I had a great experience with Sterling Gutters. I called them, and to my surprise, they were able to send someone out the same day! The team was professional and efficient — they cleaned out all the gutters, cleared the clogs, and made sure everything was flowing properly. I used this service recently but had a less-than-satisfactory experience. While the team arrived and performed the basic service, there were several areas for improvement:
1. No notification before arriving – I wasn’t informed in advance, which was inconvenient.
2. Incomplete work – The gutters were not fully cleaned, and when I requested the technician to clear leaves near the drain, they acknowledged but didn’t complete the task properly.
3. Poor communication – It’s extremely difficult to reach them by phone. Despite leaving multiple voice messages, I received no callback. Additionally, I sent a text with pictures showing the incomplete work but got no response.

Overall, the lack of communication and incomplete service made this experience frustrating. I hope they improve their responsiveness and attention to detail for future customers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Sterling Gutters is the worst companies I’ve ever worked with. They were hired to clean and fix a problem area on my gutters. They did not fix the problem and refused to come back to address the problem. The do not answer the phone and are rude and dismissive if you can happen to catch someone.

I called them due to one gutter being clogged and other ones needing cleaning. The team did a great job and I would surely use them again. I also went ahead and referred them to my neighbors who also were looking for similar services.

Sterling Gutters checks all the boxes; the service is impeccable and I'm very impressed with the crew. I had a more difficult job considering there were years of backup. Nonetheless, this team took their time to do the job right which is not always the case from other vendors.

Service was VERY timely and I found it completely easy to get a time. THANK You for helping me out, and, I know going forward I'll be working with you all annually.

Sterling Gutters did a great job cleaning my gutters! I appreciate them taking before and after pictures of the job and doing a thorough cleaning. I was able to pay over the phone and the representative I spoke to on the phone was kind and respectful.

Came on short notice. Cleaned some very dirty gutters and removed old and mildewed gutter fiber screens. Also, evaluated drainage and existing gutters and provide low cost improvements I could do on my own. Truly impressed!

Very pleased with them! Came out and problem solved my issue rather than simply upselling and gave me a reasonable quote too. Did the work a few weeks ago - we've had several storms since and their solution worked! Ended up installing extra gutters, swapping some out for 6" commercial, and gutter covers throughout. Fantastic company! Highly recommend.

I contacted Sterling Gutters and arranged to have someone come and provide an estimate to replace all the gutters and downspouts at my home. No one showed at the scheduled time, and no one called to say a there was a scheduling issue. I tried calling that day and the next but no one answered, and no one responded to the messages I left.

Thankfully, I found another company that was showed up as scheduled and provided a reasonable estimate for the work to be done.

As someone once said "Showing up is 90% of life." The folks at Sterling Gutter should learn this lesson.

I was able to get a next day appointment for gutter cleaning, and I feel the price was reasonable. The workers came promptly in the morning and did their job efficiently. Also the admin person on the phone was easy to work with.

I highly recommend working with Sterling Gutters as they were professional and very reasonably priced. They had good reviews and one of the few companies I came across that also installed gutter screens. They were able to come out to clean our gutters after moving into our new home in less than 48 hours and then provided an estimate for gutter Rx screen cover installation which we hired them to come back to install the following week. The crew came, completed the work quickly and quietly both times.

Highly recommend. The crew was packing up for the day from work next door and I stopped by the truck to see if they could possibly fit me in for a gutter cleaning. They quoted me a price on the spot, and an hour later (or less) they were done. My neighbor got in on the action and also procured their gutter cleaning services. Overall, great experience and would use again.

I was drying home in my community and i saw them just finish a job and ask on short notice could they look at a section of gutters on my house they call there boss he said no problem they fix the issue in 20 min i am very pleased and will do business with them very soon

This company has cleaned my gutters for 3 years now. They installed lear guards 2 years ago. Last year when they came to clean the gutters, the crew removed the leaf guards in certain spots and used high pressure water and hand cleaning to clear the gutters and it was successful.

This year they came and did not use a water hose and they did not remove the leaf guards. All the crew did is use a batter powered leaf blower to blow leaves off the roof. When it rained later that day, the gutters were overflowing just the same with no evidence of gutter cleaning. I notified them that the crew needs to come back and clean the gutter but I have been completely ignored and all calls go straight to voicemail with no callback.

Avoid this company and go with someone more professional. They seem to be a cheap "fly by night" kind of company.

I called on Wednesday of last week to have them clean my gutters and install gutter guards on the upper part of my roof. The person who handled the call was very pleasant and assured me that they would quote me quickly. Sure enough they called back and said they could do it the next day. I was more than pleased and agreed. We passed their truck as we made our way to Costco. By the time we got home, they were gone. They did a wonderful job. They pulled up the gutter guards I had installed to insure the gutters were clean and cleaned the uppers. They then installed the new gutter guards to the upper gutters. I was very happy and will recommend them to others. Nice job!

I was able to reach out for possible concerns of gutter repairs being needed. They responded within 24 hours by email. Then 2 days later they were here on time, assessment, cleaned, pictures taken/texted to me and cleaned up the area around the house from the debridement. Will definitely use again!!!

First let me say I'm very disappointed in this company we've had these gutters for at least 8 years and now that I need them to come out and service the gutters my messages are not being returned I've been calling for 2 weeks now and for 2 weeks leaving messages no one has has the decency to call and see what my issue is This company is not to be trusted if you cannot answer the phone or respond to the messages that are left for the gutters that you have been paid for Then why should anyone else use your services If you can't be responsible and professional enough to return a phone call

OMG! Superb job! I am very impressed with their work. The price was reasonable. I wish I could send them to my Mom's house. I will be using their services again and will tell my friends about them.

July 2020: Marlon and his crew did a great job. They were timely and performed their job in a workman like fashion. They provided me before and after pictures.

June 2021: The crew that came did a great job with cleaning and verifying that it was done correctly. Also provided me with insight about what works and doesn't work for gutters. I'll call them for next time.

I initially had a pleasant experience with them. First of all they don't seem to have an office line and don't pick up the phone when you call. i had another company install by gutter guards and needed sterling to fix some drip issues. They came quickly to fix the issues. After a few weeks, i noticed birds building a nest in my gutters. After riskily climbing up, I noticed they likely cut my gutter guards inappropriately. Leave a huge gaping hole. Called them a bunch times but they refused to pick up. After a few days the lady told me she would get back to me and never did.

I called again and noticed both their phones were going directly to voice mail. I thought this was odd, so I used my other phone to place the call. This phone did not go to voicemail. Surmise to say, they likely blocked my number and have not come back to fix the issue with my gutters. i would not recommend this company one bit. They talk a big game about helping and all that.. but if you have any issues,. that would go unanswered. They do not take responsibility for mishaps. Stay away

8/2/2020 Update

So the owner came to my house, short of screaming emphatically, coming to prove a point that he did not cut my gutters and he is not responsible. For an issue so inexpensive to fix.

He did agree there was a hole that needed to be rectified and caulking was not done correctly. My question is, why were these issues observed and recommended the first time around not fixed?

My opinion is that there is limited customer service with this company. No desire to correct the issue or respond to customers in a timely manner. I proceeded to tell him that after i paid an alternate contractor to cover my gutter guards no one else has touched my gutters since. I will pay someone else to fix the issue in the future.

Gutters..nothing special about Gutters. But Sterling Gutters were perfect. They were right on time, easy to communicate with, and left everything very clean.
