I was given several days and times to choose from for a technician to complete inspection and correct the problem.
Not only did Matt show up on time, he went to the hardware store to buy supplies needed to fix the problem.
Matt also reexplained issues to me if I didn't understand the first time.
Matt also explained to me issues that I needed to discuss immediately with my lawn care company.
Last but not least, Matt took pictures of the damage and the repairs so I can have them available if this ever happens again.

Warren & Matt came out last minute. They detected and repaired huge leak. Water had been shut off days before Thanksgiving. They got it repaired and back up and running for the holidays. They were hero’s!!!

I have used this company twice to find leaks at commercial properties that I manage and they have done a great job. The leaks they found were missed by two different plumbers that I hired previous to Leakmasters. Leakmasters may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

We had a huge leak on our property in the irrigation line that we absolutely could not find!! We figured it had to be emptying into our ponds or the marsh, as that was the only way we could miss finding it.

After exhausting all efforts, we called Leak Masters. They came right out and took over! Jack took the time to explain everything he was doing, made sure we saw everything he ran into, and kept us totally informed the whole time!

Not only did he find the leak in 2 days, and fixed it in one, he gave us an additional valve for the system, unclogged an unknown drain that will help us with drainage, and discovered a plumbing problem that I need to get corrected.

Way above and beyond. I totally recommend them if you have a similar problem. They are not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for! The knowledge, background, skill and great customer service. Next time they will be my first and only call-not my last call!!

My husband and I discovered a leak at 6am and called a few places that told us it would a week until they could come out. I found Leak Masters and there were here within the hour. Giovanni worked for 6 hours repairing our leak and we are thankful for him and Leak Masters. Without them I don't think we would been able to turn our water on till after Christmas! Very thankful as well they will be coming back to finish the job after we replace the tile floor. Thank you!

Many thanks to Jack and his expert crew. They worked hard to find the leaky boiler pipe buried half a century ago and lurking under a later-added structure at our church. It was not their easiest problem to solve, but they came through on every detail and under the estimate. They also quickly found a different slab leak and later fixed it in one afternoon. We'd highly recommend Jack and his courteous crew, especially Jovany.

The company never finished my job. The send you a contract with miss information and then stick you with the balance of the work. Very poor customer service from the general manager to the staff. I would not recommend this company for our area. I called several times to have the work completed and to no avail.

Cannot say enough good things about this group. Had a couple of VERY hard to find leaks in pipes under my very old church: they came, they saw, they conquered! Really worked with us to make the repairs as well as cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.

I would like to give a shout out to Adam. He was very efficient and easy to talk and share information with. He realized mine was a difficult case and asked Jack Frye CEO to come out and evaluate. Update : they are making things right and looks like some internal personnel issues might be involved. The repair crew looks first rate and I am optimistic. More to follow when it is done. I am very impressed with the effort! also do pool removal, but be clear about what rough grade and site cleanup mean to this company. Believe me, mid-June is an awful time to have to be working a shovel and wheelbarrow cleaning up the mess they left behind.

WOW we were worried that we would get ripped off by a stupid leak in the condo we just bought (ugh) HOWEVER Leakmasters came quickly to the rescue. In 24 hours, they had everything fixed for a very fair price. Everything went smoothly - from the first contact, to the quick sending of the quote. Then Jack came and leak was gone. THANK YOU. Seriously people - fair prices and honesty. This is what a good business is all about!

This crew was excellent. Quick appointment, arrived exactly on time, worked diligently on very hard leak, tree route had grown around line, and water line was very deep. Great experience - Called Leak Masters after having no luck in having the pool company who built my pool address my leak.
Leak Masters came quickly, were polite , informative and well spoken. They set up and got to work and identified the leak within 2 hours. They installed a pool light "wire plug" to stop a leak at the pool light. Apparently the most common leak.

Either way it was a great experience and the pool level is now holding steady.

Giovanni of Leak Masters showed up exactly on time. He found the leak, contacted his company, and they provided an estimate. We agreed to one of the solutions he offered, they emailed the contract, and he was able to complete the job that day. That's called efficiency and excellent customer service!

First, the good news. They were able to come to my house to diagnose and fix the leak on the next day. The technician showed up, was polite and went right to work. In less than 4.5 hours, they had the leak fixed and the damaged area of the slab patched.

Now for the news that cost them a couple of stars. The total bill for the job was a smooth $1,675.00. The tech disappeared for more than an hour shorty after he arrived, so the total time on the job was probably about three hours. This included diagnosing the leak, fixing it, and repairing the cracked area of the slab with a bag of mortar mix. He did a good job and it is fixed to my satisfaction.

But...$550 an hour? Really? I was without water on a Friday afternoon and Allstate was paying for it. I doubt this was lost on them. If I had to come out of pocket on this, I would have been outraged. As it is, I feel a bit taken advantage of. I could hire the best Philadelphia lawyer for 3 hours for less than LeakMasters charged. My guess is that if they weren't billing insurance companies with deep pockets, their prices might be more in line with reality.

Jack Frye @ Leak Masters was fantastic to work with. He immediately came out to our home, free of charge, within 20 minutes of my wife calling regarding a leak. He was thorough and diagnosed the problem within minutes. I would highly recommend Jack Frye and Leak Masters. Exceptional customer service!

Excellent service from this company. I had a water leak under a concrete driveway and within minutes of arrival, they were able to locate the problem, make the necessary repairs, replace the removed concrete and restore the area to per existing conditions in the same day. I highly recommend Leak Masters.

I have a quaduplex that had a leak that was affecting two of my units. I called Blitch plumbing who came out three times and could not determine what was causing the leak. Since the floor was extremely wet, where the air handler was, I called 2 license ac technicians and they could not pin point the problem. Finally I called Leak Masters and within 30 minutes he put the leak between the kitchen wall that separated the two units . I called two plumbers to repair and both suggested that I rerun the plumbing lines overhead. I called Mr. Frye and he said he would be back over to fix the leak. He cut through the sheet rock separating the two units and WHAM! there was the pin hole leak in the drain line. Mr. Frye sent fans out to dry units and fixed that leak. Everyone that came over was overcharging me and wanting to do unnecessary work. This company was a few dollars more but they did ''Everything'". I will never waste my time again on anyone else. I highly reccommend them for excellent, caring service. I just had to give them this review. They made me extremely happy.

I am a registered professional engineer as well as a licensed residential and commercial home inspector. I recently had a leak in my personal residence at the ridge vent. After being disappointed in another roofing contractor's inability to repair the roof, I contacted Leak Masters for their assistance. They were on my roof the very next day and had the roof repaired in a couple of hours. It has since rained three times and NO MORE LEAKS! I highly recommend Leak Masters USA and will be sending other clients their way with any leak problems!

I used Leak Masters to repair what I thought was some small cracks in my pool bottom. It was in a rental vacation home with a small window for maintenance. The crew from Leak Masters was awesome! Paul was an excellent communicator and Eric was my primary on site guy. They discovered a WAY bigger problem with the pool bottom that could have caused a serious delay and loss of rental income. They went to work, promised to have it done by the time the guests arrived and did it even though they had to juggle working between rainstorms. Nice job Leak Masters!

We had an underground water leak that was showing no signs of water at the surface. Within a few hours on site Leak Masters was able to find it. The gentleman worked hard to find the leak and even provided some tips for the repair. I would recommend them as this would have taken a lot of time and energy to find on my own.

I never found myself writing a review but after this experience I wanted to share my story. I had a really bad slab leak, I called a local Mount Pleasant Plumber who was unable to find the leak after many hours of trying, the tech advised me to contact Leak Masters off the record. So I did and what a great experience I had, Jack a very happy fellow found the leak in no time, what a professional he also fixed the slab leak and replaced the concrete in no time flat. I would highly recommend Leak Masters.

Eric and Jack did a great job finding my leak we have a very larger apartment complex with many units and water lines are all under the slab in each unit Eric explained the work needed to be done and how much it would be to find the leak, after he found the leak he gave me the price to repair. I felt it was high to make the repair so I called a local plumber to get a price for the repair it was a lot higher the Leak Masters so I called them back and they where very happen to come back and make the repair if was my fault, I just should have them fix it. After the repair they gave me a bill for less then the quoted price. I feel any company that would do that is good and fair I would use them again work was clean and they cleaned the hole job site and put everything back.

These guys were excellent. We had problems with a previous plumber, which worsened a leak that we had, and Leak Masters came quickly to not only fix the problem, but check to make sure that no others problems popped up once the pipes were replaced. Excellent service, easy to talk to people, and very professional. A+
