Restoremasters is the best! Jr. and Kelby came out and gave me a full assessment of my water damage and supplied a detailed quote. Andrew and Spencer came out and cleaned up the water damage. After the damage was cleaned up I worked with Rachelle to put everything back together. My basement is now beautiful. I will recommend this company to anyone who has a flood. Thank you Restoremasters for the great work.

We had water damage and these guys were amazing! Good prompt customer service. Every person that came to work on the house was excellent. Brian was super in his work and finished product. I would highly recommend him, and the company to help with disaster clean up.

We recently discovered that we had a small leak in our bathroom sink. While the water damage didn’t seem too bad, our biggest worry is that we would have a mold problem, as we did find some signs of it. We called Restoremasters and the next morning Michael Jr. came out and checked the affected areas. He ran some tests and did give us some areas to be concerned about, but mostly he gave us some peace of mind that it wasn’t as bad as we feared. He gave us a couple of simple ideas to mitigate the issue and was honest about what it would cost him to do it versus what it would cost to do it on our own. We opted to try to fix the issue ourselves and he was helpful in walking us through the process and even made himself available through calling for any questions. He could as easily taken the job and made a bunch of money off us, but he was honest, fair and easy to talk to. I really appreciate this as a customer and if we ever have any issues that we can’t fix in the future, they would be our number one call. I highly recommend Restoremasters for honesty and expertise.

Chad was FANTASTIC!! Our basement flooded, Chad came to our house and re-installed the carpet with new padding, shampooed the carpet after and even shampooed our stairs. Compliments to the crew of Edward, Spencer, Evan, and Andrew. They did an outstanding job of starting the restoration job after our basement flooded. They were amazingly efficient, hardworking, and professional. They exceeded all expectations and relieved so much stress for us by being such capable and knowlegeable professionals.

We had a flood in an upstairs bathroom/bedroom area that also required ceiling repairs in the garage below. They did an excellent job color matching the paint and doing the wall repairs. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was awful. The project took twice as long as I was quoted; it was incredibly difficult to get updates; it wasn’t clear who my contact should be and often I didn’t get a response from anyone until I followed up; the tile company they used had to come out multiple times to fix the worst grout job I’ve ever seen - they did fix it, which is good. Many of the issues would have been less painful if the communication had been better.

What great help. Mike and Justin came over to our recently burnt down home and helped us clarify questions about the insurance process and important steps to take in the rebuild process. They genuinely showed us compassion and even encouraged us to rebuild ourselves to help us save money while offering to answer questions along the way if we run into issues with the insurance company. Thanks so much for the help.

After a call to our insurance company about the water damage from the dishwasher we received a call a half hour later from Patrick with Restoremasters saying he can meet with us in a couple of hours, Patrick explained what they were going to do and he would have Dylan and Colin technicians from Restoremasters stop by within a hour and get started on the cleanup, l couldn’t believe how fast this was happening and how professional they all were! Good work guys and thanks again!

The women who answers the phones is rude and unprofessional. I wasn’t being difficult, just wanted to speak with the manager. All three different times I’ve called she has hung up on me and refuses to provide her name or allow me to speak with someone else.

Restoremasters came to my house to assess damage from a plumbing accident, and I had a great experience! Chad was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and he made me feel safe and comfortable despite being a young woman and the only one in the house. He did his job quickly and made friendly conversation with me afterwards, including updating me on the condition of the house. I have had a water/sewage backup in our basement and Restoremasters has been above and beyond incredible getting us through things.

Trey, Lizandro, Dyllan, Otis, among a few others have been at our residence cleaning up the mess, cutting out the affected drywall and carpet, and helping move furniture including a terribly large treadmill from the basement. Throughout all of it, they have all been extremely professional, on time, upbeat, respectful and friendly to our home, and both my girlfriend, my dog, and myself.

The estimating and team coordinating the drywall, paint, carpet, etc. (Mark G and John C) have been phenomenal and supportive, and pick up every time we call, which I can admit I do frequently. We can’t say enough great things. Dyllan and Otis just wrapped up helping with the treadmill today. I personally wanted to hang out and help with some of the things, and very much enjoyed getting to know these guys. Although they didn’t let me do much to help, I think that speaks volumes to their service. Thank you, team!!

I am a contractor and have been doing projects with Restoremasters for a few years now. Rachelle has been fantastic to work with. She is great at communicating, problem solving and customer service!!

We hired Restore Masters to help us. We had a huge flood upstairs that poured into downstairs. I was frantic and our insurance agent told us to call Paul Davis. They came out tore everything up poked holes in walls but pretty good size holes and damaged a few sentimental items including our antique dining table. Paul Davis started repairing our ceilings and was absolutely the worse looking uneven ceiling, I asked them that this does not look good and all they could say is it looks great. I cried and didn’t know of other places to have help until a principle at the school here reached out to me and said call Restore Masters. I am so glad I did!!! They came in on a whim redid my whole ceiling and you can’t even tell water came through. I will upload before and after pictures. Restore masters has done a great job on my kitchen cabinets the flooring. Also they care about making me hole and having my home back to being my home! Crying as I’m writing this as the prior company showed no remorse. Restore Masters I can’t say enough about them, everyone of the employees have done an above and beyond job that is more than satisfactory. We highly recommend using Restore Masters in any recovery project. When the tenant above our apartment in Millcreek set off the sprinkling system in the building, our unit was flooded. The damage was extensive and affected six apartments. We called Restore Masters based on a recommendation. Within a matter of days our apartment was dried out and ready for rebuild. Restore Masters impressed the HOA with their work and was hired to complete the rebuilds on all units. Restore Masters coordinated efforts with the HOA, the insurance companies, the adjustor and other contractors. Their employees were thorough, and their work was very good. A special shout out to Adan, who did all the finish work for Restore Masters. Adan went above and beyond completing the trim and baseboard work; it looks better than it did before the water damage occurred.

Chad did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and took extra time to go over them a couple times to ensure they were clean. We are very happy with their punctuality in scheduling with Kelby and service provided by Restore Masters.

Kelby set me up with an appointment for carpet cleaning. They were punctual with the set tone and Chad did an amazing job cleaning my parents carpets! Highly recommend their service and professionalism!

Called Restoremasters due to having water damage from a leak and needing to have mitigation and repair work done. They have been quick, super friendly, and helpful throughout the process so far. I've also felt no pressure or scare tactics like other companies to try to lock in our business which I am very grateful for!

Jr. came to do our quote and he was very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and was great at explaining what he was doing and seeing with the damage. He gave me advice and options on moving forward and let us know how to do the mitigation if we wanted to do it on our own but then was also able to give us a quote if they did the work. In which we went with them! So very grateful for his willingness to help and make sure we were informed about the process.

Chad and Otis came to do the mitigation work and were amazing!! They were very friendly and knowledgeable! They also were very respectful of the house and Otis even shoveled some snow in the driveway (thank you and so sorry!) because they didn't want to track any into the house. I feel like they went above and beyond in their work!

Evan and Eduard helped check on the process of the mitigation work and were great! Evan helped take a look at our shower to check for any additional water damage and was very helpful and let me know that I could contact them if we found any mold. He was great with the cats!

Austin patched up the dry wall, cleaned up the area, painted and did such a great job! We did end up having additional mold and water damage found while we were getting our upstairs shower demo'd and he helped get that all cleaned up, treated and sealed the same day. Yet again another animal friendly person and was very kind!

This is a great company with great people!! I was very worried about the water damage and mold and each person that has helped us had great advice, was very friendly and helpful and really did a lot to soothe my worries. Thank you!!

In June I had an unfortunate disaster in my kitchen. The whole room had to be torn out and replaced. I loved my kitchen and was not at all looking forward to a remodel. Justin Butts was my project manager. He came in- listened to my time restraints- and promised it would be done when I needed it. He shared ideas and places to shop for paint, tiles, appliances, etc…He sent very professional contractors to share their suggestions and complete the work. It was finished by the promised date!!! And I LOVE-LOVE-LOVE my new kitchen!! Justin listen and shared and always had a smile!!

Patrick came out and assessed the damage (it was a second opinion, so I knew he was right on). He then turned the work over the Justin and Adam to oversee the project. They were fabulous, too! Every person that came to our home to work on the various problems were respectful, kind, informative, and very good at their job. I can’t remember everyone’s name, as there were quite a few workers, but Andrew and his crew were the first ones to start the work. We had Rich and Loren, Brent, Eric, Paul, just to name a few. We were very impressed all along the process. I wish I had kept a record of every name, as they were all so wonderful!
