After an excellent experience with roof replacement, I called Monarch to replace my back porch. I wanted to expand it, as well, to have a tiny deck. As it turned out, I was able to afford a larger space that ended up as a screened porch. I love it! I highly recommend Monarch Roofing for both roofing and decking. SARAH DELIEVER A BEAUTIFUL ROOF. WE HAD FIVE CONTRACTORS COME OUT AND MOST WOULD TELL US ITWAS HAIL DAMAGE. AFTER TWO CLAIM DENIALS FROM STATE FARM, WE HAD SARAH WITH MONARCH ROOFING OUT OF WARRIER ALABAMA. SHE INSPECTED THE ROOF AND INFORMED US THAT THE 20-YEAR-OLD ROOF HAD ONLY WEAR &TEAR AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. WE REALLY APPRICATED HER HONESTY WE DECIDED TO CONTRACT HER SERVICES BECAUSE SHE GAVE THE BEST PRICE, MATERIALS AND SERVICES. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE ROOF. WE WOULD RECCOMEND TO ANYONE. We recently had Monarch Roofing install a new roof on our home. From initial inspection to job completion everyt stage was handled in a very courteous and professional manner. It is not often that you see the owner on-site supervising the job which was a huge plus. Pricing was very competitive. The crew did such a good job of cleanup that you could not tell that they had ever been there. Needless to say, I highly recommend Monarch for all your roofing needs.

Monarch was absolutely wonderful to work with! They first gave us a free inspection of our roof, and gave us all the different options for repairs. We decided that replacing the entire roof was best, and we are SO pleased with the result! Very, very reasonable pricing and was completed in only one day! Very efficient and hardworking team! Our screen on the sliding glass door was damaged by some falling shingles (by NO fault of the workers), but Monarch gladly replaced the screen and surrounding damaged trim at no extra cost! Loved working with them and love our new roof! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I was very impressed with Monarch Roofing. The team showed up on time ready to work. They worked from the time they arrived to the time they left. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards into this day I've not run over a nail so that says a lot. The final bill was well within the quote I was given. I needed a new roof in a hurry and Caleb and his crew got it done in half a day! In between rain showers. It looks great and nothing was left in the yard. Caleb is very professional and kept me up to date on everything. I will definitely use them again.

Sarah and her crew came and did an exceptional job today while repairing my roof. In less than 7 hrs, I now have a brand new roof. Her crew was working in 100 deg heat and didn't skip a beat. The cleanest roofing crew I've seen in a very long time. They even went through and cleaned up with a magnetic sweeper to make sure there weren't any nails on my property for me to step on or puncture my tires.
I would definitely recommend Monarch. I wish I could say more.

Outstanding job! From start to finish these guys went above and beyond. Sarah sat down with me and went over all of my options and explained the pros and cons of each. She was so knowledgeable and such a great communicator. Their bid for my roofing job was fair and the quality of their work is amazing. They tarped everything and were super careful about my patio and plants. They left the place cleaner than they found it honestly. Sarah kept me updated with progress pictures throughout the day and pictures of decking that needed to be replaced. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. You just dont run into companies that are honest, knowledgeable and do quality work for a fair price much anymore. Monarch was a breath of fresh air!

We had storm damage that caused leaking in a few rooms. We chose metal roofing and absolutely love it! Sarah was amazing every step of the way! They drove over an hour to get here and they were on time everyday! They kept the yard clean of metal pieces and screws, and explained things precisely. My 2 small children love being outside and she was great about it. Even helped me keep them out of the way a few times. They were originally was supposed to finish in 2 days but there were a few mishaps(with our roof, not their fault) that caused them to be a few extra days. Definitely recommend Monarch for all your roofing needs!

We chose light stone. Looks blue in the photo but it's a lighter tan color. It matched the vinyl and columns perfectly on our house!

Monarch Roofing has been such a wonderful company to work with! The owner, Caleb, was replacing a neighbors roof and spoke with my husband on the possibility of replacing ours as well. He inspected it and had a report and quote to us within a day. Once our insurance approved, he was out with a crew within a week and the entire installation only took 1 day. The crew was great, respectful of our property, cleaned up after themselves, and so efficient! 10/10 would recommend working with Monarch for all of your roofing needs!

Monarch Roofing did a fantastic job installing our new roof! They removed the old shingles and installed the entire new 60 square roof in one day, then did the cleanup the next morning. It was so clean and neat, you couldn't tell workers had been there. Sarah Skandera was the salesperson and project manager. She literally took over ownership of the job from our initial contact through to picking up the last piece of trash. And their crew is fantastic. These guys know what they're doing and how to do it correctly. It was a pleasure working with Sarah and Monarch. We highly recommend them!

Caleb and the team were excellent! They sent a quote quickly, followed up until we made our decision, responded promptly after we signed our contract, and arrived on time for the installation with all the needed materials. They even used GAF instead of their regular shingles when we asked. Caleb walked us through the process before the team arrived and then they worked through the day, only stopping for weather and a short break. They cleaned up well, walked us again after installation, and were done in the day! We couldn't have asked for more professionalism in a roofing company and will definitely recommend/use Monarch in the future!!!

Love, love, love my new roof.
