Bought a Rheem unit from 4 Seasons about a year ago. Bill always takes great care of us. He's always happy to swing by and take a look if we have any issues or questions. I would recommend to anyone!

Edit to add: My HVAC unit temporarily stopped working for a few days this winter. I called Four Seasons, and Bill came right out (within 20 minutes) to fix a blown breaker on my electrical panel that controlled the HVAC unit. Still would highly recommend this company to anyone looking.

My HVAC unit stopped working in October 2022. I searched tirelessly for months looking for a new affordable company to work with for a replacement. Buddy came right out to assess the issue and a unit was installed that week (May 2023).

Fast forward to today, January 2024, and my thermostat went blank so no heat or air could be turned on. I called Four Seasons and within 20 minutes, Bill was at my house. He replaced the blown breaker and fixed the issue.

Every interaction I have with Four Season is always a pleasant one. Would definitely recommend others to use this business!

Amazing Person and amazing service. Quick knew what he was doing. Came out fixed out problem and waited a couple minutes to make sure our unit was working fine.

I called 4 Seasons after getting a recommendation from a neighbor. My blower motor went out on my downstairs unit. My units were getting serviced by another company, but the service, communication and high-pressure sales forced us to find another HVAC company. I contacted Buddy who came by right away. He diagnosed the problem and gave us recommendations on options. Bill came out shortly after and repaired our blower motor. Before doing so, he cleaned the motor casing and made recommendations on how to keep our units clean and free of biological material. I appreciate 4 seasons quick service, wonderful customer service. Update: My heat stopped working on the coldest day so far this season. I called them and Bill came right out. He figured out the issue right away. I opted to go ahead and get a new unit to avoid any more issues with the old unit I had. Bill never tried to sell me on the new unit, he just stated facts about the age of the unit and the cost of this repair and the possible issues that could come up in near future due to age of unit. He worked with Buddy (owner) to get me the best unit for the best price, which I feel was way cheaper than any other company could have done. They came the very next day and installed the new unit. This is the best, most reliable company and I always appreciate their super fast response times and superior service. It's so unusual these days to get this kind of customer service from any company and these people go above and beyond!

This is the best heating and air service around. Bill is usually the technician that comes to check my unit and he's the best! Very thorough and professional. They have kept my AC/heating unit running great for years. I don't trust any other company but these guys. They make sure everything is running properly and cost efficient. They kept my sister's unit running for years after another company told her she needed a new one. Best all around!

After leaving my info with the receptionist the Technician Buddy called me to find out what the issue is with my AC. I asked him what time would he be able to make it out. He told me some time after lunch. I proceeded to tell him I've called couple other places to come out. He then cut me off before I could finish my sentence and said "I will not call you back!" Then hung up. I'm pretty upset because he had no idea what I was going to say. I planned to tell him give me a heads before he comes to my house. I called him back to ask why he hung up on me and to possibly setting up a time. Once he answered he started to go off about how he's been doing this too long and not about rushing and time frame etc. Ok I get that! but there's a way of handling things especially in the customer service industry It's called listening and COMMUNICATION!!!

This is the third heating and air company my wife and I, who are professors at USC, have dealt with in the past four years in the Columbia area. The two other companies were outright scoundrels, cheats and liars. One had me replace the expensive air conditioning coil that I later found out it was unnecessary, since the problem was only an expansion valve.
Bill, the technician of Four Seasons Heating and Air, surprised me as to how he immediately detected my recent problem by just looking at the unit. He then called a number where he found that the dual capacitor was under warranty and saved me $190 for the part. Bill has been working the industry for 25 years and is very knowledgeable, honest and friendly.
In comparison to what the other two companies gouged me for, this bill was half that price.
We highly recommend this company for all your air and heating services.
