Phil Hogan, was the person who worked with me to get my insurance to pay for my roof, he was super patient, and provided the pictures I needed to have my insurance send out a second adjuster, who deemed my roof did need to be replaced along with my gutters. The roofers came out during that heat wave in July, and worked on it hard for two days, I love the look of my new roof and gutters. Gutters also got done in hours. Also when contacting the staff at John Beal about any issues I had they were very kind and helped me out, 5 stars I would highly recommend!
I would never use these people they do not care about your time they do not care about what happens I have wood sticking out of my home on the roof no gutters no customer service just disrespect. I've never seen anybody disrespect someone so much in my life. They use my private stuff that I have for sale. Again no respect they said I live too far away then they should not have came to my door asking for work. John Beal deserves better people than the man that I had to work with that's for sure.
As with many of us living in the St. Louis area, our home had roof damage from the intense hail storm that preceded the May 16th deadly tornado. I used the John Beal website to book an appointment with Lucas ( it was very easy to do) and he walked me thru the process of replacing my roof shingles. Lucas explained the insurance claim I had already filed and after my wife picked the new shingle color, we were off and running. The install began 2 weeks later (during the most hottest temps and oppressive humidity) and the crew did a great job. Lucas was always available via text to answer any of my questions and he visited the job site every day. This is the 2nd time I’ve “roofed” with John Beal and I recommend you do too!!
The representatives at the office and in the field were very professional and courteous. Mr.Robinson helped me file a damage claim for my roof that was approved. The installers did a great job all in one day . Would highly recommend from my experience

The quality of work exceeded our expectations-everything was done efficiently and to a high standard. What really stood out was the fair and competitive pricing, especially since this wasn't an insurance claim. It's refreshing to find a company that delivers great service and value. Highly recommend!
Beware working with this company! The sub-contractors they hire to install their roofs are absolutely horrible. I had 2 roofs done within a year and both houses had significant and ongoing interior leaks due to poor workmanship, cutting corners and just not know what they are doing. One leak went on for over 2 years and then had to get an entire room redone because of mold. The other house is going on 7 years with a leaks and every time they send someone who is supposed to be their "best guy" the work they do is left unfinished or done completely wrong making the leaks worse. And then they don't come back! Just let it leak in the house! We are still dealing with this problem. Senior managment doesn't return phone calls. It's horrible and such a waste of time. They damaged brand new siding we had another company do. Find another roofing company and stay far, far away from this one.
After meeting with Lucas Buijs we made the decision to go with John Beal Roofing. Lucas guided us through the entire insurance claim process making it stress free. John Beal delivered with quality workmanship and a beautiful roof. Lucas continues to help up with the next phase of siding and gutters. Dont even bother. They are incompetent and careless. My grandmother had them replace our gutters. They failed to close off the end of one of the gutters properly to keep the birds out. The birds built a nest in it. They sent a guy out today to llok at the problem. He said there was nothing wrong even though it is obvious that there is nesting material hanging out of the end of the gutter. He did not remove the nest or fix the gutter. He just told my grandma to spray racoon urine on it and then he left. It's a gutter... First rain will wash the racoon urine away. Duh. We will never be doing business with John Beal again.
I previously had a good experience with this company. So I called them again for a roof repair estimate and made an appointment two weeks ago. I was given a time range and after waiting at home no one showed. I called to find out what was going on and was told the account manager was double booked and couldn’t make it. And that the decision was made that they were no longer doing roof repairs, only full roofs. So after waiting two weeks and taking time off to meet with them I’m out of luck. I get it with the recent storms but come on how about at least a phone call….especially to repeat customer?
Set an appointment over three weeks ago for an estimate on roof repair- the apt was for between 2-4 pm today. At 4:30 I called the company to find out if the rep was running late and was told they cancelled the appointment because it was a repair and they are not doing repairs right now. When I asked why we were not informed she stated “I’m not really sure”. WOW -
Over a year later and our house is still not completed. Hired shoddy 3rd party crews who did more damage than good and left our home property and yard a mess. Called numerous times to get this resolved and requested a call from the CEO after a number of no show appointments and wasted our vacation time waiting around for them to only no call no show. Seems he's to busy to be concerned about customer service, still to busy to call almost 6 months later. Stay away.
Great service and experience starting with Tom Cox all the way to the office staff to Tara and Her Tech she sent over to repair the roof shingle. Great job!

Did my roof in 2023 and hail damage required me to get a new roof into 2025 (Refuse to use them again). So far I need 2 pieces of plywood replaced due to their shitty install and damage done. They covered up poor work since they know I wasn’t going to get on the roof and check it out. DO NOT USE! It took them 4-5 trips to get my roof right after install and their communication is crap.
Came out to do an estimate on my tornado damage and said I need three shingles replaced.
I asked him about the gutters too. He told me he
Would call me back with an estimate. He called me back and said over $900 for three shingles.

They’ve helped us with storm damage over the years and installed a beautiful new roof on one of our rental properties. We are extremely happy with the new roof they just installed on our home, the roofing crew did a fantastic job, and their attention to detail was impressive. I made a reservation to have someone from Beal come out and check my roof through their Chatbot interface (part of their website). I received a text message saying that they would be out at 11:00 am the following day. I was at home waiting for them at 10:45 and finally at 12:45 I called their office and was told "Oh, that system doesn't work and we don't keep track of those reservations..." and that they could schedule a new appointment for the middle of the following week. I lost a good part of my day due to their incompetence and it was just made worse by the fact that they did not seem to care. Their website still has the chatbot asking if it can schedule an appointment today -- Very frustrating.
Do yourself a favor and choose any other company for your job. John Beal Roofing was incredibly frustrating to work with. Poor communication, zero organization, and low quality of work. The crews never cleaned up, leaving nails and debris on my property after every job. They installed the wrong siding and drip edge and damaged multiple parts of my property in the process. Terrible experience and would never recommend them.
I am very satisfied with Scott's service. He is friendly and professional. Unlike other contractors, he honestly informed me about the condition and remaining lifespan of my roof instead of trying to sell me a new one. I highly recommend this company's services.
The insurance people said I didn't need a new roof just a partial work done, so when I called JB they sent out Chris who went up on the roof with the claim adjuster man and pointed out all damages to my roof. Long story short he stuck with me until the end happy with new roof great job.
John Beal did a great job! Dan Pulley, their salesman came to our house on time and did a great job explaining everything, and different options. He took his time with us, and no pressure tactics. After we decided to use John Beal for our roof, we were kept informed very well during the entire process, and if we called or texted with any questions they got back to us in a timely manner. We got two other bids and John Beal was a lot lower than the other two, also the other two did not include gutter apron flashing or drip edge flashing. I'm confident we got a superior roof and a great warranty. The only thing that the roofers might consider, is that a broom and dustpan will work better in some instances, than a leaf blower to clean up all the grit after a tear off. Thanks Gary
Very disappointed! Everything has been a disaster. No communication! Many delays and unreturned calls and emails. They’ve done a lot of the work on weekends, which my neighbors did not appreciate. The latest problem - they parked their full dumpster trailer in our driveway and said they would be back tomorrow to finish the job and remove it. They did not show up. My car was trapped in the garage for 3 days. We called and texted to tell them we needed our car.. no response. They showed up today and acted like nothing happened- no one doing the work speaks English so communication is impossible. We should have gone with the cheapest bid instead of “John Beal”. Don’t believe them when they say, “text anytime”. I had a car appointment for service this morning and had to cancel it. I wanted to take care of this to avoid missing work. I should have had their trailer dumpster towed on Saturday morning when they did not return as they said they would.

John Beal Roofing started my roof shortly after I called them. It was done in one day and no mess when they were done. I highly recommend them.
John Beal roofing was great from start to finish. They keep you informed all they want through the whole process.. The workers that came to the house worked from sun up to sun down. Took only a 30 minute lunch and was back at it. When done ,they cleaned every thing back up, would have never known that that I had a roof put in that day.. 5 Star all the way!
John Beal team was excellent. This is the second time i used them and everyone from salesperson, office staff and work crews were all customer driven, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
By far the most frustrating company I have ever worked with. First thing to call out is that they are not actually there 24/7 like google and their website says. You can call, but if you are outside of their office hours, you will get directed to an off-site call center that does not have any affiliation with the company. The only thing they can do is leave a message with the people at John Beal to get back to you the next time they’re in the office. Should be investigated for that alone as it’s completely false advertisement.
Scot, the sales rep, was great to talk with and very knowledgeable of the product. The problem is everything he said would happen never did. Said I would be able to start my roof in about 2-3 weeks, didn’t happen. Said someone would call for next steps, did not happen (I had to call to move forward with things). Said the crew would magnet sweep my yard at the end of the jobs, did not happen. Said I would get mail for a rebate, didn’t happen not happen (called up and got it taken care of virtually because I didn’t get anything in the mail). Tried working on solutions with him prior to having contact with anyone in the office, was basically told it wasn’t his job and to figure it out with Kathy.
Kathy, who is responsible for scheduling, is one of the most incompetent people I have ever worked with. She was responsible for scheduling my roof, I had to call for her to do so. Numerous times she was responsible for notifying me of people coming to complete something at my house but never did. More than once had someone show up to my house unannounced without being told. When I called up to ask, I was given the excuse of “oh I forgot to call” and “it was just lower on my list”.
Amanda, who answered most of my calls up, does not follow through on the things she says she is going to do. Multiple times I called up and left a message with her and she did not leave the message she said she was going to, at least according to the person I was trying to reach. Said billing mailed my rebate form, which I still have not received, but at least got them to do a virtual form after 2-3 days.
The crew was clearly incompetent at best. They seem to have done a good job, at least from what I can tell since I am not a roof expert, but it hasn’t fallen off at least. Took them longer than expected due to needing additional materials, which was not a big deal, but they failed to clean up my yard at the end of the first day on the job. Nails and trash were left everywhere overnight despite knowing I have a pet that was going to need to be outside. They broke my outdoor electrical outlet cover, and only came to fix it today after I had called up twice in the past couple weeks (Kathy was responsible for scheduling and said “I thought that was already done”).
Only redeeming quality of the entire experience was Dan, who can only do so much. He gave me his direct line, which I tried to avoid doing as much as possible as, per him, there are a lot of people in similar situations to me. Per him, there are months of backlog he’s trying to work through because of how poorly things have been run prior to him going to the team. Had to call him directly today after being told my outlet would be fixed a couple weeks ago and Kathy/Amanda being unable to provide me an answer. They came today to fix it after I made a big deal out of it.
Save yourself the time and money with this company. They are full of people who unable to properly do their job. Spent hours on the phone with them over the last couple months to get everything done they were supposed to do.
Phil is awesome!!! Never had an encounter with anyone as knowledgeable as him before. He is most definitely the beat in his field! Highly recommended if you’re in need of a roof. Will not regret! This man needs a raise$$
We had a amazing team working on our home. From start to finish. Everyone i dealt with was professional and highly educated with our project. I didn't have to do anything my sales representative showed up early for the insurance inspection and handled almost all aspects. He spoke to me with terms I understood. 10 out of 10. Fantastic service. Excellent quality. Cleanup was so good you wouldn’t even know they were there. Rich checked in with me this whole way to make sure I got what I needed.
I used John Beal Roofing on several occasions and referred the company to multiple friends and relatives. They replaced a roof for a friend in August of 2024 and they have had nothing but problems. Leaking roof and ceiling damage. The response by the company has been rudiculous. They clearly do not care about resolving the issue. There have been numerous phone conversations and emails from them stating they will provide the necessary repairs but as of January 11th, nothing has been done.
I would not use this company or ever refer them in the future.
I recently had substantial hail damage to the roof and exterior of my home. After receiving several bids, I chose John Beal Roofing for the entire project. I couldn't be happier with my decision. The workers were knowledgeable and polite, the work was done in a very timely manner, and I couldn't be happier with the job that was done. My experience with John Beal Roofing has been deeply disappointing, reflecting a significant lack of professionalism, commitment, and quality. After signing a contract in October 2023 following a hailstorm in Wentzville, MO, I expected a smooth and timely project. Unfortunately, the process was plagued by delays, mismanagement, and poor communication.
The roof was completed in late November 2023, but subsequent work on the siding—approved by insurance in January 2024—was delayed due to forgotten material orders and repeated measurements of my 1,200 sq. ft. home. The siding wasn’t completed until April 2024, but several critical issues remained unresolved:
Broken windows were never fixed.
The heater vent was left damaged.
Window screens were taken and not repaired until June 2024.
Shingles were left popped up due to improper use of lifts during siding installation.
The ridge vent remains popped up, despite multiple reports and photo evidence.
Throughout this process, communication was abysmal. I sent over 49 texts with no response, and even when I received apologies from the project manager, John Frankleton, there was no follow-through. I also encountered a peculiar rush to re-sign a contract for previously approved work. Despite paying in full over six months ago, I am still dealing with unresolved issues and had to paint vents myself because the company neglected this task.
As of today, January 11, 2025, I am over a year into this ordeal with no resolution. This is unacceptable from a company that claims to be reputable. Basic project management principles, timely communication, and quality assurance were all sorely lacking in my experience.
I cannot recommend John Beal Roofing to anyone based on the substandard service I have received. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make immediate improvements to their processes to avoid such situations for future customers.
Going on my 2024 expenses and realized I paid for a job that was misquoted, and when I tried to resolve the issue, no one ever got back to me. Had Robbie come out for a quote in January of this year in regards to a couple of loose shingles. Told me the shingles would be replaced, and any loose shingles would be nailed back down. But the overall quality of the roof was still good. When the crew came out, only the two shingles were replaced, and that was done poorly. Called the office, and spoke to Milania, who told me Robbie no longer worked for the company, and they would send someone else out. Another guy came out, and told me that there was an issue that made it so the other tiles couldn’t be nailed down. A service which was supposed to be included in the $594 I initially paid. I called back again, and was told someone would get back to me, and that just never happened. I guess I should have just kept hassling them until there was a fair outcome, but that shouldn’t be necessary. For what it’s worth, they did fix the original problem with the two tiles. But even that wasn’t without issue as they told me they would try to color match my red roof as best they could, and then showed up with two gray tiles. There are other companies that don’t half heartedly do the job. I’d go with one of them.
This review rating will change WHEN John Beal FINALLY takes action. More than six weeks ago I notified JB of roof issues after less than one year of a new roof. This would be a second issue with the new roof installed in 2023. This new issue was to have two steps. The first was to fix leaking around roof piping. This was fixed. The second was to fix interior damage caused by the water leak. Photos were sent and the interior crew (3rd party) was scheduled to visit. After waiting more than six hours on the agreed to day there was no show of this team. After calling JB I was told all pictures sent (by me) was enough. Fast forward a few weeks, several calls (by me), several promises by JB to get the interior scheduled, and two re-calls today there is no change. I guess JB management is only concerned about collecting their money for a roof and are not concerned about finishing a job which had multiple failures. I am sure if JB management had interior damage from a roof install from their team they would not wait WEEKS to get a date scheduled. It is extremely frustrating as a paying customer to be kicked down the street by JB Roofing. What say you…is there going to finally be action? After all one of your site managers even admitted and agreed to the interior damage. I have been told three times from the ‘warranty department’ management has already approved the interior work.
I had a leak in my roof and called John Beal Roofing for assistance. Chris Meyer came out to provide a quote and quickly determined that I had hail damage. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the insurance claim process, which made the whole situation much less stressful. Chris worked around my schedule, was always prompt, quick to return my calls, and offered excellent advice on color choices for the new roof. His professionalism and expertise truly stood out. I highly recommend Chris Meyer if you have any roofing needs!
This was a long ordeal due to the unavailability of siding. But Phil Hogan, my representative kept me informed, and did a great job of communicating with my insurance company. This is the 2nd time that I worked with John Beal for hail damage, and I will again if needed.
I would give this business one million negative stars if I could, but I have to give one star. This all started in April of 2024. Let's just say that when there is a problem, the project manager is non responsive to emails or phone calls. Same for the owner. All I get when I call is I will pass this on, and someone will call you back. I am still waiting for callbacks from several of the staff, as you never talk to the same person. I do not recommend this company at all. Will never use them again.
The service we received from John Beal Roofing Co was excellent. Tony Cox, our account manager, was patient and took time to explain the insurance process after our roof was damaged by hail. After the work was complete, we found a few small issues that they addressed right away. Tony followed up in person to make sure we were happy with the results.
We had a storm with hail damage. We contracted John Beal Roofing to act as the General Contractor to handle the complete project. They replaced the roof, siding, gutters, and windows. I am very happy with the entire experience. They were professional, showed up on time, cleaned up after they finished and did excellent work. I had no issues with the entire process. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.
Phil Hogan assisted me throughout the process and did an outstanding job. I would recommend John Beal Roofing to anyone who is in the market for a trustworthy contractor.
I call them in Maryland Heights roof on my house about two and a half years ago started leaking around the vent for the furnace and hot water heater they told that it was out of warranty I want to talk to a manager about the situation they told me several times that they will call me back they never did I just wanted to ask questions they could not have the courtesy to call me back I end up getting someone else to fix it
Phil Hogan of JBR worked with us closely to get the worked scheduled quickly after our home sustained roof damage after a terrible hail storm. He stayed on top of our insurance company to make sure we got reimbursed fully. Referred him to both my brother’s and father’s homes damaged in the same storm.
I cannot recommend them highly enough! Phil Hogan is the best! He was my warrior and advocate with the insurance company, available anytime with questions and a master of design. I was intimidated by the whole process and he made it a breeze. They painlessly took my house from storm damaged and outdated to the best in the neighborhood. People stop and comment on how awesome it looks!! This isn't some fly by night company, they've been here for years, members of the community in high standing,
not going anywhere and they have the best warranty around. Don't wait, don't hesitate, call Phil!! You'll be so glad you did.
John Beal Roofing was in charge of the catastrophic hailstorm claim for our development. Our roofs were completed in a timely manner and look wonderful.
John Beal Roofing went above and beyond helping us and replacing all of our roofs during the hail storm damage to our subdivision. If there were any questions or concerns, they were quick to respond and help in any way. It was a BIG undertaking and their employees were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in their job! I would call them again for any roofing needs we may have.
I am in the process of becoming a John Beal roofing customer. While doing my initial roof inspection on 09/03/24 my account manager Chris Meyer noticed a water spot on my cathedral ceiling. I noticed a week ago on 10/28/24 after a 1" rain the spot appeared more vivid. With the forecast of 2"-3" of rain forecasted for 11/03/24-11/05/24. I asked Chris on Sunday around noon if there was anything I could do while we wait for my new roof install date. He immediately coordinated an emergency tarp to be installed on my roof. Chris worked with Jax who scheduled an emergency order. Garrett and Austin arrived within 2 hours of starting the process and installed the emergency tarp. We have had 2 3/4" of ran as of 11/04/24 and my drywalled ceiling is dry.
It is so nice to work with a company who stands by their customer commitment to even a future customer.
Thank you Chris Meyer, Jax, Garrett, Austin for coming out on a Sunday to temporarily repair my leak.
This is Tuesday 11/05/24: We actually ended up getting 8" of rain from Sunday evening to Tuesday afternoon. The tarp and caulk Garrett and Austin used held up to that much rain in 36 hours.

John Frackelton came out and inspected my roof. Told me he would come back and tarp it, didn't hear from him for about three weeks. I called the office and he didn't answer them, but they were super nice. He finally text me so I asked him to give me an estimate on a new roof, I'm still waiting to hear from him and this was in June. Would not recommend.

A dreadful business John Beal promised work to be done smoothly and on time. I have been working with John F, since September 2023 (large hailstorm Wentzville, MO). I signed the contract in early October 2023. Now the roof was completed in late November 2023. After that the siding was approved by Insurance on January. John had forgotten to order materials. John and production had the house measured 3 times, it's a (1200 sq. ft. House). The house got sided in early April 2023. They didn't fix broken windows, the heater vent was left damaged, the screens were taken but not repaired until late June 2024, needless to say they also left shingles popped up when they uses the lift to put on siding, and the ridge vent is popping was up. Which I sent pictures and again nothing was done.
So, before approving work for the second time I asked for an invoice on February due to the bad project management being done. So, in a hurry they try to get the contract signed again for something I approved several months before (strange). I kept emailing it to John, which I forgot to mention about at the 49th text never answered about where was the progress in the project. Then text John answered where about how sorry he is, and that he will call me he is with a client (John never called). Very abnormal behavior from a reputable company.
I am now going over one year with broken windows, the vent was never replaced, and of course I had to paint my own vents because they somehow forget to do their job.
I have to say that I just can't understand how business is done in this era. No proper communication, paperwork is done incorrectly, and yes of course I have heard sorry over 20 times, and this also includes texts of 17 times in how sorry they are. Today is October 13, 2024

The work team was thorough and efficient, neat and tidied up after the job…..not a stray nail or piece of scrap to be found; was like they were never here…except for a beautiful new roof.

Had a great experience with John Beal after the hail storm in March. Phil Hogan was great to work with. He explained the process of restoring my home and the claim process I could expect from my insurance company. The workers were very good at their job and were respectful of my property and cleaning up all the debris when they were done. I was very happy with the completed work.

From the initial appointment with Dan Pulley, the John Beal representative, whose expertise was very evident, led to acceptance of the estimate, and signed contracts for roofing, siding / fascia, and gutter protection / downspouts, all in one visit. Dan noticed the insurance company didn’t credit me for premium gutter guards, and got them to revise their estimate higher. Thanks Dan! We, like many of our neighbors, had some hail damage. We had John Beal roofing come out and provide an estimate. Chris Meyer was very thorough. He walked us through the process and explained what to expect from my insurance company. He worked with my adjuster to make sure everything was included (roof, fascia, gutters, etc.) he was awesome! Always available for questions by text or phone and genuinely cared about our home and our satisfaction. Customer service was also great in providing updates and appointments. Everything was really easy from our perspective. I would definitely use them again and recommend John Beal roofing.
This is our 2nd roof install from John Beal, but the first using insurance company (hail damage of course). We had the fortunate pleasure of working with Phil Hogan, who made this process as painless and transparent as you would want. From the beginning quote, scheduling, working with insurance company, the whole thing was seamless and headache free. Before I discuss the job itself, I also want to mention that Phil is so honest that he said the first hail storm did not do enough damage on our roof, while all of my neighbors were getting theirs replaced (older roofs), and kept us from filing a claim which would've been rejected and cost us in insurance premiums. Note this was after one of those obnoxious door to door roofing companies tried forcing us into filing a claim right then and there. I was so glad I was previous John Beal customer and had called them to check it out.

As far as the work, it was amazing. We had so much trouble picking out a color (lots of driving around looking for the 'browns', until Phil suggest the Black Sable. Wow, it is perfect for us. The workers themselves are unbelievable. We have tons of bushes and trees around the house. Not a single one was damaged.

All in all, I can't recommend John Beal, and Phil Hogan, enough. It's always so hard to find people you can trust in the 'house maintenance' market, so I'm happy we found them, and plan on using them when we are ready to replace our siding.
John Beal Roofing made a difficult job easy. Salesman Phil Hogan took care of everything with the insurance company. Made life easy. Contractors were fast and efficient, cleanup was spotless.

Phil Hogan help me tremendously with the repairs to my house after the hail storm that hit Ofallon earlier this year! Just had our roof and gutters replaced by John Beal Roofing. Couldn’t be happier. Phil Hogan made the process seamless and was always there to answer any questions. That includes responding on nights and weekends. He took customer service to a whole new level! 5/5 stars isn’t a high enough rating for Phil! They should make a new rating category named after him.
The service we received by the John Beal staff was excellent. It started with the initial phone call, to the sales rep that came to the house and rounded out with the actual roof completion. I have recommended them multiple times.
John Beal Roofing did a great job on my roof and gutter replacement, needed due to a hail storm. Nate spoke with my insurance carrier to verify my coverage and within 2 weeks the entire job was completed. The roof and gutters look great. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs!
I'm new to this house and neighborhood and was a little uncertain about how to go about getting a roof repair. Vince was awesome and super helpful in pricing the work and getting it set up. Highly recommend working with him. The crew who did the work were professional and had everything done quickly. The office helped me pay by ACH to keep it simple. I'll do business with them again.
When looking for a new roof, as with any large purchase, I do my homework and learn what I can about best practices and best materials and general fair price before I go looking for quotes. With this purchase, I got multiple quotes, and they were for the most part within a relatively small percentage of each other. This is probably because I tend to look at established companies that have been around for a while so that I have a better chance that they'll actually be in business if something should happen. Beyond a fair price, the hardest part of selecting a company is finding one that will actually stand by their work. Stuff happens whether you like it or not, but will the company step up if something doesn't turn out just right.
John Beal replaced my roof in April of this year. We've had an abnormally wet summer with several large downpours, and it was after one that we noticed a leak in our bathroom ceiling. Apparently, a small portion of flashing was missed and with the right combination of storms, it was funneling water into our attic and eventually showed in our bathroom. We've gotten it repaired and all taken care of, and this is the part that always makes me nervous, will the company stand by their work or ghost you... I'm happy to report that John Beal's warranty service team not only quickly came out and fixed this issue to stop further damage but also paid in full for the repairs. Now, that seems like the logical ending to this story but time and time again, we all hear about companies that do not stand by their work so when I find a company that not only does the work at a fair price and does an amazing job throughout the process, but if something goes wrong will not only fix it but will make things right all around, I will scream from the rooftops their name since these days, this is a sadly rare occurrence. Thank you, John Beal, for being one of those companies.
John Beal roofing did a wonderful job on the the new roof. I needed it done quickly so I could keep my insurance, they had the most reasonable price and were able to work me in so it got done in time.
The men were very nice they cleaned up after their selves, no nails or trash were left on the yard.
I do believe the electric bill is a little lower because new roof.

Had new roofing put on by John Beal Roofing. They did a great job in a timely manner. I would recommend them if you need a roof repaired or replaced.

I had a leak in my living room. I had Dan from John Beal Roofing inspected my roof and found that I just needed needed a new chimney chase. Previously, I had another company inspect who wanted to patch a section of my roof, charge me a fortune and it wouldn't have fixed the issue. Not only did John Beal Roofing do a fantastic job at a reasonably price but they didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. I am grateful for their integrity and will recommend them to all my friends.
Update 6/24/25: Had water on my ceiling and called John Beal to see if they would send somebody out to figure out the problem. They said since my 2019 roof (which they installed) was out of warranty coupled with their uptick in hail business, they just wouldn’t be able to send someone out.
I asked them what I was supposed to do and the response was, “I’m sorry but you will need to call another company”.
Perhaps before you get too far down the road with your John Beal roof, you may want to consider calling that other company before you sign a contract.
Old Review: Great company. I have a lot of faith in their ability to get the job done right the first time. I’ve used them for several different jobs over the last several years. Most recently was for new gutters. They did a great job.
I chose your company bc of the quality of work you did on our roof from before which is why I came back to you. Your patence with the delay on the payment from morg co and not going legal on me was greatly appreciated and for being understanding. Your crew is outstanding!! Thank you
