I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my NEW ROOF! Caleb and his team are amazing! Caleb quoted me a price, told me a time range he would be there to do the job and he was done and taking pictures in less than a half of a work day. If you want to see what a fabulous job just ask Caleb for pictures of my roof. It is beautiful! I had no idea how much a roof could change the look of your house, but the 3d GAF roofing I chose and the excellent work of the Monarch Team has made me the talk of the neighborhood. It all started the minute I sent a request on there website. Within 5 minutes I had someone call me back to set up a quote. Caleb came out and had me a quote within 2 hours. Outstanding job! Sarah sat down with me and went over all of my options and explained the pros and cons of each. She was very knowledgeable and really took the time to explaining everything . Once my siblings and I decide to go with Monarch, Sarah stayed in communication with me letting me know when the materials were going to be dropped off, and the day and time they would start the installation. She provided me with before and after pictures. Also, took pictures and communicated with me during installation of roof. The quality of their work is amazing. They completed the job in one day. They were on time and cleaned up and made sure there were no nails left behind. Sarah kept me updated with what wood needed to be replace, and also provided pictures to confirmed what she was explaining.I definitely recommend them to everyone. It’s great when you can find a reputable company that has excellent communication, honest, knowledgeable, and provide quality work .
