Absolutely amazing roof install team. Friendly, helpful (moved patio plants & furniture out of range of shingle removal AND put them back in place after install of the new shingles!), and their clean up was amazing. We had Brandon J Roofing out after a hail storm and had no idea how to navigate the process. Ryan Anderson was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He met with our insurance company at my house and as we walked the property he pointed out things that the insurance company was overlooking. I would have been lost if he wasn't there and a lot of things would have been missed. There were a few things that didn't go smooth during the install as a lot of construction jobs go, but Ryan and the project manager were able to navigate that and make sure things were done right in the end.

We had a dozen people knock on our door before we met Kevin Terrell. He took more time explaining the process than any of the others. By the end of that first meeting he asked if we had any questions or concerns going forward and we

Following up for previous review. Finally, we got a call from the warranty office today. But because we couldn’t wait as the rain coming in, we had to call someone else who came in the next day & fixed the stink pipe leak yesterday. The repair person said it’s a small issue with the location of the screw, but a big issue for us with roof leaking. And we paid several hundreds for hiring this person to fix it. Hopefully we can get some reimbursement from Brandon Roofing for this issue within warranty. It’s wonderful to have a good roofing, but please follow up issues quickly. It’s a small issue, but big issue for customers . ———- previous review: Customer service is really bad! Warranty says 15 year for roofing. Less than 5 years, Roof Leaking in the area of air venting (stink pipe). Called almost 10 days ago and again and again, nobody comes to fix the leaking! They would take your information again and again and promised to relay to the technician or installer. But nobody called back or came to fix the leaking.It seems that they would care to install your roof, but afterwards problems and guarantee is nothing to them, even you roof leaks.

Andre was exceptional! He walked me through the entire procedure. Very excited to get my new roof, gutters, soffit, and facia. Very knowledgeable made sure I understood all my options.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Ultimately hate my decision to open the door and listen to a solicitation and allow it to sell me.

8/2024 salesman came door to door, disregarded our no solicitation sign and persuaded us to replace our roof - we knew it was coming anyways. We chose a color at another visit - via a tiny sample board - since he only had the brown shingle board to look at…. Already knowing that we wanted a gray or black roof. We chose gray… from the 1.5” square sample. Apparently there’s green in it because now our roof is mostly green.

10/2024 after months of ‘your shingles are on back order with no estimated date’ we get an installation date mid month. Was an ‘oh by the way’ kind of notice. Every form of communication from this company was super unprofessional start to finish.

Roof is installed… where do I start. Clearly a lot of issues with the lack of a translator and communication issues. Roofers smoked on our roof the whole job. They failed to replace pipes and caps on our vents - even found one still in the box that they’d tossed off the roof but missed cleaning up. Proof the old ones were left in place but they charged for replacements. Two turbine vents were installed incorrectly - one was even in the wrong place - didn’t even vent. They didn’t level them so they started squeaking shortly after install. Manufacturer states to level or the bearings wear out and squeak - clearly happened.

I had to go up on the roof numerous times to show what was improperly done. Had to call and send numerous emails. Had to be a real pain to even get the job properly finished.

They sent someone out in December to finish up some of the issues. He moved the turbine but he and his helper could not figure out how to level them.

Months pass with no communication. All of this hassle for a roof that’s not even the color we selected - but they don’t care about that. One phone call concerning this and I was told I could contact manufacturer but it would be a waste of time. But if we didn’t like it, we could pay for it to be redone. Oh thanks Killian.

3/2025 - Repair man came out, spent all afternoon with the turbines and realizes they’re installed incorrectly. Shocker. So he had to order two more and come back to replace them so that they’d be properly leveled. He wasn’t replacing the other vent caps though, just painted them black. Said the old steel ones are better quality - sure - but we paid for replacements. Pretty sure that’s fraud to bill and not use.

I had to ask for paperwork, ask for repairs to be made, double check everything, get up on my own roof numerous times, clean up nails out of my yard, driveway, chicken coop, everywhere. I can’t imagine who else they’d screwed over.

All of the hassle and inconvenience of everything and all they’d offer was a $200 concession. I guess it’s something but big deal on a $13k roof. Oh and they’re ’married to the roof’ for their warranty. I want a divorce.

8 months later it’s finished. But it’s still pale green…

This will be my second roof installation in five years. This time I am working with Corey M, he has been outstanding and has gone beyond my expectations.

We are very very pleased with the work of Brandon J Roofing. From the very start our sales rep Max worked hard on getting our roof fixed and replaced. He kept in touch with us and always returned our calls . He went way above and beyond on getting the contractor to fix the structural damage of our roof; we need more people like Max!!! In my opinion, Max is employee of the year!!

I had my roof replaced in July 2025 from hail damage. I had three other roofing companies provide a quote. I went with Lance at Brandon J because I thought he was the most thorough and professional. I was very happy with their work and everything went very smooth. Sam was the project manager and he checked on the workers and me throughout the day on the project. I recommend using Brandon J. I can’t speak to the roofing aspect of this company, but I can say they are some great people. I got a flat on my truck in Ellisville the other day and Joe and Ryan stopped what they were doing and helped change my tire in the parking lot. I offered cash for their time and help, but they refused. Some really stand up guys.

I would never recommend this company. We had an awful experience for a simple roof, guttering and partial siding job. It took almost a year to the date to finish our project with one excuse after another.
1. Our roof was installed with the wrong color roofing shingles . They didn’t realize that it was wrong until I mentioned it. They ended up finishing the roof because rain was moving in. The correct roof wasn’t installed for another 3/4 weeks because they had to order the correct shingles. The roofing crew did an excellent job with the installation.
2. The guttering was shooting water horizontally from a downspout (that wasn’t correctly installed) during a heavy downpour. I sent a video and called our consultant and also called the main office. I received no response from either of them until 3 days later. We ended up having to repair it ourselves because the water was pooled around our foundation.
3. One side of our home was damaged due to hail. Brandon J told us that the whole house would need to be wrapped because our siding was no longer made. Our insurance company was able to locate our siding for us. Brandon J should have been able to accomplish that but I’m sure they were wanting a full house wrap $$.
4. It took a full year for our project to be completed. Once it was complete, I received an invoice for the final payment which was less than $1500. The statement said that payment was due with 14 days. Within 5 days of receiving the statement, I started getting texts inquiring about when I would be paying my bill. We waited a year for our project completion but within 5 days they were antsy about their payment.
5. The high pressure sales are the most ridiculous thing that I’ve ever experienced. I felt leery from the first contact with them and I should have went with my gut and sent them packing.

I will never use this company again nor will I ever recommend that anyone use them. RUN AND RUN FAST!!!

Also, the crew did fantastic clean up and Ben came back after them and did a thorough walk through and swept again for any nails.

At first they were very responsive and quick to come assess the damage done by the march storms, and that is why I chose them. I thought It was weird I had to commit that day, but this being my first ever claim I begrudgingly did so. From day 1 I told Ben Lampert, the salesman, that I wanted to add a ridge vent and keep the same style and color of shingles, but when it came to signing the contract he did not have any of the proper brochures and just tried to do a $1000 dollar up sell. After a few weeks he finally provided the right brochure and I told him the color on 4/24. On 5/15 joana calls asking for my shingle color because Ben never submitted the paperwork. I signed the change order that day. On 5/30 I called to get an update on installation date and Joana says I haven't picked a color and after confronting her with dates showing where I had emails and texts, she calls me back and blames me for not choosing the day of the contract signing. Keep in mind Ben Lampert still hasn't given me a price for installing a ridge vent, simple math of price per foot x linear feet.

After finally scheduling a delivery and Install date, they have to reschedule, which I understood due to all the rain this spring. I asked if the delivery would change too and I was told they would let me know in the morning. I received no call and came home to material in the driveway Instead of on the roof. Dan apologized and took care of the issue, which he gets 5 stars for.

The install started a day ahead of schedule, a minor inconvenience but nothing I couldn't deal with. They knocked the roof out in about 16 hrs, but the quality of craftsmanship is extremely sub standard. They installed vertical flashing where none was before slicing my siding and unloading extreme amounts of caulk. When I confronted Tim the site foreman he just said it was standard practice, so I asked why only 3 were done that way and not the 4th. I showed him other houses in next to mine where this was not done. He just stood firm with his industry standard line....

All in all this company or atleast the ones I've dealt with are horrible with communication and holding themselves accountable for their shortcomings. Hopefully the siding part goes smoothly. Word to the wise shop around and do research

Edit 1: 31 days after they collected the check and asking me to remove this review, they have still yet to follow through with making things right. I ask for updates and get told "asap" or "by Tomorrow "

Edit- I would not recommend Brandon J. They only do roofs which turned out to be a big problem. The siding and windows were dealt with by 2 separate companies which turned out to be the biggest pain ever. 2 stars for doing the roof reasonably well all else was something I will never repeat.

Update – July 2025
On March 14th, I experienced a hail and tornado event. I promptly contacted Brandon J to inspect my roof and, this time, assess damage to the siding. Luke visited my property, evaluated the situation, and assisted me in initiating an insurance claim.

During the inspection with my insurance adjuster, Luke was present & guided me through each step of the process. I also had the opportunity to work with other courteous and reliable Brandon J team members. While Luke managed the new roof and gutters, Scott coordinated communications with the insurance company and oversaw the siding project. I explored siding upgrade options & my wife and I ultimately selected James Hardie Siding, incorporating Scott’s suggestion of contrasting trim colors at the corners and adding black shutters for greater visual appeal.

The roofing and gutter work was completed first, followed by the siding installation. When it was time for the siding installation, Tim, our Project Manager, introduced himself and checked in daily until the project was complete. Both Tim & Scott consistently ensured the process went smoothly and that the installation crew had all necessary materials available.

Christian & his team of Hardie Siding installers were friendly, professional, & diligent. The final result looks excellent. I am highly satisfied with the work completed by Brandon J.

A Great Experience Working Thru a Major Issue

I Put “Needing a New Roof” Right up there with “Needing a Root Canal!” Not Looking Forward to either one of them but know it is something that Needs to be Done. My Wife had seen Brandon J Roofing on a Fox newscast and had me Looked into Reviews and the BBB concerning their reputation in the roofing industry. I was impressed, and Called and Scheduled a Roofing inspection.

A Very Professional Looking, Luke Robertson arrived in a Company Wrapped Truck. Luke Talked to us a Bit about Brandon J and then Headed to the roof for the inspection. He came back with the news I was expecting, but not wanting to hear. We indeed had roof damage! He was on the roof for at least 30+ minutes doing the inspection and taking pictures. Luke Helped in setting up the Insurance Adjuster Inspection date and promised he’d be at our house for said appointment to show him the damage personally as well as produce any pictures the adjuster wanted for his report.

Luke presented us with some very thought-out Brandon J Roofing marketing material. Luke also brought a sample book, for us to pick a Shingle color. This is where it got a little complicated because my wife and I had difference of Opinions on the color. We asked and Luke gave us his professional opinion. He then went a step further and gave us addresses of homes that had the colors we were interested in recently installed. We had a much easier time deciding and agreeing by seeing a full roof of the shingle color vs. a sample board. Four of the homes roofs we looked at were within 2 blocks of our home! Looks like we weren’t the only ones impressed with Brandon J Roofing and Luke!

The roofing team showed up bright and early on the designated day and began work immediately at sunrise. All Bushes by the house were covered in tarps. While we didn’t have much contact with the workers, all were courteous and polite when we did ask a question. Because of the tarps and shingles coming down from 2-stories, we stayed in the house whenever possible.

Being our Install appointment was on the first day after daylight savings ended, they needed to come back on Tuesday to finish. No worry though, because all trash and shingles were picked up and disposed of in their Trailer before they left. The old shingles were Not removed from the areas that they had to come back to finish. Thus, no worry about further damage to those areas if it rained overnight.

Everything was cleaned up and magnets were used to find all roofing nails that may have missed one of the tarps laid down. We are thoroughly Satisfied with the New Roof that Luke Robertson and Brandon J Roofing did for us!
