Dave did an excellent job and was very responsive. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 was that we had a couple issues with the contractor. He did excellent work installing our basement windows, but didn’t do much to minimize dust and dirt. Didn’t do much to clean up after himself. However Dave took care of any issues we had and had a professional cleaning crew handle the clean up and he also took care of a few minor issues we had. I would use Home Perfect Exteriors again!

John facilitated the entire process working directly with our insurance provider from start to finish including handling supplemental claims made after the work started. John Collins and the Home Perfect team were great to work with on a major exterior project for our home. They followed up in a timely manner before, during and after the completion of the project. They were thoughtful in all of their responses to our questions and made sure we were happy at every step of the process. After significant damage from a tree, we had them replace our siding, soffits, fascia and gutters, and in the process, also updated the look of the front of our home, wrapping some dated scrollwork columns with much cleaner, modern look.

I had hail damage on my roof and John Collins approached me about getting in completely replaced due to the storm. I didn’t have much of an idea on the process but I trusted in John to take care of it and walk me through process along the way. He came out and took great photos and thoroughly laid out the plan moving forward what needed to be replaced with great detail. John was adamant about communicating with my insurance company with great integrity so it could be taken care of smoothly. Once it was all approved the crew had the roof done in a day and a half. I highly recommend Home Perfect Exteriors and John Collins for their great work and prompt delivery they promised. Even when you have no idea what the process entails, John will help your through it.

We had a leaking skylight that was causing water damage to the ceiling. They gave us a fair quote and replaced it in a reasonable amount of time. They also gave us a warranty, which you normally don't get with skylights. I was especially impressed with the work they did to fix the water damage. I'm attaching a photo here - you can't even tell there was anything going on with it before. We have another skylight in the same room and we'll definitely be going to Home Perfect to replace it when it goes.

Wes was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He takes pride in providing great assistance and doing the job to the customer's satisfaction. He makes sure that the work is done well as if it were his own house. He carefully reviews the details of the project so that the customer fully understands the work that will take place.

Home Perfect replaced our roof as well as helping us with other damages that occurred due to hail. We are very pleased with the work done. We own an older house that has some uncommon accessories. John Collins was able to work with our insurance to have some items covered that were not originally accounted for. I did not feel pressured to sign a contract before I had fully looked through the information and had my questions answered. The insurance company assessed damages before I contracted with Home Perfect. John went over the insurance bid, submitted addendums as needed, and kept me updated about the approval timeline.

The crew was quick and courteous. They worked into the evening completing the project in one day. Dave, the production manager, walked me through questions and changes that came during reroofing. John submitted insurance addendums for these changes after the work was complete.

As crazy as it sounds, the thing that was most important to me was that they were extremely responsive to my calls and/or text. Working in the Real Estate industry, I find many contractors do not stay on top of things and this was not the case with these guys. Home perfect exteriors always got back to me if they were not available at the time. Jack stayed on top of things with photos and helping with my insurance company. My roof is a Mansard style roof, so it is challenging for any roof company and as a result, many discussions were made about doing it in a way that l felt would last a long time, of course with their expertise. I must say the finished product is awesome.

I needed a new roof and John from Home Perfect Exteriors showed up , looked the roof over and then explained to me what needed to be done. He submitted an estimate shortly after his visit, which I accepted. A few days later John and Wes came by with samples. I picked one out and in less than two weeks the roofing job was completed. The installers were here early and put in more than a full days work. They cleaned up the area when finished and came back a day later to remove anything they left behind. The roofers took pictures so I could see the different stages of installation. Very interesting. Thanks to John and Wes for answering all of my questions and making the process easy(for me). Customer Service and Reputation Matter to HPE

If you want quality work and hassle-free pre- and post-installation coordination, choose Home Perfect Exteriors. You may pay a little more up front, but that enables the company to have staff available to thoroughly plan and coordinate each job and to provide service during their warranty period if something goes awry.

You may be wondering, “If HPE’s work is so great, why would warranty work be needed?” In our case, problems arose with the ridge vents we had chosen.

When we decided to replace our roof with impact-resistant 3-tab shingles with a 50-year life span, we discovered that our choices were limited to only one manufacturer which HPE typically does not use. Also, to validate that manufacturer’s decades-long replacement warranty, we used all the roof system components specified by that manufacturer.

Over a year after HPE installed our roof, we discovered that our ridge vents were flattening and pulling out. Once Jack inspected and concurred with our initial assessment, Dave began the process of coordinating with the manufacturer to replace them under warranty. Problems he encountered and overcame included: a different manufacturer with unique procedures; a different supply chain; and finding bundles of hip and ridge shingles for a roof color which has been discontinued. Dave called vendors all over the country until he located a sufficient number of bundles, then scheduled the replacement job. Johnny then came out and inspected the work to ensure that it was accomplished properly.

Other than submitting the initial photos via an email and then waiting, this process was painless for us. We also have the assurance that HPE works hard to cultivate and maintain satisfied customers. Easy to work with, reliable, and trustworthy, HPE is a great choice!

I contacted Home Perfect Exteriors and asked if they would come look at an issue we were having with the insulation under our bay window. Dave came out looked it over and offered several solutions. I asked for an estimate for them and he sent them within a day or 2. We made the decision to have to work completed and not only did he come out and do a stellar job. Roofers finished work in a day but have to come back the next day for another 2 hours. An inspection team member came on third day to make some fixes and took some more old nails from the ground for safety.

They were very easy to work with. I have a rental property 45 minutes away from my residence. They went to the rental, did the pre-claim inspection and verified there was damage. They met me at my residence to take care of the claim. They sent pictures of everything before and after the completion. Everything was taken care of and I never had to visit the property.
