Jason came to our home to check our gas fireplace. He cleaned it and thoroughly tested it and it is working! He was on time and very pleasant. Can’t say enough about the service!

Coast Chimney came out today - Jason did a great job. He removed a large amount of built up creosote and glaze. He was quick and efficient.

Horrible company they could not get it right with fixing my leak. Once they have your money good luck having them comeback. ****It took you a year to respond ridiculous and a shame. Probably no longer in your system because your company took my money and moved on. I was a client and need to warn everyone and anyone to be cautious when dealing with your company. Extremely professional and responsive! They helped with education and provided information about our fireplace that we were unaware of at the time. Excellent experience with Coastal, from the time I called the office and set my appointment until the tech Jason finished my cleaning and repair. Everyone I spoke with was kind and professional. Jason called ahead and showed up on time, was polite, answered all my questions and concerns, completed the cleaning/ repairs efficiently, and left my house as clean as it was when he arrived. Not to mention that he wore a mask the entire time. Thank you for your professionalism! We will be calling Coastal for all of our fireplace needs! You earned a customer for life!

Coastal has a great team of experts. We recently contracted with them to demo our fireplace to put in an electrical fireplace insert. They are very knowledgeable at what they do and the quality of work shows.

I can't sing their praise enough. They were amazing.. on time, professional, communicative, never left a mess and so kind. I have worked with other contractors before and I have never had such a positive experience. If you need a remodel a renovation anything done Coastal Chimney is who you should call!

Prompt service great experience, on time! They even took the time to reattach a brick that had fallen out on the outside of my chimney that wasn't even part of the original scheduled work! They did a Great job! We are loving being able to now use are fire place!
