Received a new roof from this company after hail damage hit our region. Rob was so easy to work with and the process was seamless. They were helpful in helping me understand the ins and outs of insurance and communicated every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Insurance had this company put a new roof on due to hail damage early 2024. A few months later the chimney started leaking water into the living room around the flashing. I called them, they sent someone out to repair anything they missed, and the roof seemed to not leak any more. Well, it's leaking again, pretty badly this time. I have since contacted another company to come out and repair any faults in the roof since I no longer trust my roof to keep my house dry.

These guys worked on our apartment buildings roof very recently. So far so good on the roof, as for their professionalism and polite workers, they were great! Very considerate and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

They did an awesome job! They were professional, efficient and did what they said they would at the quoted price. We requested some changes and they accommodated us at a very fair price. We are very satisfied.

They were wonderful! Rob came out to my house next day after I had sent in a request for a bid. He talked me through multiple options and recommendations.

Zero pressure on the bid or sales and talked through what would be best for my budget and home.

The team came so fast, like five days later! The men working were kind and efficient getting my job done in one day. They also did a great job of containing the mess of roofing which is so hard to control since nails come out and little pieces, they caught almost everything and cleaned up after they were done.

10/10 recommend, it was an easy seamless process.

Hired by contractor during flip that we purchased in August 2020. Replaced entire flat roof with PVC material. Started leaking in April 2021. They tried to not find our job in their records saying they got a new system and can't honor their 25 year warranty. Since we never got the opportunity to see a receipt cause the contractor hired and paid for the job as part of our purchase negotiations, luckily our realtor tracked down copy of the check in our home purchase papers. After proving they did the job, they came out to fix it after a week of trying to get them to make an appointment. Finally came through is better than nothing .

The company came recommended from a realtor friend who had reported good experiences with other clients. I received a nice packet of info about the company which initially impressed me. The salesperson came out and was knowledgeable and recommended Gaco product for my roof and gave me what I thought was a very fair price. I had already talked to a couple other companies and felt comfortable so I signed an agreement on Nov. 1 2016. They said it would be a few weeks before install and products showed up on my roof shortly after. After the materials sitting on the roof for several weeks there was a truck at my house to take the products back, and the driver said it was too cold to do the job before winter was over. I was upset since I had been led to believe it would be done before it got too cold. I understand the product has temperature limitations, but it was a mild early winter and I was also told there were "two jobs ahead of mine" when I signed the agreement. I waited until the winter passed and weather was agreeable for the work. Again I called and was told there were "two jobs ahead". Waited and waited, called back and now there were "three large commercial jobs" ahead of me. Now in May of 17 still no installation date 6 months after signing contract. At no time did the company make an attempt to call me, I always had to call their answering service and wait for a return call. I found Schneider Roofing and they are doing the same work for the same price, and have a great reputation. Plus they actually showed up to do the work. I would never call this company again, they are disorganized and do not seem to care about the customer.

Great experience with the staff. Best pricing. I would love to give 5 stars, but we had asked the salesman for pricing on additional items once the room was completed (which was a fabulous experience); however, he never followed up with a price so we decided not to have the work done.

Premier Roofing replaced our roof two years ago. We were very happy with the roof and clean-up job. We had a couple of concerns after the job was completed. Premier Roofing came back to our house and immediately fixed the minor issues we had. The follow-up visits after the roof was done and paid for made us very happy. Good customer service.

Premier did our roof, siding, and gutters! Looks great, and did it all in a timely and professional fashion. Brian followed up after the completion to make sure we were totally satisfied!! Will continue to refer friends and family.
