Just received my Cadillac back from them and I am very pleased with the work done here. Was brought in due to some damage on my front end that also bent my license plate. These guys went above and beyond to put the plate back on as best as possible and even washed my car. Thanks again!!

I made an appointment 1 week in advance and told them what the car needs (state inspection, oil change, cabin filter, tire rotation and investigate a squeaking noise).
Dropped off the car at 6am. After no update I called at 2pm and got told not sure if the car will be done the same day because they have not even taken it into the shop.
Called again at 4:45pm and got told it is ready for pick up.
At first I was happy but after I saw they only did the state inspection and recommended to replace the belts for the squeaky. I wrote on the drop off envelope up to $300 no need for approval but for whatever reason they never reached out and just automatically declined to change the belts.

Overall disappointed with the service but hey at least the state inspection is done...

These guys are amazing ...I had considerable damage to my front end that included frame damage and these guys with all their knowledge and expertise put my car back together good as new!!!! The staff was caring and knowledgeable. Price was more than reasonable and they were fast to get me back on the road....if ever I need any car work in the future I will definitely be taking my car there. I was in a car accident and police called London Bridge Motors to Tow my Vehicle. The driver i believe Phillip was his name was very helpful and understanding with all my questions which was nice of him since my experience with tow truck drivers in the past was not very good one. I just want to thank him again for the help and great job he did with loading up my vehicle

I also pointed out new damage that was on my car that they said it was already there previously. I know for a fact it was not as we walked around the car before I left it. Very unhappy.

They do good work and do not try and upsell you or get you to do repairs you may not need. This place is great. I’ve only come here for inspections but they’re very professional and efficient. You can make an appointment for drop off or to wait. If you choose to wait, they’ll prioritize your car to get you out ASAP.

I had a great experience. To pass inspection the van needed a couple of items, which were fixed in less than a day and were reasonably priced. That is why I take my vehicles there.

We have been using LBMC since 1974. They handle all our mechanical and paint and body work. They are fair, honest, very prompt and professional. We highly recommend them for their caring attitude and expert workmanship. As a PostScript, yesterday there was a big wreck in front of our house on Atlantic Avenue in VB. LBMC was called by the insurance company of the "at fault" young driver to pick up and clean up the totaled car, and it's road debris and the related hazardous oil & fluid spill. Harry H. showed up with the LBMC rolloff truck and quickly and efficiently loaded up the totaled vehicle and all the major debris and fluids. We greatly appreciated the swift response and professional approach to the accident site.

Brought my car here for an insurance claim after my car was side swiped. Everyone I interacted with at London Bridge was extremely kind and easy to talk to, no complaints at all about that. Unfortunately the attention to detail on the finished product was not what I expected. Because of their good reviews I waited several weeks extra to bring my car here compared to other shops, but it looks like the end result would have been about the same.

Here are the details. Before bringing my car home from the shop I noticed that one of the doors, which had been replaced, wasn’t sitting flush against the body. I pointed it out and they brought it back in the shop and adjusted it. No problem. After bringing the car home I noticed that the grill on the front bumper hadn’t been inserted properly and was a little off center. One of the side view mirrors had not been tightened to the door completely and rattled when shutting the door, and was very easy to move with minimal effort. One of the parking sensors on the bumper wasn’t inserted properly and isn’t even close to flush against the bumper. The double sided tape that they used to reattach the emblems to my car are way thicker than any automotive double sided tape I’ve ever seen, so now the reattached emblems look like they’re floating over the paint. I made the choice to fix all of these my imperfections myself at home since I’m capable of working on my own car, and I trust my attention to detail.

As for things I can’t fix? The paint! The areas where body panels had to be painted have some of the most obvious orange peel I’ve seen on a repaired car. There are obvious dimples and imperfections in the brand new paint where there clearly shouldn’t be, and where there weren’t before the accident.

Everyone there as very nice, but it doesn’t change the end product being substandard.

When my daughter was 16, we took her car to London Bridge Motor. Before I could coach her on how to talk about her car to a mechanic, she said, "I think it is a transmission problem". I thought, oh dear, this is going to be expensive. But I was surprised and delighted when the mechanic returned and explained that the problem was NOT a transmission problem, but a loose component that needed to be tightened...which he did for $20.
Since that day, London Bridge Motor has been the only vehicle repair facility that I trust. Their honesty and integrity earned my loyalty.

As ALWAYS the service at London Bridge Motor was OUTSTANDING. I have been having my vehicles serviced by them for the last 41 years, 1st one a 79 corvette, replaced the rear wheel bearings. Subaru, Pontiac Lemans, Toyota Paso, Dodge, Mazda protégé, Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition all serviced in a timely manner for a reasonable fee. Fair not cheap which is ok by me.
As long as I own non warranty (and warranty after it expire) vehicles London Bridge Motor will be servicing them.

Superb! After our car was towed away from the accident that was not our fault, the folks at London B Motors were attentive, sympathetic and infinitely helpful. When we came to unload stuff the next day, they got the hatch opened, gave us all the time we needed and helped make an unpleasant experience manageable.

They did what they said they would, and they had it completed by the date they originally quoted- that's all I can ask for. The car looks like new again.

My car needed some body work after getting hit in a parking lot. They were so helpful and kind! Everyone I came in contact with was so wonderful! They do great work and they are efficient! I highly recommend! I will definitely be back if I have any more body work needs.

Reviewing after receiving refund. Excellent staff and customer service up until I had a problem but that was quickly resolved with an apology. Rated for failing to repair my car, doing a repair incorrectly that could've caused long term damage, and failing to find and fix the problem when I brought the car back.

I brought my car in Feb 22 for a body shop repair for an insurance claim and to get all 4 brakes and rotors replaced. Thought all was well and left happy. Then started noticing a grinding sound when braking that was getting progressively worse. Also, insurance claim repair had failed.

Brought it back Jun 3, body shop repair for claim was fixed and a month out still holding well. As for brake problem, was told initially they could not figure out the cause then later told a worn part was found and replacing it should fix the sound. It did not. They had my car for a week before I requested to pick it up.

Jun 23 I brought my car to a mini dealership where after 30 min I was personally shown that the outer face of only the two front rotors was ground down, probably with an angle grinder (photo below). Back two rotors were new and smooth. Had the mini cooper dealership complete the repairs.

I called London bridge next day to let them know the problem and was rebuffed and told I should have brought my car back to them again. One employee at the mechanic shop said everything from we wouldn't do that, a dealership will say that cause its not original mini cooper parts (but dealership was fine with work on rear, was only a problem at the front), and maybe it happened while driving. It was insulting when all they needed to ask for was more information to evaluate the problem. After this call, photos were quickly assessed and within the hour received confirmation for refund with an apology.

Hope this was the isolated incident that I was assured it was but I will not be returning.

I've been going to London Bridge for more than 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They take care of my everyday drivers as well as my classic show cars, one that is a national award winner. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Found the cause of "noise" but kept looking and found that I had two problems. Have used them for years and always been satisfied.

This is the BEST PLACE I have ever dealt with regarding auto repairs. We were only in town for 8 days and will not be anywhere longer than 14 days for 3 months. Our back truck window shattered after a jackknife situation. It also damaged the drivers side cab so we could not just get glass. We had to have the repairs done to the cab to get the glass in. They were amazing at getting us in and repaired in 2 days. It was 2 days earlier than expected. The entire office staff treated us like family and Brian who dealt with the estimate and repairs was amazing. The quote was 1200.00 cheaper than another place we checked. After the repairs, you would never know it had ever been damaged. It was perfect! They even vacuumed the entire truck, got all the shattered glass out, washed the truck and added tire shine. Who does that? This place does! Highly recommended this place!

Had my engine replaced and it drove horrible ever since the first day I picked it up. Took it back at least 3 times because they kept saying nothing was wrong. Then they finally fixed something else, which still didn’t fix the issue of how bad it drove. I told them again it still wasn’t driving right and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong. I was later told by another shop that the engine they put in was bad and I have to replace it again. Owner seemed nice but the quality of the work I received just wasn’t it, especially with the amounts I paid out of pocket. I wasted almost $3000 on a used engine that made my car run horribly and I still have to pay to have replaced all over again.

Made an appointment for a state inspection , dropped of my car the night before, and picked it up the next afternoon. No hassle!
They never pressure for additional work, but let you know what passed, but needs attention!

Have been taking my vehicles to London Bridge Motor for years now. A family owned business. They are very honest, and don't try and gouge you for services that you do not need. I highly recommend them.

Needed to have my front brakes fixed. They called before starting work on my truck to see if I wanted to replace all parts or keep some that were still ok. It was nice to be given the option.

Had dropped my car off in the morning before they opened because my car was running rough. They let me know the problem and the cost to fix (promptly enough as I had not made an appointment). The tech later called to let me know that my oil was running low and they could take care of that, but I declined that due to my dealership usually handling the oil changes - but when I came to pick up my car I had seen that they had taken care of that "on the house"! You never see customer service like this anymore and I consider myself blessed that London Bridge Motor Co. is around to handle my automotive repair needs.

I go to London Bridge Motors at least 3-4 times a year for all of my family auto needs (state inspections, oil changes etc.). Michele always greets everyone with a professional attitude and a friendly smile. She is also very efficient. Since I had called and made an appointment yesterday when I walked in today she had my paper work all ready. Just one more sign that they care about their customers. To top it off Chris gave me a ride to work. Not too many places take such great care of their customers. They have earned my business and I highly recommend them.

I've been a loyal customer for over 40 years. I first visited them at their original location in London Bridge and have kept coming back. I perform much of my own mechanical work. Harry does most of my inspections and he ensures that my vehicles are safe and reliable. Any repairs are fairly done and priced. A solid christian based family operation that prides itself on honesty and great customer service.
