Excellent customer service. Great quality work. I had them do a rain gutter on a newly installed porch awning along with the soffit and fascia. It turned out great! They worked with me and got everything done even while I was out of town. I would highly recommend using Emerald Gotcha Gutters.

Chad came out and inspected my gutters today. He brought up potential issues that had actually been on my mind. I have birds that nest in my gutters and if that debris gets into my down spouts and causes underground clogs we could be breaking up our concrete. Luckily he didn't see any real immediate issues and removed what he did find. I will be getting a quote from him for gutter guards. Chad was excellent to work with. He was honest and wasn't pushy attempting to oversell. I definitely recommend Emerald Gotcha Gutters and Chad!

A bit of a rough start at first, but they went out of their way to make it right, and in the end that's what mattered. Unfortunately they left a huge amount of nails and screws around, but overall I'm happy with the install.

Emerald came today to fix my gutter that was coming away from the roof. He checked everything and made sure everything was tight. Chad did the work. He is very knowledgeable, straight forward in his evaluation and very personable. David gave the estimate for the repair and he too was very personable. Pricing, I felt was reasonable. They were prompt in arrival both times. Great company to work with.

Overall felt like the crew did a great job installing our gutters and replacing some fascia. At the end of the long day, we were told there were some areas that were not perfect and they were going to come back and fix it. We appreciate the attention to detail in making sure they were done to perfection. After getting quotes from various other places, we felt the quality of these gutters and the price were within reason comparatively and would definitely recommend.

Emerald Gotcha Gutters did both my rain gutters and installed my new siding recently and I'm an beyond pleased. David and his lead Craig where incredible to work with; they clearly helped me understand the undertaking and timeline each job would entail, their staff was pleasant, and they did stellar quality work. They were also cautious of my dog who was in a fenced backyard that they needed to access. My home now looks and feels brand new having removed the old lime green siding that was falling apart, and installing rain gutters that I'd been needing since I moved in 2 years prior. The Emerald team was able to install gutters and downspouts and find a solution to the post-downspout water mitigation issue in short order and get the project done, they exceeded my expectations. We will be calling them again when we install more gutter systems on the property.

Emerald Gotcha Gutters was great to work with. We had asked if they could move us to an earlier date if one became available and they were able to do that for us. They called ahead of time to let us know when they would arrive and they arrived when they said they would. When they got here, they were very friendly, courteous and professional.
Our main issue was that one of our gutters was not sloped right, causing water to sit up against the house. Because the slope was so far out of line, when they fixed it, the gutter no longer lined up with the gutter on the side of the house. This required some extra work to fix it properly. They explained exactly what they needed to do to make it right and they stayed longer to try to get it finished that day.
We would use them again anytime!

They replaced our barn's damaged rain gutters from snow sliding off the metal roof and they installed snow guards to prevent future damage. They figured out great solutions to mount the snow guards on the barn's nonstandard roof construction. They are a five star company that I highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised with the service and the attention to detail on the project they completed for us at the Calvary Baptist Church. Our facility was built in 2001 and I dare say we have ever had our gutters cleaned since that time. It wasn't until we noticed weeds growing in the gutters that we determined we may have an issue. The representatives from Emerald came out did a thorough estimate with pictures of the condition of all gutters and recommendations to address the issue with (3) easy options based upon our budget. Emerald Gotcha Gutters did an excellent job cleaning and sealing our gutters. It wasn't an easy job because there was a ton of silt build up. I would gladly use Eyan again because he was hardworking and efficient. He also did an amazing clean up job. Their price point was also more reasonable compared to others.

Emerald Gotcha Gutters was positively WONDERFUL to work with to replace the high wind caused facia loss and damage that was occurred to my home in the last couple of weeks. They readily understood the problem, procured the matching material and anchored it to my home much more securely than when it was first placed there 30 years ago. With their prompt attention, incredibly helpful Apps and skilled work, my wife and I are very pleased and surprised that the process of working with them was by FAR better than any contractor we have worked with in the last 30 years!!!

They are such a great company and do a great job. I needed new everything and they were very professional and got it done in a timely manner. They were also very clean and made sure the jobsite was cleaned everyday which i appreciated because I have 4 kids that are outside everyday. I posted some before and after pics to show their great work.

We had a leak in our ceiling inside our utility room. Thought it was the roof but was not and Legacy Roof recommended Emerald Gotcha Gutters. Who would have thought gutters and siding could be the culprit and I was very skeptical. David came to check our issue out both inside (where the ceiling was damaged) and outside. He was very thorough, recommended fixes that need to be addressed now, one that could wait till next year and one that was not necessary. It is an older home and of course there was hidden issue that no one could have seen. Emerald went over and beyond what was necessary to fix our issue. I have never worked with a more honest, ethical, and reasonably price company that wanted to do right for us as homeowners. David you were amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

I would definitely recommend Emerald Gotcha Gutters. When I called and left a message that I needed to talk with someone about getting new gutters at my home in Salt Lake or just getting my gutters repaired, David Boss, CEO, promptly returned my call. He was extremely helpful and very willing to explain their process to me. David went out the next day. I couldn’t believe how thorough he was. He took at least 10 pictures and sent them to me. They showed every aspect of my gutters, the fascia and the xxxxx. Then the next day, he reviewed them with me on the phone. He outlined several options, but it was evident to me that I needed to replace the gutters. I live out of state, and I rent out the house I’m referring to. I had to rely on David to educate me on the condition of the fascia and soffit. I of what had customer service and willingness to spend so much time with me explaining what I needed to consider was so appreciated. I’ve never had a company representative show me so much respect, such patience (I don’t understand anything about gutters, roofs, etc.) and customer service and professionalism.

The day of service they were right on time. I received pictures the very same day of the work they had completed. I can’t imagine better service than what I experienced from this company. Nothing has ever come close. My house looks great, and I will be calling them back next year to do my garage. What a great company!

These guys did a great job fixing our fascia above our deck that had come loose and been damaged by the wind! They also added a rain gutter to our shed for us! They were professional, came when they said they would, and did a great job! I highly recommend them!

I'm very satisfied with the work Emerald Gotcha Gutters did for our home. They are very communicative, customer centric, professional and--most importantly--true experts in what they do. Their work was well done and solved our problem with a faulty downspout causing water to leak into our basement.

Previously, we spoke with a foundation company and another gutter company and both said they didn't know what the issue was or couldn't help us. After inspecting our situation, Emerald Gotcha Gutters correctly diagnosed the issue and gave us a couple options and recommendation for how to resolve it by removing the problematic drain over our basement and reversing the slope of the gutters to divert water to another downspout on the other side of our house that they also expanded. We also had our gutters cleaned and additional gutter guards installed. We are thrilled with their work! I am writing this review during a heavy rain, and am happy to report we haven't had any water leak into our basement since Gotcha Gutters completed their work!

We had a roofing metal roofing company damage our existing gutter guards. The existing gutters were 27 years old and had a few leaks.
Emerald was sent to us by the restoration contractor to repair/replace the gutter guards. They offered several types that would work.
We decided to replace the old gutters and downspouts at the same time at our expense.
They did a wonderful job. Very fast and neat. They took care of the challenges the old guards presented.
We're very happy and would definitely call them again if the need arises.
