I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work BUCCOS Roofing did on my home (complete re-sheath, roof, gutters, soffit/facia and extensive repairs due to storm damage). From the very beginning, their team (Chris Gilbert and Marshall McClure) was responsive, professional, and transparent about the entire process. They provided a fair and detailed estimate, answered all my questions, and scheduled the work promptly.

The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. The quality of craftsmanship is outstanding — my new roof looks fantastic and I feel confident it will hold up for many years to come. They also made sure the property was thoroughly cleaned up when they finished, which I really appreciated.

The entire Bucco’s team was competent, efficient, and compassionate throughout the entire process of quoting, ordering, and executing our roof replacement. They installed 2 skylights, allowed me to make a few minor home repairs while they had the roof off, and helped me get rid of a bunch of moving debris: Absolutely above and beyond service. My roof was in bad shape!! I knew it needed fully redone and set up estimates with a few roofers in the area. My sales rep Mark didn't waste my time with pushy tactics. In fact he hopped on the roof and patched a few of my worst spots for me for free. That really impressed me and Buccos' worst case estimate was around the same as every other company's out-the-gate estimate. My project didn't start on the timeline I was originally told to expect, however there was a stretch of intense storms and our situation was unique (no dumpster access) so I understand the delay.

Scheduling was kind of hurry up and wait, I didn't hear anything for a long time and then all the sudden it was happening in 2 days. It would have been nice to have a little bit more heads up, but I was so happy to be getting the roof done. The team that did the roof was excellent and efficient. They were here at the time they promised to be, protected all of our belongings and yard, and cleaned up very well. The roof, flashing and soffit repairs are absolutely beautiful!

We did need a quick repair on our gutters, but the team was back out here within the week and they're now functioning perfectly! Overall I am impressed by Buccos' level of professionalism.

These folks did a great job replacing a difficult roof that was in bad shape. When we were getting estimates from different companies, the Buccos guy was the only one to actually bring a ladder and climb up on the roof, which tells me their business is installing roofs, not just selling them. He even made a 5-minute fix of a loose shingle since it was due to rain that day.

Once we signed the contract, the project manager Chris was responsive to our requests and questions. Throughout the process they shared photos and got feedback when needed, ultimately doing a full roof and gutter replacement in just one day. The work is solid, and the house has stayed much cooler since the attic is now vented.

The cleanup crew did a thorough job, laying down plenty of tarps to protect the garden and even leaving some spots cleaner than when they started. When we noticed that a gutter needed to be adjusted after the job, they were back within a couple days to fix it for free.

Buccos replaced my roof and gutters and did a phenomenal job. The work was meticulous, unbelievably efficient and the clean up was perfect. Chris and his crew persevered through some weather problems and finished the job in 1 day. The roof is perfect and I'm highly satisfied with my overall experience.

They did my entire facia, two story house, in one day, and it looks terrific. I am very impressed. They even cleaned up. Not one nail or piece of trash was left behind. And they were very respectful as well.

I had an amazing experience with Buccos Roofing. I first had Jace come out and give me an estimate. I wanted new gutters and downspouts and he was very helpful in figuring out what I wanted. He was very professional and had an organized and detailed estimate. After I accepted the estimate I was notified by Cody Brown , the project manager, and we set up a time for the work to be done. Cody and the crew spent a day at my house doing the work and my house looks great. The crew workers were very polite and cleaned up all of their materials and left my yard as they had found it. I am VERY satisfied with the whole Buccos Roofing company and would highly recommend them!

We had the pleasure of working with Buccos Roofing for our project, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their communication was top-notch. The Buccos Roofing salesman Chris W came quickly to assess our needs and provided us with the estimate within 24 hours. He answered questions thoroughly. Chris D and his crew called and scheduled the work within the time frame told to us (within 3 weeks). The crew started at exactly the time told to us and worked hard all day long. Chris D kept me updated via photos throughout the project. He or one of his crew called or came to the door when an issue was found as they took down the old siding and gutters. The cost was reasonable and they finished all the work within 2 days. I would definitely recommend them again and will reach out to them when I need a new roof. (I added a pic of the new).

First, Domenic and his crew did a great job. I have a new roof, but NO WARRANTY. On the day of the job, they tore my roof off, called me and said that if I don't put all new plywood on the roof, there would be no warranty. They said Owens Corning does not warranty roofs that have original 1x6 or 1x8 boards unless you re-plywood it. This will add 25% to your original estimate. The problem is, they do not tell you this when you sign a contract. It's kind of a big detail they leave out. All houses built before 1970 have 1x6 or 1x8 wood under your existing roof. Beware, if your house was built before 1970, you'll get a call the day of your job requiring you to put all new plywood on the roof increasing your estimate by 25%. Or you'll have no warranty.

Chris and his crew arrived early and did a tremendous job. They were professional and very respectful of my property and my neighbors. I highly recommend them. I was referred by my son who used them and I’m so thankful I followed his advice.

We had such great experience with Buccos Roofing. We needed a full roof replacement and they took incredible care of us, from start to finish. Everyone was courteous and professional, from Kathy who helped begin the process, to Jace our project consultant and especially Domenic our project manager. My experience with Buccos Roofing has been nothing but positive from the beginning.

We are first-time homeowners who (unfortunately) needed a roof on the home we were purchasing.

We initially met Chris W. at the Pittsburgh Home & Garden show and he was extremely approachable, informative and not pushy by any means. After meeting with Buccos and a couple other companies at the home & garden show, we scheduled estimates on the house.

Out of the three estimates I received, Chris (and Buccos) were the most informative, efficient and reasonable. I received my estimate the same day that Chris went out to the house. After receiving the estimate, Chris really took the time to explain the process to us and how roofing works (I had no idea, I never put a roof on before). We were quick to place a deposit after our positive experience.

This positive experience only continued throughout the remainder of the project. After deciding on a color shingle and waiting for permits to come in (which Buccos took care of!) we were assigned our project manager, Dominic F. Dominic was nothing but responsive and transparent from the start. He quickly called to schedule a date for us (in which he was able to squeeze us in fairly fast!) and explain how the production process worked. We did have to move our project date back once due to a slight issue but Dominic was quick to communicate that and quick to schedule me for another day (which was only one day later).

On our project day, the team was extremely efficient, clean and courteous. We moved in the same day they were placing the roof and everyone was great (even though I’m sure we were an inconvenience to them). Dominic and the crew lead were super informative while we were there and helped to explain some small issues our existing roof had (such as sagging plywood, which they fixed). Additionally, the team really took the time to clean our yard of any potential debris.

Now, I catch myself admiring our new roof. The Buccos Team has only been positive and I cannot recommend them enough. Although I (respectfully) hope I don’t have to put another roof on for 20+ years, I will ONLY use Buccos Roofing from here on out. I’m extremely grateful for everything Chris and Dominic have done for us.

We are extremely happy with the new roof that Buccos put on for us. We had extensive damage from a tree falling on the house. During a very stressful and hectic time, the guys from Buccos were there to help us out. They came out to the house within a day and assessed the damage and prepared an estimate. We had a few different roofing companies give us estimates. We chose Buccos because their estimate was fair and their representatives spent a lot of time explaining their estimate and answering any questions we had. They were not pushy and calling us everyday pressuring us to sign a contract. As soon as we did sign the contract, we were introduced to the project manager Dom who would be on site for our job. Scheduling was very easy (despite the Spring weather). The day of the job, the guys arrived on time and the job was completed in one day. Dom was sure to keep me updated with pictures of the project as the guys were working. When I returned from work, I had a beautiful new roof and my property was cleaned up. I am a repeat customer. Buccos recently replaced a section of my roof that had been worked on by another company several years ago, and the experience of working with Buccos was much better.

I feel like I received an education in roofing. Chris was thorough in describing the materials they use and how they ensure waterproofing. During the work, they take lots of photos so that I could see the state of my old roof and why it might have been leaking before. There are also photos during the process so I can see what they've done without having to climb into the roof myself.

I found Buccos price to be competitive, and their sales were low-pressure. No "quote only good for today" like some other home improvement companies. Chris was flexible while scheduling the work, and communicated with me during every step of the process. Juan and his team clearly took pride in their work. They noticed a piece of trim that wasn't perfect before they left, so they unloaded a ladder again and went up to fix it.

Buccos really has nailed the customer service and quality workmanship of Hardie siding! The drone photos and computer graphic designs helped us to envision the project. The team kept us informed every step of the way… from the sales process with Marshall & Sam to the installation by Cody and Sam! The team was neat and respectful. They identified some water damage and worked with us to ensure a proper & fair repair! Cody is a fantastic project manager! His photo progress and attention to detail are the secret sauce to this company! I have done a lot of Rennovations in the 25 years in this home and this was concierge level project management! Our painter will put finishing touches on soffit and facia in May! 10 out of 10!

Buccos installed Hardie Board siding on our entire home along with new gutters and chimney caps. Was it perfect at first, no. Did Buccos work to make it perfect, YES! This was the most expensive home improvement project we’ve ever done. We were picky for sure. Buccos came back over and over to fix concerns until we were completely satisfied. We’ve learned that things pop up or get missed or just don’t come out as expected. You can trust that Buccos will work with you until you are 100% happy with your project. We used Bucco Roofing to install new gutters. We wound up needing to replace some fascia. The project was smooth and even with the extra work needed, there were no issues! I would absolutely recommend Buccos Roofing to anybody needing a roof. The whole process went smoothly from the initial estimate to final completion. Our Project Manager, Cody, was great. He kept us informed on everything that was going on and took plenty of pictures throughout the two days so we could follow along on the progress while we worked. He even broke bad news easily when a couple additional costs popped up. The only reason I knocked off a star is because of the initial salesman. I've never purchased a roof before so it would've been nice to hear about any additional options or even upcharges if they were available. I mentioned this to Cody when he first arrived on scene and he told me a few other services they did and even worked up a quote for gutters for us on the spot. I would recommend requesting Cody as your Project Manager if you can!

Had a great experience with Bucco’s roofing! Price was affordable and the day of everything went smoothly and quickly. I was sent constant updates of the roof replacement through photos and videos, and any issues with the roof were immediately flagged and shown to me. Dominic and the team were great to work with!

My husband and I have had experiences with roofers that were never good. We flipped a house and owned a few rentals and each time we needed a roofer, we cringed.

In our 3 year search, we finally found Buccos and they have changed our minds about roofers. We met Derek at the home show and he came to see the house and took a ton of pictures with the drone.

He came out with the estimate, we signed, they told us the schedule, Josh and Dominic's crew worked well into the evening on two nights, cleaned up, were easy to work with and very professional. We were given progress pictures and knew exactly what was going on. There were no surprises.

I'll admit from the start that I didn't use Buccos Roofing myself BUT I have a really positive impression of the company as the neighbor to one of their clients! This week my next-door neighbor had their roof done by Buccos Roofing, and unfortunately a shingle hit my AC unit and the cover was damaged. I spoke with Mark about the damage, and he could not have been nicer or more professional. He immediately offered to replace the cover and also to clean the scuff mark off the unit. He texted me right away and asked me to send him the link for a new cover so he could order it. He even paid for express shipping so I didn't have to wait long for the new cover to arrive. I'm blown away! I am hugely grateful to Mark for his friendliness, understanding, and quick action. All this happened while he was trying to resolve a flat tire, and still he ensured that my concerns were addressed. The crew also did a great job cleaning around my property before they left, so I am a very happy neighbor. Thank you Mark!

Our project manager, Manny, was very friendly and got the job done efficiently and with minimal impact to our daily lives. The crew cleaned up everything continuously - I never had any issues taking my dog outside during or after the project. Would 100% recommend.

When we were trying to find a roofer for our new house they came out to give us an estimate and walked us through their whole roofing process from start to finish with us and made sure to answer any questions we had and also so we fully understood.

We had an active leak in the house that was identified and it was during the middle of winter. They were extremely understanding with our availability and made our house a priority because of the leak. When there was a change in the estimated amount of boards, they contacted us immediately for approval before continuing forward.

They were extremely efficient, fast, had great communication, and did a wonderful job. Chris was the project manager, Juan was the crew. The onsite team completed our roof in one day and completed the clean up of the job too! Thank you Buccos!

I am very pleased with the work of Bucco's! Cody made the process easy and enjoyable. He provided pictures of the gutter replacement throughout the day and answered any questions that I had. This was the second project Bucco's did for me. Both times, their price was super competitive, but their their workmanship is far superior! They went above and beyond - I'm not the type that throws around positive reviews unless the company serves it!! Bucco's does!

They were extremely considerate of any debris by covering all the areas around the house where the flower beds were and covered our KOI pond so nothing got in there. Extremely due this 5 star rating

I would 100% recommend Buccos Roofing! We got an estimate mid-February and the work was completed by the end of March (replacing our slate roof with a shingle roof, replacing all gutters/downspouts, new shutters). From Matt in sales to Manny on the crew, everyone was great. The prices were fair and work was excellent. I can’t recommend them enough!!
