I would like to share a personal experience that I recently had with Moss Roofing. I had a water leak coming from somewhere on my roof, which caused some minor ceiling damage inside my home. I contacted Moss Roofing, who by the way wasn’t who had installed my 3-year old roof that only had a 2-year workmanship warranty. Moss Roofing was out the next day and performed a thorough inspection of my roof and were able to quickly determine where the leak was originating and what was causing the leak. They returned with the necessary materials to repair the problem and ensured that everything was sealed and secured upon completion. I would strongly recommend Moss Roofing for all your roofing needs as they are professional, punctual, polite and do quality work. I will certainly be using them for all my future roofing projects and/or repairs. Thanks again Moss Roofing!

Four years ago, I had my roof replaced by another company. The flashing was not done properly and I have been dealing with leaks in my master bedroom for four years. The former company came out repeatedly trying to fix it but did not.
I contacted Moss Roofing and within two weeks a roofing crew was replacing my chimney flashing. The thoroughness of ensuring that they had resolved my problem was amazing. The roofer went into my upper level attic to ascertain if I had other issues and even checked out my fireplace chimney. Heavy rains came again, no leaks and I’m confident that my problem has finally been resolved.

We had a great experience with Moss Roofing. From the start Stephen returned all our calls, answered every question. He communicated with our insurance company. The roofers came early and stayed very late. Corbin took pictures all through the project. They finished in 1 1/2 days. The clean up was amazing. They had magnets that picked up nails. With the mess that was made from taking off the old roof you couldn’t even tell they were there when they left. After the project was done Corbin came back and documented the project with several more pictures. He also again went around the house and barns with a magnet to pick up nails. Delaney called a couple days later and after studying the many pictures that were taken decided our chimney flashing was not up to her standards and said she would have workers come back to redo it. We were very impressed with all the people at Moss Roofing.

Well organized crew. Site manager on site daily. No damage to property and great clean up after. These guys worked until dark because they knew it was going to rain the next afternoon, so they were able to finish before the rain.

After receiving several reputable referrals and conducting our own research, our family decided to work with Moss Roofing. We are pleased to share that they exceeded our expectations. Your home is one of the largest investments you make, and it's personal. Finding someone you trust to complete the work and care about the level of detail as if it were their own home is very hard to find.

• Replace box vents with vent ridge
• Remove chimney
• Replace fascia & metal
• New gutters
• New soffits

Our initial interaction was with Benny Noland. Benny, an expert in his field, made us feel confident we were working with the best. He was down-to-earth, answered all our questions, and was always prompt in responding. A specific instance that stands out is when a small tree fell on our property while we were on vacation. Benny took the time to trim and cut the tree for us, going above and beyond his duties. Thank you, Benny!

The project was then smoothly handed over to Chris Davisson, who managed everything from start to finish. Chris was outstanding to work with. His team was respectful of our home and meticulous in their work. Chris was a great communicator throughout the entire process, being honest, upfront, and friendly. He addressed all our concerns and assured us we would be taken care of, staying true to his word and commitment.

We also had the pleasure of working with Delaney Courtney and Allison Moss behind the scenes, and they were equally wonderful.

Having been in customer service for 14+ years, I have high expectations for what constitutes a great client experience. Moss Roofing provided an exceptional experience for me and my family. Oh my, Moss Roofing and Siding was definitely a great experience. The roofer came in one morning and did not leave until the whole roof was done. They cleaned up after themselves. The siding crew was the same way they came in did the job and wasn’t playing around, didn’t hear any bad words from them but then I don’t know Spanish. It was just a great experience. Moss Roofing was excellent to work with from Benny doing the measurement/assessment, to the office staff and installers they were all 5*. They made a roof possible for a very needy lady in Ft. Moss Roofing was very prompt to come and inspect our roof after we experienced hail damage. Benny Noland was very thorough in his estimate and took many pictures to prove to our insurance company that a total roof replacement was needed. The insurance company agreed with Moss Roofing's assessment of the damage and did not send out an adjuster of their own to investigate. The roofing crew was courteous and took great care to protect my landscaping beds surrounding the house.
When an unexpected structural repair was needed on a portion of the roof, Moss contacted me immediately to explain the situation and get my approval to continue. They appealed to my insurance company to pay for this repair as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with Moss Roofing and would highly recommend them.

I was in construction for 40 years, I spent most of that time as a Estimator/Project Manager. I would highly recommend Moss roofing to anyone that would like to work with a contractor that is on time and does a quality job with great communication. Moss roofing replaced my roof and gutters, their clean up was outstanding, it was started and finished when they said it would be. I would rate them with the top contractors I worked with in the past and would refer them to anyone looking for a great contractor.

Shawn and the entire Moss team have been extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the process of having our roof replaced. They have all been generous with their time while answering my ENDLESS questions. After the new roof went on earlier this week, we noticed one minor cosmetic issue and they were taking actions to correct the issue within 12 hours! No contractors/company/person is perfect, but immediately taking accountability and identifying a solution is more than we could ask for! We're thankful that we chose to work with Moss and will refer others to them when we have a chance!

Adam and his team were very thorough and worked seamlessly with my insurance. They replaced my roof, added new gutters and downspouts, and repaired water damage to interior ceilings as well. Their inspector was very meticulous and made certain all work met the highest standards. I would highly recommend Moss Roofing.

We had Moss Roofing replace our roof after it accumulated sufficient storm damage to warrant the repairs. On the plus side, their coordination of the inspection, working with insurance, and coordinating subcontractors was all very efficient and easy from our experience. You can tell they do a lot of roof jobs and have streamlined the process.

The problem is the quality of the work and some of the products used. The selection of shingles is pretty small. The crew that did the work was quick (mostly done in one day), but that reflects in the finished product too. The new gutters that were installed already look worse than the ones that were taken down. Some follow-up work had to be done on the drip edge, and when hanging Christmas lights this year, I see that it has a bunch of crude cuts where it was notched to fit around the old gutters. Now with the new gutters up, the old notches are all visible, which just looks junky. Seems like a miscommunication and poor coordination between Moss Roofing and the gutter subcontractor.

The results aren't terrible, but I don't know that I would use Moss Roofing again. Would definitely look into other options first.

Edit: Added a picture that shows 90% of our issues. The vertical staining on the gutters is after only two years. The old gutters never did that in their entire 17 years. The misplaced notches and crooked gutter hangers can't be seen from the ground, but do give an indication on the overall quality of work.

They removed my old smart siding and installed new siding. They insulated under it and did a quality job. It looks great!

Start to finish from dealing with insurance to having my roof inspected and replaced by Moss roofing couldn’t be happier. Even moved my install date up a week earlier due to an opening in their scheduling. 100% recommended

I'm one to do my research in selecting a Company to help us in need. I discovered Moss Roofing who was somewhat local. They were south of Indianapolis, IN and we were on the Northeast side of Indianapolis.
I met Tyler when he came to our house for an inspection of our roof. I informed him, I was interested in an assessment of the roof after we experienced a significant hail storm. He also learned I would be ok if he didn't find any damage. After the assessment, he informed me we would need a roof replacement, as well as the gutters. I informed State Farm of the situation. I provided them Tyler's Phone number as well as the Office phone number for Moss Roofing.. State Farm Insurance sent an adjuster to finalize the assessment. The Adjuster, Tyler, and I met and the Roofing and Gutter project began.
I am very satisfied with the work that was performed. Moss Roofing provided three different teams complete the tasks. I appreciated Beverly Moss (Business Owner) reaching out to me on occasion to insure we were satisfied with the performance of her teams. Thank you Beverly, Delaney, Tyler, Richard, Gil, and one more gentleman (I forgot his name).

Its rare when the Owner of a Company reaches out to the clients to ensure satisfaction. This action developed partnership and the best of outcomes - A WIN-WIN for all.

Reroofed home at our expense (not insurance). Moss cost less than other quality competitors. No pressure and very knowledgeable. There were a few hiccups in the process, but Moss was very professional and prompt in taking care of any issues. Communication was excellent. A year later I can say our new roof performed perfectly over the winter when there were ice dams in the gutter and every other situation. I would use them again.

Struggled for a few years with a very slow leak trying to figure out if it was a one time thing. Had a few roofing companies out before that mis-diagnosed it. Called Moss Roofing and explained the situation. Within 10 minutes of arriving, Kent had diagnosed and fixed the leak. Will definitely be calling Moss again for future work on our home! Benny was the project manager for my roof and gutter replacement and soffit repair. He was prompt, kind, and professional. He always returned my calls and answered all my questions in a way I could understand.
The team who did the work were hard-working and thorough. Not a single nail or shingle was left behind, and the roof is beautiful.
Beverly and Adam Moss (mother and son) were very professional and were clearly invested in great customer service, as they called often to check on progress and even came out to the house to inspect that the new roof was up to their standards.
Delaney and the administrative team were very well-organized and communicated all the logistics with me on a regular basis.

Roof installation 3 or more years ago. Interior problem developed recently. Called Moss Roofing and they sent their inspector the next day who diagnosed the problem and sent the repairman the next day. The interior damage was repaired abou one week later.
Superior service that was super friendly, and the original installation was fairly priced and completed on time.

Had a slight leak in my roof that I needed a professional opinion on. Kent was right on time, and was sincere about wanting to help the customer, not just make a sale. He thought it was just a few loose nails around my attic vents, and he went ahead and re-nailed them and caulked them, for no charge, even after I insisted. I will definitely be reaching out to Moss again, when the time comes to replace my roof.

2023 update: Very pleased, again, by the assistance provided by Moss after a piece of siding just below the roof was dislodged. Katie, a member of the office staff was responsive to my request and communicated well with me throughout; another Moss team member was dispatched and restored the siding piece to its location efficiently.

My wife and I are delighted with the vinyl siding that Moss Roofing installed on our house, and neighbors have remarked to us favorably about it. The two project managers with whom we worked - George, who assisted us during our decision-making process, and Ben, who supervised the installation - were excellent; the team that did the labor was outstanding – skilled, diligent, and pleasant – and we appreciated also the contributions of others – including Bev, Adam, and Delaney – who, from the office, facilitated the effort.

Couldn't be happier with Moss Roofing. They provide a high quality product (backed up by a generous warranty) and excellent customer service at a competitive price.
