Lugoff Nissan

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Nissan service center and previously had great experience; especially with Mr. Beaver, who’s always been kind and helpful. Unfortunately, this recent visit was disappointing. After having my car towed in for a fuel pump replacement (a $1,588.67 repair), I picked it up only to find it vibrating badly with a flashing service engine light. These issues did not exist before. I was then told I’d need to pay another $170 just for diagnostics. I understand that car issues can be tricky, but I expected better after such a costly repair. I hope Nissan will reconsider how they handle situations like this.

This place sold my brother a car, he paid cash. We understand that As-is means no warranty but Less than 2 weeks later, the car is undriveable, and Lugoff Nissan basically said he's SOL, no customer service all, they wouldnt even offer to help diagnose or fix the car at a lower cost.

Lugoff Nissan really dropped the ball on making a good relationship with my brother, who has spent over 200k on vehicles in the last 3 years.

I’ve been going here for service on my vehicle for almost 3 years. Today I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, my normal maintenance. The service department calls me about 2 hours later and tells me they can’t preform my oil change because my oil pain has swollen up around my drain plug. I’ve never in my life heard of this. I called 3 other dealerships and all of them said the same thing. Somebody over tightened the drain plug. Nissan of Lugoff has been the only ones to service my vehicle and now they want me to pay to replace the oil pan that they damaged. I REALLY dislike the lack of accountability. One of their technicians over tightened my drain plug and now they don’t want to take accountability for. They need to get better technicians and take accountability for their mistakes. I will NEVER bring my car back here.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I can only speak as a used vehicle owner, but do NOT buy used from them. I paid cash for a chevy equinox and should have had second thoughts about it when the vehicle wouldn't start. While at the dealership their customer service was great and they immediately replaced the battery. Not even 2 days later my check engine light came on, and within 2 weeks the engine seized up. I understand that it is an "as-is" purchase and that the vehicle would need some work. But after dropping cash I, expected that after their inspections I would have driveable vehicle for more than 2 weeks. I did not expect having to drop almost double what I paid for the vehicle to repair what should have been caught by their inspections. They have refused all help and wiped their hands clean. Terrible service!

Without a doubt, the kindness, knowledge, wisdom, & logic of this Service Management & Staff makes up for the typical lifeless hidden conditions and disappointments corporate dealerships routinely display. Lugoff Nissan Service Department is willing and able to take the time to explain what no one else does, treating you like a person. Plus, the job is done quickly and correctly. I was told and now can't forget, When your Nissan has a fever, ask for Mr. Beaver, at Lugoff Nissan.

I came to this dealership looking for a specific car, and managed to get it at a great price, in great time, and with great customer service! I worked with Damion, who had an awesome attitude, and answers to all my questions. I was initially worried about the process, so working with him with him was the best choice I could have made— it made my first car buying experience quick and easy. My encounters with the rest of the staff were incredible as well! It’s clear that all of them have dedicated themselves to putting customer experience first. Don’t overlook this dealership if you want a Nissan, and be sure to ask for Damion!

I purchased 4 new tires and had alignment done. Exactly 1 year later, 2 rear tires were worn to the threads and the front was near the same. I have the tires rotated several times a year. The service manager told me I hit a pothole and knocked all tires out of alignment. Obviously it was incorrectly aligned. Lugoff Nissan would only cover the cost of 2 tires after the manager agreed it was miss aligned. One day later the Tire maintenance warning light came on. They OVER filled the tire pressure by mor than 10lbs. Do yourselves a favor and DON'T GO TO Lugoff Nissan for service. I've never been treated more poorly than this place.

William Beaver is always so nice and professional, it is always good to see him. The service was performed timely and got me back on the road!

I am very pleased with the staff and service received during my recent visit. They made recommendations for future services based on my mileage, which I appreciate, as it allows me to plan and budget for services that will both protect the longevity of my vehicle and not be a sudden inconvenience on my wallet.

Mark was friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. I think the car was priced a little high but it was the only one with all that we wanted that we could find. The finance man was friendly and efficient.

Mr. Beaver was wonderful. I had an awful experience at the other Nissan dealership (Lexington), and he made it much better. You can tell he truly cares about his job and people. He also helped me, because the dealership I bought my car from lied and told me the $1300 maintenance package I paid for could be used at ANY dealership, but the fine print said only at the purchasing dealership. Nice to know some people out there are still genuine.

Everything from start to finish was smooth. I saw what I was looking for online and decided to go directly to the dealership. Unfortunately the car was at another location. Jeff Winn was my salesman and he assured me that he could have the car there the next day. Within 24hrs my new car arrived. Jeff was kind, he communicated effectively and he made sure I understood every step of the way! I walked out the dealership on Wed 6/18/25 the proud owner of a new car. Also Big shout out to Herbert. He was also very kind and patient which made everything a breeze. Everyone at the dealership is so nice and upbeat starting with the two wonderful receptionists. Mr.Beaver was very pleasant, my car was serviced quickly while I waited and he explained what had been done and what would need to be done during my next visit.

We just stopped in to check out the Nissen brand and we were very impressed with quality and many extra features in a car reasonably priced. Also the facility was very clean & customer friendly! So....we purchased a car and the staff was helpful and accomdating.

Every time I use this dealership, I get outstanding service. I am usually seen 15 mins before my actual appointment, and I am out very quick. It's really easy to make an appointment online, over the phone, or in person. I recommend this Nissan Service department to all my friends.

I spoke with Mr. Beaver when setting the appointment. He was very courteous and attentive to my explaining my service needs.

When I arrived, Mr. Beaver took me in hand and proceed to walk a new service advisor through activating my appointment.

My wait was over two hours and Mr. Beaver checked on me to insure I was comfortable and knew where the refreshments were kept.

Checkout was another pleasant experience with Mr. Beaver as he handled the process quickly and efficiently.

Outstanding and very surprised. My car buying experience was low key, no pressure and simple straight dialog. No games, no back and forth. In fact I had decided to buy another vehicle down the road. My salesman Shane (please ask for him, he was great) Eddie the Manger, final deal maker, was MORE than fair and wanted my business. They offered to meet my trade in. With careful and prayerful consideration, I decided on the Pathfinder, Platinum version. Everyone, I mean everyone was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this dealership.
