Could ed expect better service...

Two qualified technicians determined a collapsed drain pipe in our septic system & we are awaiting a quote to repair it. We are confident the repair will be handled promptly.

This company is a rare gem. Because they are a family business, they go out of their way to provide wonderful service and establish trust in their work and knowledge. I appreciate every interaction we've had with them, both for septic and HVAC. Thank you, Powell's (and Erich and Clayton!).

Well up front what I had done was not cheap. Almost 6k. And no discounts for military or a 100% disabled vet. But with these new or I should say proper way of waste handling you need to be prepared. Make sure you have your system inspected yearly. Again, not cheap, but better than a 6k bill. Customer service was good and they will try and work with you. They are the best.

If I could give a 10/10, I would. My plumber Elijah was kind, very easy to speak to, and informative. I was provided with an itemized bill, and visual before and after pictures emailed to me. Everything was lovely

Despite intense heat and humidity on a Friday afternoon, Cote and Jared(sp) worked diligently on a difficult pump replacement to get my dead in the water septic system up and running. they were both professional and informative as they went, demonstrating strong knowledge of the work to be done. I have only had good experience with Powell‘s plumbing teams over the last three years and recommend them for anybody who has a complicated problem to be fixed.

Powell's is great. They now do HVAC work as well and came the same day I called ( during the heat wave) and fixed the problem asap.....had the part on the truck! They also seemed much more honest than the other local company I called...who gave me a bid for a whole new compressor that I didn't need.....several thousand dollars.

The technicians arrived on schedule. They were very professional and did a good job with what they had to work with.

Very easy process to set up service. Technician came out on time, greeted me professionally, explained what he was going to do, and then made sure to explain everything when he left.

Corey came out to diagnose a leak. He was very friendly and professional, and although the repair was outside of the scope of what he could do, he gave me thorough recommendations for how I should move forward with the work. Would gladly have him out again and recommend to anyone who needs a good plumber!

Unfortunately this company proved to be incompetent and incredibly expensive with extra costs to cover their own mistakes. They left a brand new leak that was due to their own work in the same sink, took no accountability, and charged another fee to “fix” it. Avoid this company and find one that does the work correctly from the very start.

Great guys, got straight to the point, same day pumping. I was very surprised. Hector with his colleague did a great job. The clean the pump, filter figured out the problem and even did a couple more things that we are very grateful for, so thank you for your time guys!

Jeff and Colton came out to pump my septic tank. They were great! In addition to pumping my septic Jeff gave me some advice on my Alternative Septic System that was acting up. Based on his recommendation, I by-passed a water softener that was malfunctioning...and it resolved the problem. Powell's is going to be my "go to" plumbing and HVAC company in the future. I had a problem with my sump pump and with all the rain we’ve been having I didn’t want to take a chance. The guy’s (Kyle / Logan) responded within 2 hours of my call. They completed the job within 90 minutes, very professional, neat, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

This was my second time using Powell’s Plumbing. Corey was phenomenal. He was respectful and extremely professional. He changed the water line for the ice maker and water dispenser. My new fridge kept air locking and wouldn’t let the water flow from the pipe to the interior water dispenser. Corey kept at it and kept troubleshooting until the issue was resolved. I am so very pleased with my experience with Powell’s and can’t thank Corey enough!

The first appointment we had with Powell Plumbing was good, they were efficient and fixed the problem. We called again when our new water softener stopped running so we called Powell Plumbing. Cote Funkhauser and assistant showed up and immediately claimed “I have no wifi”. He had not even looked at the unit yet!?? When he went under the house where the unit is located Cote stated, “we don’t work on these type. I would have to download the app and I don’t have service. We told him several times we have WiFi but he stood there looking puzzled. My husband paid him the $148.00 Powell Plumbing charges for a service call and asked him to leave. We called an alternate service. The water softener just needed a computer update..the serviceman was gone in 30 minutes- problem resolved.

Our dishwasher wasn't draining. Another company said we needed to replace the pipe under the house. Tim didn't agree. He simply rerouted the tube under the sink and it worked. I would use Powells again and ask for Tim.

I never expected to see my repair tech at my house on the Saturday after July 4th! I have a plumbing emergency at thought Monday soonest I may see someone! Tim assessed my situation and we now have a plan moving forward! I have never used Powells Plumbing before but you can bet I'm a customer for life!

Great experience! They were able to come out just a couple days after I called (it was a routine pump). The person before me cancelled, so the driver asked if he could come early, which was even better. The driver and his assistant were really pleasant and professional. I never regret using powells.

We had lighting strike on our property and they sent someone next day, even though they were booked. Elijah and his helper were great. Very professional and gave us quotes right away. They still have more work to do before figuring out. I would definitely use them again. Great Service!

Erich came out to do estimate for installation of mini split HVAC system. Hec came out within 2 days of calling. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. He has a crew scheduled to come and install system in 2 weeks. So far we are very pleased

Thank God for Matt and Colton from the Powell's HVAC team and thank God for Powell's plumbing! Our AC unit had gone down in the middle of the hottest days this summer. I called one company after another, most didn't even pick up. Everyone was booked well into the next week. Matt and Colton were there the next day. They showed up early and were not only knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. But they helped get the problem solved, FAST! The days are still hot, but the house is COLD! All thanks to these awesome Techs! If anything ever goes wrong with our system again I will only make one phone call, I will be asking for Matt and Colton from Powell's HVAC.

Saturday morning we had a major blockage in our septic line. Called Powell’s Plumbing in the afternoon and I was quickly contacted. Kyle and Logan came and assessed the problem. They dug up the access to the septic tank and cleared the blockage. Thank you guys for quickly and professionally solving our problem.

Hector came out on a Saturday and pumped a septic tank on a rental cabin during a same day turnover saving the owners from having to cancel the guest booking. Pumped tank out, cleaned filter, and cleared the line from the house that was backed up. Hung out as we flushed all lines with hot water before he left to make sure everything was good. I’ll use them again in the future. Thanks for coming out Hector! Give that man a raise!

John fixed my leaky kitchen pipe n the water pressure in the faucet.
He was knowledgeable n had a great personality!
If I have any plumbing problems I'll definitely call Powell plumbing again.

Attempted to clean ports on water heater and had to contact teck support. Had to order replacement part under warrenty. Will complete job upon part arrival

Wow! My husband and I are beyond impressed with this company. From the moment I called (the most professional & kind response I’ve heard in a long time) to the service itself, with Hector & Dustin, everything exceeded our expectations. Powell’s has raised the bar on what professional service can be.

I love the technicians at Powell’s. They are professional and always explain the steps being taken to fix our issues. Kyle has serviced our septic system for several years and is always conscientious about his work. He’s friendly and very knowledgeable. Our septic system is a bit complex and I feel confident in choosing Powell’s. We’ve never been disappointed.

I’m a widowed older female, I used this company bc of the on Line reviews. My visit after calling came the next morning. Problem was identified right away. Erich and his partner were courteous, kind, respectful. Shout out to them and the people that raised them. I’m not repaired yet bc the blower needed to be ordered. But my first impression is that this company shows respect and so do their employees. I’ll update next week. All I can say now is thank you for their business savoy in price but most of all their hiring process of employees. RESPECT is deserved.

Here alot sooner than I expected. I called approximately 9:30 am and they were here 3 hours later. Knowing I had no water they didn't waste anytime getting here or waste anytime fixing the problem. Professional, Reliable, good people. I will definitely recommend them. And of course will call them again if needed.

They did a great job locating and repairing water-line leak in basement. Ceiling/drywall water damage outsourced to another company (gave us referral to call immediately). We'll probably be utilizing their services in the future, for repairs in preparation for moving.

Powell's plumbing gets any plumbing job done correctly the first time. Very professional at their job, along with kindness shared as they explain the issues. They're a very wonderful group of plumbing experts to me.

I called Powell’s Plumbing again because the last time I had a problem, they fixed it and it stayed fixed. It took a while and some diligence, but they found the leak today and have a plan to fix it. They got the leak stopped and will come back to fix it permanently.

Kind, professional. Came out last year for septic repairs.. 4,000.00 Came out on weekend for assessment of same issue. Costs 1000.00 . Presented with estimate of future work needed for resolution... The new estimate .... another .5,000.00 plus any additional work they find that may be needed in future... So, not certain regarding efficacy of work!

I always get great service from Powell's Plumbing. I also know exactly what time they are arriving and who the Tech will be with a photo.

I have been a customer at Powell's Plumbing for years. And this job entailed correcting a drain from under the house for the water. They did an excellent job.
