice. No up charge of designer colored shingles, certified factory installer for GAF and Owens Corning. Moss took care of everything no additional out of pocket expenses no haggling, nothing. They installed the roof, dealt with insurance, no stress. At the end about 1-2 weeks later Moss sent a pro roofer to do the post installation inspection. This guy found only little issues but fixed them on the spot. Miss Roofing is by far the best roofing experience I’ve had.

We had a wonderful experience working with Moss Roofing. We talked to numerous companies prior to Moss and had not found anyone willing to help us realize our desire to return our 1914 home to its original look. Kent and Benny worked with us to restore our aluminum clad soffits to new beaded board soffits that matched the original soffits. They even had the boards delivered in advance so that we could paint them prior to them being installed. In addition, Moss was willing to install historic half-round gutters. Moss also reroofed our house and garage and resided an enclosed two-story sleeping porch. We would highly recommend Moss Roofing.

EDIT: After moving I had them out for a quote to fix siding. I was told it could not be fixed and must be replaced. I was told it would be over $20,000+ to repair with James Hardy siding. I had it repaired for less than $1,000 by a handy man. Looks great and couldn't be happier. I can no longer recommend Moss Roofing and am changing my 5 star review to a 0 star review.
