Wow - amazing how many building materials they carry! Ordered some doors for a new pantry and they are coming in within the week.

Visited for a deck project, and was charged $20 over what Lowe's and home Depot had for the exact same thing and would not even attempt to price match, and the frame boards that I wasn't able to pick out were full of knots and curved, then when I realized I could get the same project from Lowes for $400 less for a trex 8x12 deck and then was given a hard time looking for screws the second time I visited

Painfully slow service, and expensive. Maybe it was just the day I went or the fact that they were closing in 10 minutes but seems like they could care less if you were there or not and would just rather assume close the doors to avoid possibly helping one more person. I only go there now if I absolutely am in a jam I find aubuchon's up the road has a little less to offer but is super friendly and helpful

Nice full service Lumber yard and hardware store. One of the few yards that still offer custom milling of native hardwoods

Was told to go to bldg 4 for what we were looking for. Drove there, my boyfriend went inside no one around then he stood outside and I was parked at bldg 4. 3 people who worked there were joking around, walked right by both him standing outside and me sitting in the car and never said can I help you, or I'm with someone I'll be right back to help you. We waited 15 minutes and no one came to assist, so we drove to Tilton to Home Depot.

This laValley's used to be R.P Williams (R.P.O, rip people off Williams) The prices have always reflected a convenience fee. Once LaValley bought them out I thought the prices would be normal but your still over paying for convenience.
