March 13 Todd Short and his crew did a fantastic job installing our new roof. From the first meeting with Todd I felt confident that we would receive excellent service plus an excellent roof! He explained all the details and process, very helpful for a wife who never had to plan such a project! The excellent crew was very careful with the prep, job and cleanup. If you need a new roof, look no further! Expect the best roof project and the nicest people to install a beautiful roof for you!

Rick’s crew did a new roof on my house and garage in March 2025. The communication up front was excellent as we had a delay between estimate and work and then a scheduling challenge for the actual work which I appreciated them working with me on. On the day of the job, I was very impressed to see Rick (the owner!) out working with his guys, as they diligently tackled the house in less than a day despite needing to replace much more decking than anticipated. The roof looks great and I’m hopeful to not have to worry about it for at least 20-30 years. Professional and courteous, would highly recommend these guys for any roof project!

Rick and his team were amazing. He was recommended by many of my neighbors and I’m so glad I took their referral. From the initial inspection, to meeting with my insurance adjuster, to helping me pick our shingles, to making sure I was completely satisfied with the work, Rick was simply a professional start to finish and so darn nice as well. We had a complete redecking, new roof and insulation added. The job could not have gone better. The crew was skilled and efficient and worked hard, completing the project in one day. They did a meticulous job of cleanup. We did not find even one nail left in the yard. When they left you would never have know that such a huge project had gone on that day. The house and yard looked exactly as it did when they arrived, except for the great new roof. We could not have been happier.

We had our entire siding replaced by Robert Stevens Roofing. They did a great job from beginning to end. We had wood siding that was rotting. Todd came out, assessed the situation, educated us on what he saw, and then laid out options. It was clear he was very knowledgeable and experienced. Todd with Robert Stevens roofing was wonderful! Easy to work with and took care of working with the insurance company where he could help, even getting a supplement to get the barn roof done which the original insurance adjuster didn’t look at. The crew worked long hours and finished up in just over a day on 3 different roofs. Todd was on-site and made sure they completed the job and made sure the site was clean when they left and we were satisfied customers. I would highly recommend Todd at Robert Stevens Roofing. Professional, responsive and cares about what he does.

We had shingles damaged and ripped off our roof during a nighttime storm. Robert Stevens came out to our home early the next morning (on a weekend) to emergency tarp. They helped us extensively with providing information to insurance to try to get a full roof replacement. Insurance was difficult and argued against most of the things we wanted fixed, despite Robert Stevens and other roofers saying the shingles were not fixable. Robert Stevens stuck with us throughout and continued to help. We finally decided to do the loop full replacement (mostly out of our own pocket) about six months after the incident. They got us on the schedule quickly due to the issues we faced and their pricing was very reasonable. We would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I have used Robert Stevens Roofing for a few repairs on our roof over the years. They are always very quick to respond and go above my expectations with even the most simple repair. This made them an obvious choice when we needed our roof replaced. What made it even more convenient was they handled the coordination with other parties to get all our trim painted, replaced broken trim pieces, and a new upgraded gutter system installed. Todd was easy to work with and took the time to explain details/ the process and all the products they offered. We ended up going with an upgraded shingle which provides better protection from hail and gave us a discount from our insurance provider which paid for the upgrade after 2 years of savings on our premium (Todd recommended asking our insurance about discounts). I will be working with Robert Stevens Roofing for any of my future exterior projects.

Most recently I hired Robert Stevens Roofing to install aluminum fascia and soffit. No more painting or repair of old wood. The work looks great. Their staff stayed over their normal hours to finish the job in a day. They did a roof installation last year. I was so impressed with the work they did I didn't even hesitate to contract with them for this job. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

Robert Stevens Roofing replaced the fascia boards and gutters on our house May 2023. They checked our roof and said it was in good condition and did not need replacing (that’s honesty!). We worked primarily with Todd, who came to our house every day workers were on the job to make sure the work was being done as agreed to, and to answer any questions we had. We appreciated that Rick’s people listened to our input and discussed any concerns we raised. Everyone who worked on our house was friendly, courteous, and experienced - they obviously knew what they were doing and did a good job. We especially appreciated Todd’s attention to communication, whether via email, text or phone. I discovered water coming down on the exterior of the vent pipe of my furnace. Called and spoke with Rick. He was able to get a technician out before the next rain event. Apparently the HVAC installer for my new furnace didn't put a boot on the vent pipe (and didn't instruct me to get a roofing company out). Robert Stevens Roofing installed the boot and no more leaking! The process required very little effort on my part. It looks good from street level. Would definitely call them again should the need arise.

Following a large storm, we chose Robert Stevens Roofing to repair our damaged roof 15+ years ago. We chose them because they were local, dependable and honest. And 15+ years later - that still stands.
We recently had a leak in a bathroom ceiling following a rainstorm, Rick and his team were at our house within 2 days of my call and not just worked on the vent that had the leak, but also on the other 2 vents as well as gutters making sure everything was clean, clear and in great shape.

Robert Stevens Roofing completed a highly professional roof replacement on our custom ranch home! The owner spent a good amount of time, and worked with our insurance adjuster, to help identify the damages to our roof. Once everything was worked out with the insurance company, the work started in a matter of weeks and was completed in less than two days. Could not be happier with how everything turned out!

The Robert Stevens Roofing team provided expert service with unmatched customer service. They completed the inspection and repair on two properties for me , one I was buying and one I was selling . Rick was thorough with his inspection and patient in explanation of his findings . Work was completed as scheduled and cost was very reasonable .

We met and I outlined the work I would like done, then I asked for an estimate. About 5 days later, I called because I did not receive an estimate as promised. Rick said he would get to to me that day or the next day. Two weeks later and still no estimate. Apparently cannot follow through on a promise and I am on a timeline to get the work completed. This is 2 weeks I could have been looking for a different roofer.

After reading positive reviews about Rick and his team on a local Facebook page, we hired him to do some repairs on our personal roof. We were so pleased with Robert Stevens Roofing so we hired them again for a roof replacement at one of our rental homes. Rick was extremely prompt with both getting the work completed and with communicating. His crew is friendly and cleaned up well. Both jobs were completed in a day and payment was not collected until after the work was complete. We filed an insurance claim with the roof replacement and Rick helped make the process seamless. I hired and Rick and his crew to replace the roof on my house, gazebo and shed. The work done by Rick's crew was excellent. You can see in their workmanship that really care about doing it right. We have lots of landscaping around our home and Rick's crew did not damage one plant. My gazebo roof is done with decking boards so it looks finished inside. I ask Rick to insure no nails came through. I can say no nails come through the decking. That is attention to the details. Rick and crew are true professionals and provide you with excellent work. I am not someone who writes a lot of reviews but when find a true professional who works hard to get job done right. You want to thank them in some way.
