Service department told me their "engineer" determined that my radio/dashboard computer could not be repaired. It had to be replaced. Cost $2500. Went home, Google search, found a simple, really simple, fix that took 5 minutes of my time. Unbelievable that this dealership thought they could take advantage of me. Buyer beware!

Mike in service really helped me out today. I am a fellow Toyota advisor and was in the area today when I had a blow out and needed a tire and wheel. He made the claim and got the tire ordered and was back on the road the same day. He really stepped up and I would recommend Mike all day long.

I was able to get in and out with a vehicle in a timely fashion. Arthur Browne and other employees helped me find a suv at a price I was satisfied with.

We’ve looked for a truck for several weeks and were excited to see this one an hour away. We called to make sure it was on the lot and clean. Scott called us back and said oh yes, I’m sitting in it. Checkbook in hand, we arrived at the dealership to find a truck with mud caked in the wheel wells and the liner covered in mud and oil. COVERED IN DRIED MUD AND OIL. The Black Ice air freshener was totally ineffective at covering the wet dog smell. The tires needed replacing. Someone had pushed the doors open with muddy shoes. The salesman said nothing when we expressed shock that this was “ready to go.” We walked back in with our salesman and the sales manager seemed perturbed that we were upset. We thought we’d be driving a truck home today! He said well we can’t get good help detailing. Seriously? The truck has been on the lot 37 days! He actually was perturbed that we were aghast at having driven an hour for nothing. Thanks, Scott for not being upfront about the filthy condition of this truck and wasting our time. Detail it, put some tires on it, and have an honest salesman call me.

This is my second vehicle with Mike Coral as my salesman. He is the best! He always helps me get the perfect vehicle for me.

I pulled in the dealership and drove around trying to find somewhere to park, that’s when Brandon came out. He saw me confused and directed to me a park and patiently waited for me to get out of the car. When I stepped out, he shook my hand and asked how can he help me. Brandon got down to business with seeing what I can be approved for and made the buying process very smooth and easy. I was only in there for 30 min before being approved which is the second time I’ve been approved fast in Toyota dealer. Brandon went above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great experience.

On Thursday, August 4,2022, my car took a turn for the worse.
On Saturday, my sis convinced me to checkout a newer vehicle. Our second stop we were met in the Lugoff, Toyota dealership lot by a young salesman, Mike. Told him my wants, what I could afford, how I had minimal time to take care of a purchase.
That was at 11am. By 2:30 pm I drove off the lot with a 2016 Honda CRV, 46,000+ miles. Payment was $99. More than I wanted, but totally worth it. From Mikey to Chris to Tommy in finance, it was one of the best car experiences I've ever had.
