Matt is super helpful while working with me for a new roof. He is dependable and really develops a relationship of trust with his customers. He worked with my insurance company and has been there every step of the way so as to not leave me alone while dealing with them. I would trust any of my roofing needs to him any time!

After strong wind and storms in our area, we needed our roof inspected. Michael C. was recommended by a friend. We called and Michael came by the next afternoon. He inspected our roof and repaired one spot. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He took time to explain our roof condition and offered advice to consider for the future. When it is time for a new roof, we look forward to having Michael and his Mighty Dog team install it for us.

We discovered the roof vent cover had blown off and called Mighty Dog on a Sunday morning. They came out and made a temporary repair by noon same day, and scheduled the us for a quick permanent repair. Excellent and friendly service!

Using Mighty Dog Roofing was an excellent decision by my husband and I. They were the fourth estimate we got and they beat the other three. They stayed to their word about timing, quality, and cleanliness. Our sales representative Chris Braxton was absolutely on point every step of the way. I just wanted to say Thank you to "Will Ignont" & associates for quickly and efficiently resolving our roof leak issue. They came out to asses the problem the same day I called! They first viewed the potential areas of the leak from up in the attic to try and confirm where the water was getting in and then went up on the roof to pinpoint the specific leak or leaks. They caulked the areas of concern and advised me of some potential problem areas for future issues.
They were just nice guys, very professional and courteous!
And after all of that they didn't even charge me!
They just asked to be the roofing company I called if I ever have another issue.

I highly recommend Mighty Dog Roofing. I first met Michael when there was a job that Mighty Dog worked in my neighborhood. He gave me his card and with all of the wind that happens around here I knew it was just a matter of time before I would need some help. The time came on New Year’s Eve 2024. I came back from the store and due to high winds I had a pyramid of shingles sticking straight up in the air. I pulled put Michael’s card and looked up their website and discovered that Mighty Dog performed emergency services. That is when David came out and looked at my situation and made temporary repairs to get me through the upcoming rounds of severe weather. Last Wednesday, a crew arrived to install a new roof. That is when I met Tommy and he answered my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. The new roof looks great and gives me some peace of mind for the next time severe weather threatens. The only company I could find that would do gutter repair. Unlike most companies that provide a 4 hour window for their arrival, Mighty Dog provides a specific time and cares deeply about making that time. David Campbell provided a fair and reasonable estimate and offered to complete the work right then. Much better than scheduling a 2nd appointment to get the job done. David also provided several suggestions on home maintenance that I can do on my own. If they only did more than roofs and gutters. Oh wait, they do windows as well. I truly appreciate Shawn Neal and his dedication to making this a smooth experience. He was wonderful, driving from Huntsville, AL to ensure my appointment was kept. As I reside in Birmingham, AL. My initial appointment was set for 2:00, but Shawn communicated that he could arrive earlier, around 1:15. Upon arrival, he thoroughly surveyed the house and inspected the perimeter as part of the estimate. His attention to detail and willingness to go beyond just a basic inspection left a great impression. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them for anyone needing an estimate!

Michael the owner is so nice and has personally seen to all of our needs with our roof! He personally came out and sealed our leak, then proceeded to fix a completely separate unrelated element with our roof! On a routine roof inspection, Danny O’Shea and his team found an unsealed area around my power connection to my home. I was provided pictures of the area and on a closer look, the wood behind my gutter was rotten. Within 24 hrs, the area was completely repaired. Everyone was friendly and professional in their interactions with me. If this area had not been found, I would have experienced much worse damage to my home. If I have any other roofing issues, Danny O’Shea with Mighty Dog Roofing, will be the first person I call.

I called Mighty Dog Roofing to repair a small leak. I'd already tried another contractor who ghosted me when I asked him to itemize his (rather pricey) quote. Though we had a bit of a communication issue up front with an answering service (it was on a weekend), in the end I cannot say enough good things about Mighty Dog Roofing of Huntsville. Michael (the owner or GM, I wish I could remember which) called me personally and apologized for the snafu, and then made sure things got put back on track like, right now. From his phone call forward, every part of our experience with them was stellar. Every. Single. Thing. David, the roofing specialist who handled the work, came out in a snow/sleet/ice storm and inspected inside our attic to pinpoint the entrance point of our roof leak. He then kept in contact with us, reaching out twice a day, day after day to see if the snow and ice on our roof had melted so he could get up there and make the repair we needed to a leaky roof vent. Once he had access, the repair was made that morning... and because their was a slight bit of light rain that came down just as the cure time of the caulking he used wound down, he came back at the end of the day and re-inspected the repair to make sure the moisture hadn't damaged the new seal he had laid down. Then he reached out the next day during a heavy rain, just to make sure there were no further issues. David also made sure to explain what caused the issue and how he addressed it. I was truly impressed with the level of customer service, and cannot say enough good things about the folks at Mighty Dog Roofing. I recommend them highly for any roof repair you may need.

What makes him outstanding is that he provided pictures & has spoken multiple times to my Allstate desk adjuster, as well as rearranged their schedule to be here when an Allstate person was sent to my home to look at my roof. M. Christensen gave the Allstate desk adjuster a reasonably priced estimate for roof replacement.

Oh my goodness, where do I start. Making the appt was so easy. Just called the office on Monday and they were able to send someone out the next day on Tuesday. Next day, Tuesday, rolls around and Chris, the specialist, calls to see if he could actually come on earlier than the appt time that was originally set up, which worked great for me. I have never had someone want to come on early for an appt, I have had plenty of people not to even show up or call that they can't make it but no one to come early. This was so surprising. As soon as he arrived, he immediately knew what our problem was which actually had nothing to do with our roof. He was honest enough to tell me the truth and not be like most salesmen are and try to sell us a new roof when nothing was wrong with ours for now. I asked a million questions and he didn't seem to mind at all to take time to answer them and made sure I understood how he answered them. Very very professional, nice and polite. Although we did not need any type of roofing job done at the moment, I would definitely not hesitate to call them should we ever in the future need any. Chris came quick and not only fixed our shingles after the storms, he stayed and fixed another part of the roof that was not in the original plan. He was professional and courteous.

Chris provided the inspection and quote, and then did the repair himself once it was scheduled. The leak appears to be fixed. We had a high winds with heavy rain the evening after his repairs and it did not leak again. Thanks to Chris and the Mighty Dog team!

Mighty Dog Roofing came out to give me an estimate on my roof vent leaking. It was decided that it was a small job and would only take about 30 minutes to fix. The roofer fixed the leak and i was not charged. Customer focus is not the norm, all of the other estimates i received was for at least 350.00. The roofer told me that Mighty dog roofing is about theating people like they wanted to be treated. I was lucky that Mighty Dog was able to help with a small issue, and they won over a customer with their customer needs comes first. i have the confidence that Mighty Dog Roofing will be replacing my roof when it is time, because i know i will be treated right.

I was really worried about a roof leak on my kitchen ceiling and wanted to have help fast. They prioritized my call and it was fixed on time.They did a very good job and I am completely satisfied. Also, the price was right.

Great job. The team was with me from the start (inspection with the insurance inspector to ensure issues were documented initially), during the claim process (as the insurance company came back with some area they shouldn't pay for but we were able to convince them otherwise), and as the installation happened. The team was professional and got the job done in a day plus a couple hours.
