3 Pros Basement Services did an outstanding job of encapsulating and insulating our crawlspace so that we could effectively control radon and moisture in our home. The addition of a whole house dehumidifier of theirs that is piped to the outdoors to get condensate out of the area from removed humidity is working perfectly. They also completed an exhaust duct run from a bathroom remodel years ago that was left unfinished in the crawlspace. Now that bath exhaust air goes outdoors as it should. The thoughtful assembly of solutions employed in our project were followed through with expert execution. After 20 plus years in our home, we finally have a properly controlled crawlspace and an effective radon mitigation system. Highly recommended!

Excellent installation teams for three different projects. Attic insulation project, rockwool for walls, foam board insulation in storage room. Customer service, sale rep and installation were excellent and we are very pleased with the process and results.

These guys came out quickly to access the damage. Very honest and open about the repair and stated while they could do some of the work, they would recommend someone who can find a permanent solution for the wall bow. They will be sending a few recommendations. Really appreciated the transparency.

Parts of our experience were excellent. It may be helpful to consult with another party on their advised steps if you have an older home, just to be sure you have fully considered your situation.

Comfenergy encapsulated our crawlspace effeciently for a competitive price and we've had subsequent tradespeople compliment the work. The crawlspace is under a more modern addition to our home.

We also had Comfenergy apply spray foam to insulate and air seal our rim joist in the connected, older unfinished basement. This has been less clear of a success. I am unsure but suspect what we all failed to note is that our home is old enough to lack a sill plate and capillary break between the block foundation and rim joist. Block wicks a lot of moisture from the soil. Add to that a high soil level around the foundation and a rear porch that seems to trap moisture, and we may have overly limited our rim joist's drying potential.

There are lots of conflicting opinions about how best to handle this in building forums and we are still trying to troubleshoot our indoor air quality issues. So I'd highly recommend consulting with Comfenergy and hiring them in more straightforward situations, but just note that moisture issues *may* involve some considerations outside their area of expertise or service.

These guys made everything crystal clear and were honest in their assessment about what we needed now, what we *might* need, and what could be considered overkill or, at best, "nice to have." It was refreshing talking to someone who didn't need to sell us something no matter what. The job (insulation, spray foam, rockwool insertion, plus some other things) was done quickly and professionally. When Karl inspected the photos, he found the crew had missed something and sent them back out to correct the issue. Very impressed!

Just had crawl space encapsulated. 3 Pros/Comfenergy is top notch - from original planning with Jesus- we decided to hold off on dehumidifier as there was no standing water and if monitoring doesn’t show decrease it can be added later but for now to help stay within budget hopefully RH drops without it. I received 3 estimates plus one from termite company which was way off. As for value I found 3 Pros to be best.

Install was done by Juan and his team, they also tightened up dryer exhaust (thanks!), and they finished just under 2 days. They worked very hard and fast and everything seems thorough. For first time in almost 35 years I can go into crawl and not feel itchy after because all the fiberglass batting is gone. Hopefully the moisture with it. In winter the mice were making it their home. No more.

Fingers crossed won’t need DH but if I do I will be using this company.

Most professional company that really takes pride in their workmanship. I had my attic completely reinsulated which has nearly cut my gas bill in half. They also installed a beautiful front door which was half the cost of a leading company for same door and warranty!

Totally professional and reasonably priced. Groundwater protection system works like a charm! Annual sump pump cleaning and maintenance service is very reasonable and helps keep system in great shape.

We had a major condensation issue with our HVAC ductwork that led to damaged drywall and other issues. 3 Pros Basement was recommended to me by our trusted HVAC vendor and they did not disappoint. Our issue was multi-faceted and it did take more than one visit to correct (it actually took 3!). But 3 Pros Basement - and in particular Steve Raddie - took on the challenge and worked tirelessly to fix the issue and to make sure we were a satisfied customer. Great company to deal with. Very friendly and professional. I had an unusual leak and Jason was extremely helpful with diagnosing the issue and recommending how to get it fixed, since it turns out that the problem is not related to the basement. Many other companies I talked to refused to help me. Really glad I called 3 pros.

We purchased our 1950s home last summer and thought having our vents cleaned and sealed might be a good idea. I’m incredibly glad I did, and I’m even more happy that I went with 3-pros. The workers were incredibly professional and courteous. The level of dust and buildup in the vents, which I saw firsthand, was nauseating. The end result is that the vents were immaculate and the aeroseal sealing resulted in a 95% decrease in the amount of air that was escaping from all of the leaks throughout the ventilation. I waited over a month to write this review so I could make sure my family noticed a before/after difference in the air quality and temperature distribution. The difference is extreme. The air is noticeably fresher, and our lower level and second level is so much more comfortable than before the aeroseal. This was one of the best improvements we made to our older brick home.

Stephen and his crew did an excellent job of evaluating our problem, suggesting a great solution, and efficiently implementing that solution with minimal disruption to our schedule. Our house now feels more comfortable and the temperature is perfect. Thanks for a great job!

I can’t say enough great things about 3 Pros!! They solved a series of problems I had been having for close to 8 years and that no one else could fix! Their staff was extremely professional, timely, responsive, and respectful of my home. And the best part… they gave me a significantly better price for my windows then 7 other vendors. I now enjoy our dry basement, even temperatures throughout all three levels, and a significantly reduced electric bill! Wow!! Best deal ever!

The sales rep performed complete home survey for energy leaks, poor insulation and HVAC system issues. His study reflected areas needing solutions that were fixed. Prices were very reasonable, top quality work that was completed on time. Highly recommend

Roberto was very helpful and timely with helping remove and reinstall a ceiling to the attic. The ceiling was originally built with nails and needed to be secure with screws to handle more weight. Roberto also did an excellent job plastering and painting the ceiling so that there were no blemishes or spots. I appreciate his speed and excellent delivery, and I would consider Roberto again.

We had our basement waterproofed years ago, and now we have a sump pump that requires regular maintenance. 3 Pros shows up on time and works quickly.

We hired Comfenergy for two separate insulation projects over the last few years, largely based on previous positive experiences we had had with their energy specialist, Carl D., when he was employed at another company. The first project was to correct a humidity issue in our finished attic space, which a previous contractor had been unable to do. The second was to add more insulation to the unfinished portion of the attic. In both cases, Carl did a thorough and very knowledgeable analysis of the issues involved, clearly explained those issues and our options to us, and created a detailed action plan. At our request, he also agreed to inspect the end result.

Once we had contracted for the work, we found the front office Comfenergy staff and the employees who performed the work to be pleasant and accommodating. They kept to the project schedule and cleaned up well afterward. When Carl’s inspection identified several minor issues with the work, Comfenergy promptly arranged for the production manager to come onsite and supervise the crew in making the needed corrections. The end result in both projects has been very good. We no longer have a humidity problem, and our attic is now well insulated.

3 Pros Basement Systems installed a water proofing system 3 years ago. I called them on Friday,Dec 29. ARIEL CAMPOS came and inspected the system. He sent a team led by Juan. They arrived on time,introduced themselves and explained the work process. They were very professional and courteous. Their work was superior and fast. I give them 10 stars. Carl, was great in the explaining what needed to be done in the attic. I did have a few issues with the install team, but Carl made sure they were resolved prior to completion of work. I would recommend working with this company.

I contacted 3 Pros to inspect and repair a water leak in the basement. Pedro responded pretty quickly and came over the next day to identify the source of the leak. It turned out that the leak was coming from the water heater which was long due for replacement. Pedro was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the problem and gave us sound advice on what kind of water heater to order and how to salvage our basement flooring from mold. He really didn’t have to help us but he went out of his way to give us suggestions for a DIY project.
3 Pros will be on my speed dial for future waterproofing projects and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for quick, fair and exceptional customer service for basement waterproofing. Thank you Pedro!

We had a basement that flooded every single time it rained. Like really bad. Stephen came out and did the initial look through and gave us the quote. Friendly and informative. We had several water proofing places come out and they were by far the cheapest. It was a three day project that was scheduled within a month. I had Riley’s team come out and they did a good job. He was great about describing everything they did that day. Unfortunately, I had to remove one star because the project should have been four days. They were out until 1030pm on the last night and did not clean up any of the dust from the project. There was also some miscommunication in the beginning with Brenda and trying to get scheduled quicker. Even with these few hiccups I think they did a terrific job. I would recommend for any water proofing projects. Very happy we went with them and satisfied with the end result.

I reached out to several companies when I found water getting into our basement. 3 pros sent Stephen out. He was on time, by far the most knowledgeable, and very responsive as I had questions and compared quotes.
With the different companies I was offered several different opinions and options for repair. 3 pros wasn't the lowest price but they were the best price for the RIGHT solution. These guys are a must to speak with if you need waterproofing.

The crew of three came to my house to insulate worn insulation along my heating and cooling duct that was discoloring our ceiling drywall from condensation leaks. They foam insulated all areas where needed. They were beat, polite, and reasonably priced.

I received 6 estimates for our crawlspace being encapsulated-we had Jay Hugee sent out from 3 pros basement as our estimator and I am very happy with his professionalism as well as how personable and easy he was to talk with. Being a 1st time home owner and women that knows very little about encapsulations I asked MANY questions which Jay was able to provide answers for. When I questioned his reasonings “why” he quoted me a certain way he always had a great explanation and had no problem going back and forth with my tedious questions. When I was comparing estimates that had different material then his company he went above and beyond to explain the comparison to what 3 pros use which was a HUGE help since I had almost never heard of any of the material before. He came to my home a 2nd time to further explain the material being used as well as his detailed plan and how it will provide efficiency savings for us. Jay did not rush at all, never got frustrated with my questions, returned all of my phone calls and e-mails within 24 hours, gave me time to look into other estimates (none of that if you sign today bs). We decided to go with 3 pros basement and I am very excited to see how great him and his team turn out to be!

We highly recommend 3 Pros! We were having water issues in our basement and met with several companies. It was no contest- 3 Pros was by far the most professional and honest of them all. One company tried to sell us a 12K job, whereas 3 Pros gave us options to start with for mitigating the water issues ourselves. They came recommended to us by friends and I would recommend them to everyone. Mr. Brock was the specialist 3 Pros sent to our house and he is by far the most helpful, honest, knowledgeable contractor with whom I’ve ever worked. He also spent time to look at other issues we were having and recommended what we should do to fix them. They have a customer for life!

I had the company come out initially to provide an estimate for our crawlspace (which was in our new renovation). The rep was very nice and thorough. Called back the company to as if they could look at our attic too and was met by a very rude office manager who said they don’t do remodels. Of course they just had a rep out who said it was no issue - and she chose to debate the point. I was hoping to use this company’s service but they have a real customer service challenge in their back office. Your experience may differ but mine was not pleasant.

I had 3 Pros/Comfenergy come out to seal some recessed lights and an exhaust in my attic. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and really listen to your requirements and ensure they produce based off of that.
