Steve, from the Roofing Center, has been absolutely fantastic to work with. He has gone above and beyond anything I would expect from a roofing contractor, representing us with the Insurance company. Unfortunately State Farm denied the claim despite all our efforts but I would work with Steve again in the future and give them my business.

Nothing but good things to say. Jace kept me informed at each step and was available when ever I had a question and they handled all the paperwork with the insurance company. The on site project manager was there the whole time. She even went up on the roof several times to make sure things were getting done correctly. When the inspector showed up he commented on the good job the roofers were doing, some of the best he has seen. I would highly recommend them for price, quality of work and easy to work with.

Unfortunately had a horrible experience with this company. The original salesman over promised and made a verbal agreement to ensure that everything would be covered by our insurance and stated that the roofing center would work with our insurance to figure that all out. After the work was done, the salesman no longer worked for the company and the roofing center didn’t uphold the agreement that was previously made. Upon trying to discuss this issue and my concerns with the company, they tried to accuse me of insurance fraud, even though I wasn’t asking to pay any less than what the insurance agreed to cover, plus the deductible. The few thousand dollar difference wasn’t enough to justify getting a lawyer, so we ended up just paying the invoiced amount and moving on. I would never work with this company again after the false promises, accusations, and harassment I experienced while working with them.

Overall, fantastic experience and would recommend. We did a TON of research and the pricing and quality really can't be beat. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because they really did leave a mess. Granted, ours was a huge project but we are still finding nails and stuff around after a few months, along with some small tools. I would still use them again b/c of quality and price, but if you have children who run around in the yard, Id take some caution after its done to make sure there are no nails and such hiding in the grass. Our attic was (and still is) quite a disaster. I didn't expect that, though again, it was an extremely old roof and a full redecking but every time we open the attic hatch, it makes a mess in our lower floor even though we have tried to clean it up. Nothing that cant be managed, but just something to be aware of.

The communication between them and our solar company was not great, but they adjusted day of and took care of the issue without adding on to our fees due to the miscommunication. I really did enjoy working with them and the owner, Steve was fantastic.

This is a top notch organization. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again. They came with drones to get the right measures for a proper estimate. They’ve got a ton of options for materials, styles, and colors. That could have been overwhelming to know what to go with, but Steve sat down with us and went through the styles and materials, answering the different questions we had. Ultimately, he helped us pick the right shingle for our circumstances and roof setup.

He walked us through the timing and process to do the actual roofing. I was impressed with the crew. AJ helped with all the schedule and questions during the install. The install was quick, and they kept things clean during and after the install. From the beginning of the process to the end, I could tell that they care about the details and want to leave you with a quality roof.

The roof looks great. They do several little things that I wouldn’t have even thought of like the ridge line venting. They also make it so replacing facia down the road if we update siding won’t be an issue. Their warranty is solid, and they seem to be with you as a customer for anything that might come up down the road.

Steve came out right away and did an inspection using a drone. He showed us where the problems were then sent his team out to come fix it. They were very easy to work with.

Thanks for the great job installing our new roof. Zach Munns did a great job of giving us several options of what could be installed on our house in a timely manner. Rick Loftus and the crew did a great job of installing our new stone coated roof. Now I no longer have to worry about the strong winds peeling off shingles. They also helped us with issues our insurance company was giving us. All in all we are very satisfied with our new roof and the people we worked with were great!

Jace Shepherd from the Roofing Center has shown outstanding customer service relations. He has been helping every step of way with a roof claim I had. I just wish we could all experience employees with this high standards in helping customers.

Steve and his roofing crew did a great job. They were very organized getting straight to work. After day 1 they had the old shingles removed and the new underlay installed. On day 2 the new shingles were installed, and they had a little bit of cleanup the next morning. The roofers were very polite and were conscious about keeping things cleaned up around the house. Steve was always keeping us informed regarding how things were going if they were on schedule or not. I would highly recommend Steve and his roofing crew from The Roofing Center.

Words can not express how excited we are about our new roof put on this past week. Steve and his crew did an amazing job. After months of listening to sales pitches (some HOURS long with no estimate at the end!), we found The Roofing Center through several neighbors who had recently re-roofed and were very happy with their experience and end product. And to find out the original owner and founder lived a few streets over and was willing to come over and give us an estimate (son is current owner) was the cherry on the top! We were very interested in installing ridge vents along with the new roof and we noticed right away that our house was actually cooler after install. The workers were tidy, hard working, and polite. The majority of the work was done the first day. They left after dark, but came back a half hour later to tarp the roof (as it wasn’t complete yet) because they checked the weather report and rain was expected that evening. They were back early the next morning and finished up around noon, leaving all around the house swept and clean. The price was right, the workers were excellent and Steve Davis (our neighbor and former owner) delivered with his lifetime of knowledge and expertise. Plus he’s a super nice and honest guy! We’ve had multiple inquiries from neighbors regarding our experience and we’ve been happy to highly recommend The Roofing Center.

A week later, he called and asked how things were going. I told him they were great and I had found 2 nails on my driveway. He offered to come back with a power magnet and do another sweep of the lawn and driveway to ensure our safety. What service!

One of the biggest expenses of owning a home is roof replacement. About a month and a half ago we found out that our roof had started to "shed" its shingles. It just so happened that the Spring Home & Garden show was going on at that time.
That is where my wife and I met MATT TALLEY from The Roofing Center. Matt is an estimator for this company and as we told him our story I kept thinking to myself, this guy really cares about our plight and was willing to help. We set up a home meeting and started the process of a new roof installation.
This is a long story so in order to let anyone interested in purchasing a new roof, from falling asleep during this review, I will cut to the chase!.
Matt took the time to meet with our Insurance adjuster and together they settled on a install date and payment details.
For my Wife and I, Matt made this process super simple.
On the day of the install (remove old roof, install new roof) the times given for arrival and what would be done where perfect.
Here's the good news, the crew arrived at 7:00am and had the new roof finished by 11:45am!
Bottom line here is this. If you are in need of roofing, your best bet is to contact "The Roofing Center". And by all means please ask for MATT TALLEY, you will not regret it.

Over a year ago we had our roof replaced. We had seven different companies come out and give us bids on our roof. We ultimately decided to go with The Roofing Center because their sales associate, Sam Jones, was knowledgeable, and understanding of what we needed and wanted. Sam was the only person that actually got up on our roof and thoroughly inspect the roof. He was honest with his assessment (a breath of fresh air!). What I loved most about Sam is that he took the time to educate us about our roof and how roofs work over time. The Roof Center price was just below the other quotes we had; not the lowest, but almost the lowest price. The Roofing Center replaced our roof in a mater of a few hours, with a quality shingle with an amazing warranty.

The Roofing Center in Belgrade Montana replaced the roof on my home and shop in Sheridan Montana after we had extensive hail damage. I was extremely satisfied with the quality and promptness of the work and Zack and Rick were both extremely helpful throughout the whole process. After attempting to fixa leak in our roof ourselves numerous times we finally decided to reached out to a professional. The Roofing Center did a fantastic job with the new roof. The crew went to work in the early morning and they finished around 2pm. Every little detail was accounted for. They even took care of some trim above the porch. The attic vents were removed and a half sheet of plywood was used to patch each hole. Ridge venting was installed and it looks much nicer. The temperature of the home seems to be more consistent throughout the day because of it. For the sewer vent, a new boot was placed over the pipe and the pipe was painted to match. Quite a nice finishing touch. Matt Talley was our primary contact. He was immensely helpful with the whole process. With his assistance, the insurance claim seemed like a simple task. I’m certainly a happy customer.

He didn’t push us to get a new roof and said it was in overall good shape and we should talk again next spring and see where things are at.
