Purchased a used car from them around the beginning of the month. Bruce was my sales rep and was upfront about the background of the vehicle and happily answered any questions I had. He also followed up to make sure that I wasn't having any problems with the car. Gave it a couple of weeks - no issues with the car or their service! Would absolutely recommend looking here for a trustworthy dealership.

The business has a very small town feel to it, which made it a very personable place to shop. I can't speak highly enough of the personal attention that Bruce provided. We purchased a vehicle back in August, but do to a vehicle mechanical issue were not able to pick the vehicle up until early December.

Bruce and the rest of the team at Kennedy Ford were very communicative in the process as we had to navigate the current shipping climate that many other aspects of our economy are experiencing. Bruce's weekly touch base and updates on where things stood helped us through the waiting process as the delayed part made it's way to their dealership.

My experience with Kennedy Ford was before I was ready to buy a vehicle. I had to take my Civic in due to A/C issue and they were one of the dealerships in the area that had the proper equipment to test. After taking extra time to really search out what was wrong, it was determined that it was an A/C condenser that was still under an extended warranty, but that I had to take it to a Honda service dealership to get that completed. I told the service dept that when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle, that I would be coming back. Well, I was looking on the Kennedy Ford website and found the perfect Ford Edge that would have all the items that I wanted and low miles, so keeping it long term was also important to me. I inquired online and got a call back from Bruce the next morning. I came in and met Bruce, great guy, very knowledgeable and no pressure. Took her for a test drive and later that evening I drove her home! I would recommend Kennedy Ford for buying or for other servicing needs. Had 4 new tires installed here on our Lexus. They did a wonderful job and even torqued the lug nuts to spec. Would use there service department again. Their service reps were very polite.
