Service is excellent! They've been updating their phone, and a message I left got lost. Wow, did they go the extra mile over a lost message. Nick, the Service Manager, took matters into his hands and ensured my issue was addressed. Then he had my car washed! I only needed a small part installed, and I felt like I mattered to them. Thank you very much!

Not a single person pressured me at all! Tony made me feel like he was totally there for me and not the sale. He went through every single feature on my Forester and made sure I understood everything. Everything was explained in terms I could understand and there were no hidden fees. Highly recommend checking them out. I am forever a Subaru owner from now on.

Service was done in a timely manor. Typically after any service, someone usually reviews what was done and if anything is needed in the future and this wasn’t done at this appointment. I will hope for that at my next appointment.

My subaru had a recall, waited for parts. They called when the parts came they called, scheduled for repairs quickly. Day of services, staff friendly, waiting room clean, and service down quicker than expected. Every happy with the overall service.

Reggie in sales and Jimmy in finance helped us purchase a Subaru Forester. They were incredible. We live in Brooklyn NY but our family is in Wisconsin and I really thought we were just going to test drive but we found a car that was in superb condition. Reggie had the perfect counsel- knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Jimmy explained about 20 different ways an out of state purchase could work. We feel really lucky.

Worse service ever. After waiting 2 weeks out for service appointment, just the night before my early appointment, I recieved a text message, not even a courtesy call that my appointment was called. All appointments will be cancelled and rescheduling is optional. Called and the next availability is another 2 weeks out. The reception receiver said it was the owner's call. Trash leadership and management with no business integrity for their customers. The least they could do was gave a heads up earlier instead of the night of. Don't shop or service your car at International Autos in Sheboygan, WI. They won't have my business no more.

Tony was my sales guy. He has the perfect personality. He was not fake, he didnt try to act like he was our best buddy. He was realistic. Super informative. Never pushed us in one direction or other. Staff is friendly and helpful. If there is any confusion with products or repairs they try to make it right without hesitation. Only complaint is scheduling appointments for service. They are so busy that short notice appointments are near impossible and they no longer have service on Saturday mornings. Overall a positive experience with both sales and service.

Oil change was good. My biggest complaint is that their computers were down again. This is the third time in the last 4 years, so I received no paperwork for the oil change, just a receipt and a handwritten notes on a blank page. They did not offer to send me paperwork when their computers were up and the information was keyed in. Very unprofessional.

I made the appointment and showed up. They did exactly what they said they would, even cleaning my horribly dirty mats in a reasonable amount of time. My only points of irritation were: 1. They charged me 2% to use my credit card. Just raise the price and don’t annoy me. 2. They send a lot of reminders, although this time it was only 3. Sometimes as many as 6:)

I had a thermal control valve failure on my 2021 Subaru Legacy. This repair was covered by Subaru under a voluntary warranty extension by Subaru. I asked that the dealership do an oil change while they had my vehicle. They provided an estimate that included $29.95 for tire rotation. When I dropped the vehicle off, I specifically said not to rotate and explained that rotations were included with my tire purchase from another vendor. They contacted me during the day and suggested replacing the air filter and the cabin air filter, unfortunately I agreed without asking the costs. When I picked up my Legacy I was amazed that the bill was $302.50, including $29.95 for the tire rotation. When I reminded them that I specifically asked them not to rotate, the $29.95 charge was removed. The charges for the two air filters including associated labor was $149.25. The filters were overpriced but not absurdly overpriced. $89.55 labor charge for replacing air filters is excessive.

I have no complaints about the work but billing practices are out of line.

My husband and I purchased a Subaru Ascent in November from Bergstrom in Oshkosh. We were completely impressed by their professionalism and quick and convenient services and their kindness. My daughter in law immediately fell in love with the vehicle and decided to also purchase a Subaru. She’s a hometown girl and decided to shop local at International Subaru. The experience she had and is still having is shocking. International, this was an epic fail all the way around. Our families are absolutely devastated by the way she has been treated by a member(s) of your team.

I recently purchased a car from them. That same day I sent them that a headlight was out. He said he would take care of it. I also told him the air conditioning was not working when it got over 80 degrees. Now mind you I used the air on my test drive but it was 70 degrees and seemed to work. Again they said they would make it right. Well it's been 2 weeks they don't return my calls. I will never buy another car from them. I have called and left multiple messages. Horrible customer service from this dealership after the sale. Prior to that they were Jonny on the spot. I also asked the salesmen to have the car cleaned and told him I didn't want to get a temporary plate. He assured me both would be done. I shouldn't of purchased the car that day as they did fulfill either of those promises. They told me they ran out of plates for used cars. As far as customer service after the sale, which is what really counts, find you another dealer.

Dropped my Impreza off 8/15 for check engine light, brakes, oil, and to check some noises. Picked up 9/9, they say they can't figure out the check engine light without another 7 hours of labor costs so I have a car with no cruise control or other efficiency features. Walked out to pick my car up and the front tire is empty and flat. So now I have a car with a flat tire after they tried to sell me 4 tires and I refused. Crooked business, poor service, and a bad name for Subaru dealers

Had a 2014 Subi Crosstrek, took it to International for all my work. I have bought 3 vehicles from this company over the last 8 years, and considered myself a very loyal customer. Early this year I had a bad drivers side CV axle on my Subi, got it replaced at International, and had a transmission fluid change, charged me $1300. Was advised that a full inspection of the axle and Transmission had been completed. Drove it down the road, and the axle is still clicking. Took it back 3 days later, and their advisor stated the previous CV axle caused disabling damage to the Transmission, and quoted me $11,000 for a new transmission. It had never been more clear to me that work that the technician stated was complete, was in fact not.

In April of 2023, I purchased my wife a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe, used. Took it home, and within a few weeks the brakes were squeeking. Decided I'll replace the pads myself, and when I removed the front driver side wheel, an alignment bolt to the suspension was just not there.

If an inspection had been completed on these vehicles, it was done by a blind technician.

But hey, they did offer me $500 off a new vehicle when they charged me $1300 for service on a broken transmission that conveniently was damaged within 24 hours of being worked on at International Subaru.

Go somewhere else if you value your property.

If zero was an option I would select it. My vehicle has been in the shop for 2 and 3/4 months. My subaru outback went in on 4/15 to repair a heater core. That got fixed but they broke something else while putting it together and there is sits because they do not know how to fix it. Communication is terrible, even after contacting customer care specialist several weeks ago, nothing has been done. Attached are pictures of my vehicle this last Friday. I'm at a loss what to do. Im 61 years old and this was my 1st new car I bought.

Bought 2 new Subaru Foresters from this dealership. There will not be a third! Horrible customer service follow up to a issue we were having with a virtual reward gift card we received for test driving a vehicle. Did not get any response until I asked to speak to the owner of International auto group. Now general manager of the Sheboygan site is supposed to be sending a check to replace the gift card. This dealership failed completely on the groups published mission statement,on customer service!

Terrible experience with this dealership from start to finish. After making the deal, waited 2 weeks to finally be able to pick up the vehicle. Was lied to multiple times while waiting for a pickup date. Then the same day we picked it up, began to hear a clunking noise, and scheduled it to be checked out that week. Needed repair costing over $1700. Dealership did nothing to make it right. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Everyone was great when I was handing over my money. Now no one is ever at their desk. I left 4 voicemails and no return call. I left 2 voicemails to the girl who sold me the extended warranty and 2 voicemails to the guy who sold me the car. NO RETURN CALL. Its been 4 weeks and all i was looking for was information about the extended warrenty. This is not even about 1 month prior when the salesman who literally hung up on me when i said i wasn't going to bring my car to their dealership and go to one closer to me. Literally "click."

I'm not telling you to not go here or to go here. My experience with the service department was one of laziness and incompetence. I brought my Outback in for service(which I bought from this dealer). The service department called me after I brought the car in, in which I didn't answer because I was busy. I called back 5 minutes later and was put on hold for 32 minutes before I gave up. The next day, I tried calling at 3 different times and was unable to talk to the service guy, Tony. By the way, when I was put into Tony's voicemail, they always transferred me to Kyle's. After the 3rd time of no response, I physically went there to see what was going on. We discussed some options and I told them to proceed. 9 days after this, I tried calling to see what the status of my Outback. I went to voicemail (Kyle again) and no return call. Day 2 went to voicemail and had the reception put a not in front of Tony and emailed him and no return call. Day 3, call again and the receptionist said he saw the email that was sent to Tony the day before and again he tried to having Tony call me back. Later that day, I called back to tell them I found another place to fix the car and I wanted to pick it up. The receptionist told me that Tony was just about to send me an estimate. 11 days after bringing it in, an estimate?, which I told them to do the work on. The next day I picked the car up to take to Jim's Auto in Franklin to fix the problem. It was the best $353 spend to get rid of this service department and go to a reputable place that knows what is going on.

The service here is below a one star rating. It absolutely appears there is no communication between employees as well as a lack of training. So over the "I don't care" and the "oh well" attitudes. Would not reccommend this location to anyone. Seriously Subaru your service is very very broken.

Had my dog chew through my seat belt and needed it replaced. I called several times and emailed there support line with what I needed. I even had a salesman who was looking for leads say he was going straight to the parts and service department for the belt. Not a single response did I get. Went to a different dealership with the issue parts ordered, problem solved in two weeks. Avoid International like the plague.
