Can’t say enough good things about Tri State. From the very first meeting discussing what was to be a detached garage, to the decision to change the project to an attached garage, and seeing it through completion, the communication was unsurpassed. Details were not overlooked. Loren the owner has built a fantastic team of like minded customer service oriented employees, who approach the job with professionalism and accountability.

If I could give Tri State 10 stars, I would. Being a female and dealing with home contractors can be very difficult at times, but from the first second I met Loren and Devin (father & son btw)I knew they were different. We had both our windows and siding replaced and the price was great and the service was outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about this family run business.

When we were looking at contractors for our house to be sided, we acquired three quotes. Tri-State was in the middle with a better warranty than the other two competitors.
We have a 3000 sq ft home with 19 windows. Due to material shortages, we had to wait quite some time, but we are glad we did. When the siding was delivered, they were very careful about placement of the trailer and took extra care not to damage our driveway when placing the dumpster.
Mark was our carpenter / sider and boy did he do a great job ! Very meticulous and took his time to make sure everything lined up and looked as good as it could. He had a pleasant demeanor and was willing to talk with us about how it was going and helped with options we may have had to decide on.
The job took a little longer than what was first thought, but it was worth it in the long run !
We would HIGHLY recommend Tristate for you siding needs. Just remember, you get what you pay for and in this instance, we got a quality job at a fair price.
