Neil came out, took a thorough look(he took many photos to document), and reassured us that it was just a matter of some routine maintenance. That was a huge relief! Honest, professional, and straightforward — I highly recommend Mighty Dog.

Decided to use Mighty Dog Roofing for roof repairs after some negative experiences with other companies in the PV area and based off a recommendation from a neighbor. Mighty Dog Roofing just finished our roof and we were very pleased with the job and service they provided. Neil, on the sales team, came during the initial inspection and inspected an area where we knew there was a leak. He went up and patched the leak that same day at no cost. He came back 6 months later to check on our status and he went back on the roof and checked the patch he put into place and refreshed the patch to make sure it would not leak. When we finally decided to move forward, the process went smooth. They planned for 4 days but they got the job completed within 2 and a half days and did a fantastic job on the clean up. Mighty Dog was not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Based on the service we received, I highly recommend Neil and his team from Mighty Dog!

Mighty dog roofing in ne florida went above and beyond to fix our roof. Neil fixed our leak before the job started simply to help us out and ease our concern of water damage continuing. They protected our ac and other items from debris, responded to all questions and kept us updated as the project progressed as well as cleaned up the yard after. They checked the yard and driveway multiple times for roofing nails etc.

From start to finish we could not have been happier from learning the process they use, pricing, communication, little extras they were willing to do, to the finished product we would highly recommend based on our experience.

Btw they come back out to inspect the roof after the first year(s) and will fix any issues they see because they are customer friendly and back up their work they perform.

We discovered a leak in our roof and Mighty Dog was recommended by our neighbors; Neil Mahoney the President responded asap and was able to identify our minor issue; while performing maintenance work he discovered 2 issues that needed to be addressed asap especially in light of the winter storms and heavy rains approaching our area; he and his workers rushed to get this work done before the storms and before these issues became bigger issues! My roof lost a few tile shingles during the hurricanes so I called Neil at Mad Dog Roofing. Neil responded right away and stopped over to see the damage. Neil contacted many distributors to find a few tiles that matched the color and size. He found some tiles that matched the color but they were a bit too large. In the meantime Neil installed plastic to prevent leaks. Neil continued to contact distributors but could not find the proper size. Without a similar size tile replacement Neil decided to try to slice off the edges of the tiles he found. After a few tries he got it to work perfectly.
Neil went to great lengths to find a solution to my small issue. His customer service was outstanding. When I need a new roof I will definitely go with Mighty Dog Roofing.

We only had partial damage by a storm but because of the age of the roof we had the entire roof replaced. It’s beautiful. Mighty Dog was very respectful of our property and our timeline. We did get other estimates but Mighty Dog checked all the boxes. The clean up after was immaculate. The crew working on our roof were very professional and very nice to us. Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Had vinyl Soffit replaced with Hardie Fiber Cement soffit. The entire process from estimate to completion, team, and communication were all exceptional.
During the estimate I did not feel pressured to replace, they were willing to repair only the damaged soffit (from the storms), and sent multiple estimates for repair and total replacement. Mike & Neil answered any & all questions I had so I could make a truly informed decision for our home. Would not hesitate to use for any future repair needs and will certainly return when it’s time to replace the roof and siding.

Leaking roof is a very annoying problem. If you encounter a bad roofer, you have to face the problem of repeated repairs. Fortunately, I did not have such an experience. Neil is not only very professional, but more importantly, he is very careful and responsible, and has a very kind heart. For a small leak, he climbed up and down the attic roof to confirm again and again, just like repairing his own roof. He succeeded in fixing my several different leaks at once, which was very touching。
