I absolutely love Lugoff-Ford. I travel from a neighboring town that has a local Ford dealership. I would rather travel 30 minutes to have the great experiences I have at Lugoff-Ford. The service tech Jonathan, went above and beyond to explain to me why my mirror was loose. He even printed paperwork on what to do if it happened again. He took the time to show and explain a feature on my Expedition, I didn't even know I had. Lugoff-Ford was top notch in purchasing my expedition and they have been top notch whenever I come in for servicing. I will gladly keep traveling to see them rather than my local Ford dealership.

My experience with Lugoff Ford was by far one of the best services I have received. I car shopped all day and was ready to toss in the towel until my boyfriend recommended Lugoff Ford. My sales "woman" Cheyenne was very pleasant to work with. She didn't pressure me, she was a great listener and answered every question with poise and all with a smile on her face. I felt at ease shopping with her and her customer service skills were fantastic. She was great with communication over the few days we talked as well. Two thumbs up for the service department at Lugoff Ford and Jonathan V., our service adviser. My F-150 had shifting issues and needed a transmission rebuild as recommended by a Ford technical service bulletin. Another local dealership had it for three weeks with no progress. I took it to Lugoff Ford on a Monday, it was diagnosed by Wednesday, with parts ordered, reassembly done, and the truck ready for pickup by the following Friday. Jonathan kept me informed, with a brief call every couple of days to keep me updated on my truck's status. I highly recommend Lugoff Ford for your service needs, they have earned my business in the future.

The service appointment was probably one of the best service appointments I’ve had since owning a vehicle in 30+ years. The service advisor identified a potential timeline that may not meet our needs and called us to let us know and confirm just in case it would not work for us. They were able to finish the work within the estimated time. They both picked up the car and brought the vehicle back the same day as promised. The communication was outstanding and it appears to work performed was of high-quality. This particular team should be commended.

John Hill was amazing to work with. We are not in the area but they had a Toyota Tundra that we saw online and loved. He was able to get me pictures and videos and get all documents done and have the truck delivered to us with no issues. I would absolutely do business with him again. I am a retired military member and recently purchased my second vehicle from Lugoff Ford within two years. Due to a plethora of commitments, I unfortunately missed out on available deals. My salesmen, Chantz and Kenny, along with Joe in the finance department, were all exceptionally professional. Joe took the time to clearly explain the financial details in a way that was easy to understand.

Lugoff Ford has been servicing my vehicles since 2012. However, I have noticed that, at least in my case, long term customers are not offered any special deals or considerations. I was told by staff that management will not do this or management will not do that, which was disappointing.

Two months ago, my 2023 Edge was serviced, and I assumed everything was still under warranty. However, I was surprised to find that only certain items were covered, which resulted in a two hundred fifty dollar out-of-pocket expense. Given my long-standing relationship with the dealership and my recent purchase of a second vehicle, I believe some form of concession or appreciation would have been appropriate.

I have lived all over the world and have always built strong relationships with the dealerships that serviced my vehicles. Jenkins and Wynne Ford Lincoln Honda in Clarksville, Tennessee stands out as one of the best. That dealership truly treats their customers like family, offering support and incentives in meaningful ways.

The next vehicle I purchase, which will be for my daughter, will be from Jenkins and Wynne. I believe they will value the relationship and make the experience worth it.

I just want to say that this car purchase with Lugoff Ford was the most painless purchase. Each team member from Chance…to Caleb…to Jennifer made it all easy. No one “hounded” us when we arrived. Everything was broken down and explained with ease. No questions were left unanswered. We were not there for hours and hours waiting. Chance knew my situation…what I was looking for…brought the vehicles around…tolerated my driving….and truly had one of the most genuine smiles and laughs. Worst experience ever credit ran 5 times without permission was told to come there before I was approved car had bad issues engine light on struts messed up cracked interior lies lies lies to get me there I sent check stubs before I came I was told it was good got there all of a sudden it's my income when I knew that was a lie one of the workers heard me talking to my friend about the milliage and about of a car that needs fixing he goes in and tell the manager all of a sudden I couldn't get a car worst place ever

I would find another dealership if I were you. The advertised prices are just lures into a trap of hidden add-ons. An advertised $9600 car somehow finalized at $13700 because of thousands "worth" of "extra features" like cheap accessories and a car wash pass totaling no more than a couple of hundred dollar worth. I 10/10 can say that this is a classic grimey dealership that will rob you blind if you don't argue and fight the greasy rats into a reasonable price range. It was a pain to get the car at a fair price. Overall, the employees were polite and professional.

Update: 5 days after the purchase, cylinder 3 started misfiring and throwing a check engine code. The spark plugs weren't just bad, a large part of the insulator portion was missing. The dealer either didn't check it after it was traded in or they put it back as it was. They also called asking me to remove the review like they didn't try to screw me.

I've been coming to Lugoff Ford since 2022, and have had Markus as my main service advisor who's always been kind, and empathetic when I've had issues, even with a Ford Pass dilemma that haunted us in the past, Markus was diligent. kind and resolved the issue. Plus, and he always provides me with outstanding service, and a smile.

I sometimes get different advisors too like Angelo, Rachel, Mathew, and spoke to Chrissy about my appointment, and all of them have been very kind as well, and on top of things.

Yesterday, I had John as my service advisor and he was also kind, and wonderful. Kindness, and empathy goes a long way when it comes to customer service and John accomplished that as well.

Working in customer service for 30 years, I appreciate quality customer service when I am doing business. Otherwise, I will take my business elsewhere.

However, I do return to Lugoff Ford, and glad that I can trust them with my car, and their advice. I hope to continue having a trusted business relationship, along with outstanding customer service as well from Lugoff Ford.

Hard workers are hard to find these days. Marcus and John are top notch, and I do hope their work, and others do not go unnoticed by the company.

I answered a internet ad about a vehicle. I was contacted by John long after several conversations he realized I had an invalid wife and no way to get there from out in the country, he drove over an hour to my home to pick me up and clearly stated no obligation, if I did not like the car he would drive me back home. This made me feel like a person not a paycheck

Have had my truck serviced there several times. Had a few miscommunications with the service representatives but in the end they made it right. Talked with the service department manager about ways to improve customer service and he was very appreciative. He stated they will do better! That’s all you can ask for. I will rate again after my next service appointment.
