Rusty is responsive to jobs big and small. He’s got a lot of experience and he knows what he is talking about. He and his team were quick to work on my project and quick to respond to my concern several months later when a fan was squeaking. 10/10 recommend.

We had our roof (and skylights) replaced recently and I can't decide which part of that process made me happier. We chose Mighty Dog because of Rusty's no pressure education about roofing, which helped us make an accurate comparison to the other companies we interviewed. He was also the only roofer who didn't criticize his competition. Rusty was flexible with our time changes and his team completed the roof and cleanup in one day, as promised. Jeremy came back a second day to touch-up paint the skylights and walk me over the roof, pointing out the new materials/methods we had discussed. He replaced a garage light fixture that had fallen as a result of stapling shingles. We really liked this attention to all detail, not just regarding the roof itself. Payment was easy: a partial down payment up front and the balance a couple of days after completion. We found Mighty Dog to be expert, trustworthy and easy to work with, and would recommend Rusty and Jeremy to anyone.

MDR recently installed our gutters and did a great job. They were able to accommodate our specific requests and did it in a timely manner. Their bid was also very competitive. We would recommend them without reservation!

Highly recommend! I usually get multiple quotes for any repair needed on my house but not anymore for roof repairs. I have not had to replace my whole roof yet but have had board replacements and holes, specific areas, new dryer vent, etc. For everything Rusty and his team have done I know that he is giving me the honest answer of what needs to be fixed and always at a fair price.

Rusty and Jeremy completed my roof quickly before temperatures dropped this Christmas. Paying out of pocket, I got a lot of quotes for my new roof. While others may have been lower, they missed items on their quotes. This team was very transparent in the work, detailed with their costs and didn’t hide fees. They took photos of the work as it progressed, notified me along the way, and completed the work quickly. It was one week from signing the agreement to a competed roof which took one day. I’d recommend this company to any family or friend.

Jeremy was just great! He kept me updated, came quickly, and had amazing prices. He provided several options and was upfront about our everything and was kind to look at things not mentioned earlier and provided feedback and tips on things that I can do on my own to better care for my roof and gutters. He did small things without asking. Totally worth it your time and money.

Great experience! Quick turnaround between calling to have someone come out after we had roof and gutter damage following a windstorm and having an estimate in hand, very thorough notes on the issues, and they even worked with our insurance company to ensure maximum coverage from them. Job was completed quickly once approved by insurance and the permits from the city, and communication was always great and timely! Photos of roof and gutters included to showcase the work!

Our experience with Mighty Dog Roofing was excellent from beginning to end. Rusty came to our home for a bid on replacement windows. He explained everything clearly and completely, answered our questions, offered a quality product. Their bid was by far the best. Also impressed that they had their certificate of liability insurance available for review in the bid. They had 3 separate measurements done, the final one done by the installer. Perfect job on the measurements. The windows are made to specification and fit perfectly. The installers were polite, friendly and professional. They easily had the job done in the time allotted and were constantly cleaning up. Left the windows and work areas spotless. Very happy with this company, we would call them out again if needed, they have so many legit services available on their site.

Rusty H. came by at 7 pm after conflicts in their schedule that morning made it difficult for my 9 am appointment to be kept. Thorough evaluation of my problem/concerns and while he was on the roof he made some adjustments and essentially fixed the problem. No charge, no hassle no sales pitch to fix anything that didn’t need fixing… previous bid for $300 which Rusty fixed in 3 minutes at no charge. Thankful for honesty and responsiveness!!

Had Rusty come to my son’s home to see if he could correct a roof or gutter issue. Wasn’t a big job but Rusty was the only person we had contacted that responded. He looked at the problem and listened intently to me carry on with my concerns and my diagnosis. He provided valuable advice and the problem could be resolved easily with a splash shield, he didn’t have one on his vehicle but advised me it was a simple fix and I could do it myself. He provided some detailed advice of how to do the work. Rusty came out of his way to see me and saw the job was easy and offered to do the work but was honest in telling me I could do this. Awesome customer service above what was expected.

Rusty was very kind, he was extremely helpful. We did not go forward with the roof because we decided to sell the House instead,but I would definitely go with mighty dog roofing.

Excellent work and very friendly staff. Notified me within a day that the color I wanted on my siding would need to be special ordered and have me the option of keeping it or choosing others that were in stock. They have been very good at communicating and I've appreciated that attention for my needs especially where my project was comparatively smaller from others. Highly recommend and I'm very likely to use them for future projects.

Quick free estimate, fair price, replaced all damaged plywood pieces, re-flashed chimney, all work finished in one day. Great communication along the way. Pictures of every step.

Great job from start to finish with Mighty Dog, would recommend! From Rusty coming out on a Saturday and booking the job and loan info, everything was completed within two week; with Jeremy organizing everything including the rain, the great job from Bell Mountain Construction uninstalling and then reinstalling the solar panels and critter guard, and the hard work and fantastic final product completed by All Levels Roofing with Giovanni and his family. The roofing crew and Jeremy worked until 8pm to finish the project in one day to avoid the rain, coming back the next day to make sure any final cleanup was completed.

Highly professional, responsive and, “mighty” team! We had a roofing issue and Jeremy was at our place the same day for a small repair. Excellent solution that got our roofing problem fixed on the spot! I recommend Mighty Dog Roofing without reservation.

TLDR: When you can get them to respond and show up they are great to work with. But the lack of communication and missed appointments is extremely frustrating and costs time from work.

I had Might Dog come work on my roof 13 months ago, and it was an experience.
We had noticed a slow leak over a window that sits on a wall that meets directly with the edge of our roof. After looking around, I ended up calling mighty dog, as their website mentioned they handle roofs, siding, and windows, and I wasn't sure which was the cause of the issue. They came out for the initial bid, looked at the leak, inspected the roof, and gave me their opinion. There were several things that were contributing to the problem that they said they would fix and gave me a bid. I paid half up front through email, and was told they would call to scheduled a time to get the repair. I waited 2 weeks, and then I called. I left voice mails, I sent emails, no response. Finally I drove over to their office and ended up talking with the owner. He was polite, told me that the unpredictable weather had slowed down other jobs, and that was why they didn't know yet when they could come work on my roof. This made sense, I told him I just would have liked to have that communicated to me since I had already paid half. A few days later, we scheduled the work and they show up. Start doing the demo, show me the water damage and get to fixing it. It involved removing some of the roof boards, replacing them, extending the gutter from the upper part of the roof, installing flashing and waterproofing, then shingling the section that was repaired. And the leak seemed to go away. I was told that water can be tricky to resolve and that it might not be a full solution. I pay, and all seems to be resolved.

13 months later I notice water on my floor, not a lot, but still water where there should be none. Its the same spot, I know what's going on. I remove the blinds from the window and sure enough, its back. I don't blame Might Dog for this. They warned me. They had said there was additional things they could try if the original work didn't solve the issue. Originally, they and I thought it had, so work was done. Fast forward, I figured I would call them now to have them come back. They already did work on my house, already had ideas of next steps and I figured why not give them a call. So I do. I scheduled a time for them to come out and get an inspection and a bid. I even got a confirmation email. Appointment arrives, no Mighty Dog... at this point my wife reminds me of the lack of communication from the last time around, and the frustration this caused. So I have decided to move on.

Mighty Dog did everything we needed. They were great communicators and worked quickly. They were very professional and I felt like I was in good hands. I definitely to hire them for work in the future.

Jeremy came by to look at my roof. Its a nearly 100 year old house so it is more than a little complicated. He was honest and upfront about the challenges we will have. I appreciated his help immensely and look forward to receiving an estimate for repair.

They completed my roof for a fair price. I was very happy with Mighty Dog Roofing and would use them again in the future. In my opinion they went above and beyond to do the job right.

Jeremy and his team did amazing work on our roof. We had a leaky, unique 30-year old tile roof, and we were so happy with the job that Jeremy and his team did. From the very first inspection, Jeremy was thinking ahead to what potential issues may arise during the replacement. And when there were even more unique challenges found during the tear-off, he and his adapted quickly and found solutions. We were kept informed every step of the way, and the finished product not only looks great, but the quality is obvious as well. Couldn’t recommend this group more.

Terrible customer service. There are alot better companies out there that will do you roof. Make sure and do your research.

Update: This response to this review is incorrect and not owning up to your faults doesn't look good for a company either. Every time I was contacted by your worker I did respond. I He wouldn't even go in my attic in his notes he said it was too tight of a space which its not I can stand up in my attic. Also, he said something in his notes about mold which is also not accurate. Then at the end of it all he said they don't do repairs.

I got my home 5 years ago, it has a metal roof but I have no idea when the roof was installed or how old it is. Mighty Dog offers a free inspection so I tried it. They sent Isaiah over for the free roof inspection, and he was excellent! Very professional, very honest, explained everything well and pointed out the things I should be watching for and doing. He was honest about no major work needing to be done, and explained some pricing if I wanted to hire out some of the maintenance work. There was no high pressure sales pitches, it was a completely free inspection, which gave me a lot of valuable knowledge for maintaining my roof.

Mighty Dog was fantastic! One call, that's all! It was great to have their professional experience to take care of our re-roofing. The personal involvement of Rusty and Jeremy from start to finish was impressive and appreciated. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend them if you're considering a new roof. You won't be disappointed!

Price for the repair was almost exactly what they estimated. I expected a full day to do the repair but I was pleasantly surprised when they finished in about three hours. It has been a couple months since the repair and the roof has not leaked since they repaired it. Very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

They were very easy to work with making the appt. The person was on time and they did the repair quickly and accurately. I would use them again.

The company did what they said they would and showed up on time. Tony was great! Efficient and always cleaned up after himself.

Tony was thorough yet fast. Everything was done as promised. He explained everything that he did afterwards very well and we found his repairs to be effective.

They did a great job repairing the hole in our roof left behind from our old swamp cooler. So friendly, and took their time to make sure it was structured correctly and looked just right. Plus very fairly priced! Highly recommend!
