Moss Roofing - Brownsburg, IN

We recently had a home inspection in preparation for selling our house and the inspector found a few things that needed addressing. Contacted Moss Roofing and scheduled a time for someone to come out. Shawn Pribble was the person who came out - what an amazing person! Shawn listened to what our needs were and addressed all of them quickly and professionally. The job we asked him to do was very minor (30 minutes or so), but I cannot speak any more highly of Sean or Moss Roofing! What an amazing experience. We will use Moss Roofing in the furture for any of our roofing or siding needs!

We used Moss following hail damage to our roof and siding. They came out promptly to assess damage and worked with our insurance company so we were able to get a completely new roof and new siding on our house. They kept us updated when materials were back-ordered, and got to work as soon as materials were avaliable. Following the completion, an inspector completed a walk through and addressed any concerns we had. Everything addressed during inspection was fixed promptly, and workers and the inspector came out multiple times to make sure we were completely satisfied. We would recommend Moss to anyone who is looking to have their roofing or siding repaired or replaced! We had a very good experience and are pleased with the work completed. We were especially happy the staff were always available to answer questions or address any concerns.

I was extremely pleased with every aspect of the work performed by Moss Roofing in replacing/installation of our new roof. It was apparent from my first contact in requesting an estimate that they place a premium on customer satisfaction. Bennie, the estimator crew manager, possessed a wealth of experience in the roofing business, walking me through the process and answering every one of my questions.

The crew that performed the installation were incredibly efficient, working seamlessly as a team. They began at 7:00 am and worked almost non-stop (breaking only for lunch) until they completed the job at little after 9:00 pm.
They did a great job of cleaning up before they departed.

But most importantly, Moss Roofing's follow-up to conduct a quality inspection and to personally contact me to make sure I was totally satisfied with the job they had done was above and beyond any expectation one could have.

Moss Roofing has replaced a number of roofs in our neighborhood of roughly 60 homes just this Spring, and every homeowner has expressed complete satisfaction with the final product. I highly recommend Moss Roofing.
