I would recommend J & B West Roofing. Mark Mueller, representative for J & B West was responsive and professional. He was the only estimator who secured a weather guard on an opening where ridge shingles had been blown off and probably prevented rain damage while waiting for a company to repair the damage. He hadn't been awarded the job at that time.
Virgilio Martinez, project manager, was professional and responsive. Virgilio and team completed the job, searched for additional damage, identified and repaired the seal around the weatherhead protruding through the roof thus preventing potential water damage. All-in-all, job well done.

Vergilio and his crew were great installing our new roof! There were a few items after they were done that they had to come back to complete but this was done in a timely manner with ample communication! Thanks guys! Now on to the siding! Our sales person, Mark, has been instrumental in getting these repairs done to our home after our storm!

J & B includes a 10 year warranty on their work, which is one of the reasons why I chose them over other contractors. Your shingles will have their own separate warranty. They were very professional throughout the process, and the crew did an excellent job which included a very thorough clean-up when they were finished. Their project manager Virgilio was fun to talk with, and it was evident that he cares about doing things with excellence. We had a spot where the roof was separating from the soffit, and some birds had gotten in and built a nest. Another well known roofing company in the area quoted $1500 for the repair. That was just before we decided to get quotes on a whole new roof. J & B fixed the problem at no additional charge, stating that the work that was quoted by the other company was unnecessary. I highly recommend J & B.

J&B West Roofing did a great job with our new roof installation. Luis provided great service up front and always called ahead to let us know when he was on the way to our house. Kyle worked closely with our insurance agent and got us a great claim to help cover the cost of the repair and most of the roof replacement. They replaced the whole roof in about a day and a half, including tear off of the old shingles. The project manager, Virgillio, was excellent. He answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable, and was always polite, respectful, and very professional. The team worked over the weekend to complete our roof repair/replacement to squeeze us into their busy schedule. They were a hard working team and did a great job of clean up. Virgillio walked us through an inspection after the job was completed to ensure we were satisfied with the work. Our new roof looks great. Thanks J&B West Roofing for great service and great work!!

We had a large roof with 7 dormers. There were lots of details to consider. Virigilio and his crew were always on time or early to work. They were careful around all the landscaping and took time to put most everything back that had to be moved. The finished job looks terrific. We appreciated always having a project manager on the job as well as workmen who did excellent work. Virigilio had done his homework and knew the most current application procedures and made himself knowledgable concerning the roofing standards.

I highly recommend J & B West Roofing and Construction. They did a great job. Jeremy, the sales rep, was thorough and provided a fair quote. It wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, but it was the best value. The quality of materials / length of warranty impressed me, as they were better than the more expensive quotes I got. The roofing crew was nice and kept me in the loop... which is great because I am nosy! J & B West simplified the daunting process of replacing a roof and created a very satisfied customer.

5 stars is not enough for the quality and work ethic that j & b west roofing gave us. They worked with our insurance company to get us the best possible outcome. The crew was on time, worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner and cleaned up when finished. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

Our entire experience with J & B West was exceptional from start to finish. Virgilio & his crew were respectful & efficient. They had our new roof installed in ONE DAY (very much appreciated!) and cleaned up every piece of debris. The office staff kept in contact with us and always reached out first with any changes. We felt we were in good hands with the J & B West team and would highly recommend their services!

This was out first experience with JB West Roofing. Our first contact was with Rachel Lange, she was professional and answered all of the questions we had regarding our damaged roof. Rachel was very knowledgeable about the entire roofing process, and in my opinion exactly the type of employee I would want contacting customers and representing my company. We decided to install the brand new Owens Corning Duration Flex shingle, which is wind rated for 130+ mph. Virgillio Martinez was our project manager during the install process, and his install team was exceptional. From the moment he arrived on site, he explained the entire process and his crew was amazing. One the first day the old roof was ripped off, and they cleaned the roof of all debris just like it was brand new sheathing. The install of the ice shield and synthetic underlayment was quick and exact, I can tell you this crew knew exactly what they were doing. The shingle install process was started on day one, and fully completed on day two. Even during this time frame they had to compete with a significant wind, but you could tell that they had been faced with this before and it was no problem. As far as the product, it has only been on our roof for less than a week but I can tell you that the roof looks great and the sealing strip on the shingles is very aggressive which provides for an amazing seal. Virgillio explained that this was probably one of the first roofs in Indiana that had the Owens Corning Duration Flex shingle installed, and he was impressed with the quality and flexibility of the shingles. JB West Roofing didn’t pay me a dime to write this review, but I like to pass on to other potential customers my experiences, either good or bad when dealing with contractors. There are a lot of fly by night so called contractors out there that may sound like a good deal. I can tell you from personal experience JB West is not in that category, they are professional roofers that focus on customer service. If you want someone that keeps their word, know how to install a professional roof with an experienced team then I can absolutely recommend them.

J&B West Roofing, my wife and I are extremely pleased with the job you did every thing was clean when completed the crew showed up on time and finished when they said they would. I was completely impressed with your Forman Virgilio Martinez he is what sold the job for you, when he came to give me an estimate I was sold immediately I could just tell he knew what he was talking about and I could tell he would do the job as if it was his own house. I had several other company's give me estimates and none of their sales people could hold a candle to him you should be very proud of the way he represents your company.

From the time that the sales representative came to my house it was a great experience! I’ve worked construction for over 20 years and these people do everything the right way start to finish. They provide all the information for the products they use along with brochures and info packets. They were present for the inspection by our insurance adjuster and have been involved every step of the way. The crew that did the tear out and install was awesome! They did great work, were very polite, and did an excellent job cleaning up the debris. The job site supervisor was on top of everything, he inspected every stage of the tear out and installation. He also sent me pictures of the bare roof and the finished product.

J&b west is a great roofing company.
Job done as they said, cleaned up the yard really great, no trash left after they was all done.
