The team was so quick and professional, even with all the sanding they kept it contained well and I never saw a speck. Highly recommend them!

Sometimes time reveals shoddy craftsmanship. They did remediation and a rebuild for us last year.

- Went to replace my bathroom vanity and found they did nothing behind it when remediating/rebuilding.
- They left debris/nails protruding in subfloor, and now they are becoming visible.
- Parts of the baseboard that they installed are falling apart.
- Was billed for a paint change order even though they screwed up the initial paint job.

I would highly recommend Servpro Beaver County based on personal experience. I had a fire destroy my residence. The staff at Servpro dispatched quickly. The mitigation was done efficiently. There were some insurance hurdles, and the staff at Servpro navigated it for me. Greg, Rachel, Julia, Shane, Edwin and Jeff (along with their crew) got me through a horrible event with professionalism and (most importantly) kindness. These guys are awesome. I was suggested to them by my mother who had work done to her roof. I need a whole new roof and i reached out to Andrew. He was there within a day or two and got the estimate over to me by the end of the week. When we scheduled a day to start they were very accurate with what they said. They also worked very fast and got my entire roof finished in a single day. I was super pleased with their work. The clean up was also great. Once they were finished i got in touch with jeff for the payment and he was very quick to respond and got everything taken care of very quickly. I can't express enough gratitude to Andrew Krivan from SERVPRO of Beaver County for his exceptional service during a recent crisis at my home in Moon Township, PA (Allegheny County). During a home inspection, an issue came to light that had the potential to delay my plans to sell my house, and I was facing potentially catastrophic damage and tens of thousands of dollars in repairs, as well as other financial/contractual setbacks. Because my issue extended way beyond only plumbing repairs, I tried to find a company that could provide everything for me. In desperation, I expanded my search and contacted SERVPRO of Beaver County, although outside of my own county, it’s not a considerable distance away. I cannot begin to express our gratitude for this company. We found out our house had significant water damage while we were out of town (frozen pipes). We called on a Sunday morning assuming we’d get a machine, but Andrew answered the phone and guided us through exactly what the next steps would be. Within the hour he gathered up equipment and was at the house pumping out water. Jeff and Andrew (and their crew) knew exactly what to do and helped us navigate a scary situation. Jeff came to my mother’s to check for mold. He was pleasant and so helpful. He even let me know some things that did not need to be done, saving her money. Chad did the mold removal quickly and was very thorough. She was so happy with their service, she also had them replace her roof. I recently had extensive water damage at my house and was referred to SERVPRO of Beaver County for the mitigation and restoration by the home insurance.

I have to say that working with the team from Servpro was a great experience !! Andrew K. was very professional and came the same day he was contacted. He was very patient and supportive and spent a lot of time inspecting the house and explaining the process. He even started the mitigation that same day with the available equipment !! Next day the team showed up on time. They were cooperative with my work schedule and started in the afternoon. The team was very pleasant, professional, well organized and efficient. Despite all the mess from the mitigation, they were very cautious and were continuously cleaning the house. The team did not leave until the work was done and the house cleaned. Representative from SERVPRO kept visiting the house regularly for the next few days (including the weekend) until the mitigation was complete and successful.

I would not hesitate to work with SERVPRO in the future and would strongly recommend the company for mitigation.

I was in need of help cleaning up an old home and bringing it up to a habitable state and I’m happy that I called Servpro to help me with some of the most difficult parts of the house; they promptly sent Julia and Ryan who both spent the day working really hard to clean up the basement, attic and kitchen cabinets. All the work that was done was very efficient as well as super detailed plus they were friendly, pleasant and nice to have around for the day. I was impressed by their work ethic as well as the results and I highly recommend Servpro of Beaver County to anyone in need of their services.

Working with Jeff and Drew at Servpro Monaca was effortless!!! After the major rain we had a little over a week ago, my basement took on water. Following more than a dozen recommendations to call Servpro, I reached out to Jeff on a Saturday. He had Drew and the crew out on Sunday at 8am. They were profesional and explained everything in great detail. By 3pm they had cut out the damaged baseboard, flooring, drywall, and insulation. They set up a ton of fans and dehumidifiers to start the drying process. Drew went around and sprayed an anti-mold product (he explained it in better detail than anti-mold) and then we waited. Wednesday, after three days of high volume air movement through my entire basement, they removed all of the equipment.
My wife and I both feel very confident, following Servpro's work, we are able to safely rebuild our basement living space.

My panel wall was warped from humidity trapped in between the concrete block and panel board from the time that the house was built until now. Servpro sealed the block, added a vapor barrier and insulation, and installed a new wall.

When half of Pittsburgh was flooding due to crazy storms this April, my kitchen got water damaged thanks to a busted pipe in the ceiling. Somehow, Greg and the guys at ServPro were able to get to me right away. They left equipment to get the drying process started immediately, coordinated with my insurance company, and even lent support when there was a hiccup with the insurance!

About 7 months ago we had our hot water tank go bad and flooded our entire basement. After calling multiple restoration companies in the area we got LUCKY and found Servpro. After contacting Jeff he sent a crew out that day to remove the flooring and sanitize our basement. Every single person that came to our house was personable and compassionate during our catastrophe. Some of the workers are so engaged they will talk to you daily on updates and what to expect next so nothing is a surprise. We recently had ground water come into our house and flooded our basement yet again and the process was as seamless as the first. Jeff had a crew come out asap to start the mitigation process. Great experiences with each representative of the company. Jeff, our contractor was VERY HELPFUL with the budget of the project. The two young men who demo'ed our office room were polite and respectful. The guy who did the finishing touches on the new drywall was also polite and respectful. They did a great job of cleaning up each day. Greg, always reached out first to confirm availability for the workers to come as we were in between a vacation and the 4th of July.

We were looking for full, professional cleaning and sanitization of a basement pre-renovation. Basement had not been touched in 30 years, had mouse residue, and in need of a deep clean including block walls and concrete flooring. The team was professional, including the 2 individuals who showed up to clean and remove a shelf from a wall (were on time and friendly). However, was quoted $1,250 for the full clean (including $700 worth of chemicals for the sanitization) and told that there would be a team of 3-4 individuals to clean. They sent out one young woman to clean who used a broom to clean which was already located IN the basement, cleaned cobwebs, and “sanitized” the walls which were sprayed down with basic Lysol. I could have done a better job myself. Staff were professional, but way overpriced. Took 6 hours for one person to remove cobwebs and sweep a floor with a broom and one other individual to remove shelving. Wouldn’t recommend.

I awoke today like any other day and walked to my kitchen to make breakfast only to hear an ominous squish as soon as I set foot in my kitchen. Well, four hours later and a couple phone calls with a plumber and my insurance company, Greg and his wonderful team were going to town on my kitchen flooring. They were absolutely phenomenal. They were respectful of the property, courteous, funny, and made the process just soooo much less stressful. I cannot thank them enough for being so personable, prompt, and wonderful. Our dishwasher leaked 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. Water got under our cabinets and flooring. Mold midigation happened fast! They were in there next day ripping out my kitchen and working with my insurance to get everything fixed and scheduled. All of the guys were phenomenal. Highly recommend.

A guest hung clothing on a pendant sprinkler. The head burst. 30 plus gallons of water per minute for over half an hour. Called Servpro in Monaca. They were on site in a very short time. Did an amazing job in extracting water and drying out everything. Saved me a fortune and had minimal downtime. ABSOLUTE LIFESAVERS. Great people 10 stars.

WOW! I can honestly say Jeff exceed my expectations of the level of service he delivered when my basement flooded. He called back quickly and arrived the very next day. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and also did things that he would not accept payment. We had a major water leak that caused SO MUCH DAMAGE. In a church on Saturday night. We called Servpro and they were at our door in a half hour. TWO
HOURS LATER EVERYTHING WAS DONE!!! water cleaned up,carpets torn up,ceiling that fell in removed. We were able to have church services the very next day!!!Unbelievable!! I was mixing pool chemicals in the house witch now I know not to and it exploded and damaged the whole upstairs of my house.
We got Servpro to do the cleanup and all the rebuild they was on time and worked a lot of hours to get my house back up and ready to be lived in again they did an amazing job on replacing all the floors and the sinks and cleaning up the chlorine that was everywhere.
I highly recommend them on any job that would need done.
All the workers were very respectful and amazing to deal with.

I want to start off by thanking Jeff and his team for making the process of mold remediation and having a new roof installed somehow painless. It's pretty rare in today's day and age to find a true industry pro that will return your calls immediately, stay in touch with you throughout the process, and do all of it for less than you expected to pay (at least in my case), and Jeff and the team at SERVPRO delivered.

Our home had an unfortunate event with raw sewage throughout our finished basement. My husband called Jeff and he arrived within an hour along with his team. Jeff was very good to work with. He went above and beyond for us. When first meet with him never would imagine they would get every thing dried up and cleaned but with much work they did. The company he worked with for my cabinet did a excellent job. Anytime I called or text a question or concern I received answers right back. We recently purchased our home, but found that our bath upstairs was not connected to our drain. I am completely restoring a home in Burgettstown, PA. When I purchased the home it was completely unlivable due to unbearable cigarette smoke odor and pet damage. We had water damage from our upstairs bathroom, seaping into our kitchen. We called Servpro Beaver County, and they were quick to come out and address our problems. They immediately dried things up and came up with a plan for restoration, and worked directly with our insurance company to save us the hassle. Jeff was always available to answer my calls and my many questions, and made sure our work was scheduled quickly and taken care. Pat and Chuck came out to do the work, and we’re both very friendly, professional and efficient with their work. After all was said and done (new bathroom floor and kitchen ceiling), you can’t even tell there was ever any water damage at all. Would definitely recommend!

I can confirm the positive reviews about Jeff Krivan, ServPro, President. He is the person you want when you need a restoration company. He has a calming demeanor. He even came out on the day of the event which was a national holiday. He assesses the situation and shows you what are the issues and how he proposes to solve them. He scheduled his men to work immediately. They came out when he said they would and did the job as he had stated. The Production manager, Greg Kaulius who supervised the job; kept me very well informed along the way until completion. He also had a reassuring attitude. He said he would come back if needed to address any concerns if needed. All the workers were polite and understanding. In addition, he directly helped my insurance company understand the situation and why it occurred. The insurance company did cover some of the expense due to his expertise.

I can not say enough about Jeff and his team. Jeff was at my house within an hour of my call and had his team in later that day to start the work needed. They do a great job! His team is courteous, professional and always go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy . I wouldn’t use anyone else!

We were in the process of purchasing a home that was perfect in size and location, however, it reeked of stale cigarettes.
