Excellent service from start to finish! Sarah went above and beyond for us. We have insurance through State Farm, it was a complete nightmare. I placed our claim at the end of September, we finally got our roof installed after going through THREE adjusters. If you have State Farm for homeowners, I would switch ASAP.
Sarah was so patient and went out of her way to help us in getting a response/action from State Farm. Certain areas of our roof was in such terrible shape, causing water leaks within our home. A couple weeks later, we had heavy rain. Sarah came out and put up adhesive roofing tarp. We did not ask her to do this, this is just one act of many where she went above and beyond taking care of us. She stayed in contact with us, contacted State Farm several times trying to get in contact with our adjuster since we were not having any luck. I honestly cannot express what a wonderful company this is and how well they take care of their customer throughout the whole process.
She provided a detailed estimate, answered all our questions clearly, and completed the roof replacement quickly and professionally once State Farm got their act together. The crew was very respectful of my property and cleaned up meticulously after the job. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!!!

Once i made up my mind they got me my paperwork ordered my supplies and within two business days i had a new roof

New Years Eve we had some of our roofing blow off from high winds. I called four different companies and Sarah from Monarch Roofing was the only one to answer. She came out on January 2nd and gave us a full roof inspection and called with a quote that was reasonable for the repairs. She sent me photos and video of what needed to be done. She kept me updated on the status of the timing of her crew who came out January 4th and completed the repairs. She was timely and communicative. I would highly recommend!
