From the first inspection, Dalton brought a mix of knowledge, transparency, and zero -BS that instantly set him apart. He didn’t push products and he listened, that’s rare. He walked me through every step like a true professional with drone photos and thorough explanations. By the time we signed, I felt more informed than I ever have on a home project. Had a great experience with gorilla roofing, this was my first time getting a new roof and dealing with an insurance company for a claim. John Guzman was very friendly and helped me though the whole process, he was there the day of the installation making sure everything went smoothly and contacting my insurance company for additional things they had to do to make sure I got everything I needed. The quality of work was great as well as the cleanup, next time I have any roofing needs I will definitely be using them again, thanks again John and the rest of the team.

We had a roof leak and tried to get many companies to return our call and Gorilla Roofing came through. They not only called back, John came out and couldn't see where the leak was coming from, so he sent out Matt who found two nail holes that were causing the problem!
He got up in our attic to look for extra shingles (that I thought we had), when we did not have extra he had some on his truck that were a close match and he got the shingles replaced. The whole process was very easy. Gorilla is not who placed the original roof,
but I know who I will have replace it when the time comes!

Gorilla roofing provides a very good service. Dalton is an excellent communicator and will give you an honest opinion of his findings. We had minor issues that were rectified and I am overall pleased with their service. I would call them again for any needs in the future.

We had locals come to bid our roof and they either didn’t get back with us or they would come look at our roof for 5 min and never answered our questions.
It took one call to gorilla roofers (Luke) and we got an immediate response. He came to looked at our roof a day later. He talked to my husband and answered every question and concern we had. Gorilla roofers have pride in their work and Luke was the best. I will always recommend Luke and the team!

Great experience for a roof repair and chimney flashing. Most companies don’t want to call back. Luke salesman is professional and thorough. Matt didn’t on-site work and kept me informed during the repair process.

My experience with Gorilla Roofing was above reproach. In particular Luke who spearheaded the entire process from beginning to the very end.The Gorilla Roofing team went out of their way to assist in navigating me with my less than desirable insurance company who by the way is history. Luke kept a watchful eye on the progress either by phone or actually coming to my home. Their labor force was efficient and hard working in the Missouri late summer heat. I would highly recommend them for your r oofing needs. Furthermore, they were recommended to me by my brother and sister whom have used them with great results. Tyler from Gorilla Roofing was very knowledgeable and helpful while dealing with my insurance company. The insurance company inspector canceled three times for various reasons at the last minute. But Tyler was there to explain to the inspector why there was more damage than the insurance inspector had put in his estimate, everytime. After finally getting the insurance company to agree to a full roof replacement, Gorilla Roofing handled the entire job from subcontractors to handle everything from the solar system to gutters and a replacement piece of siding. This was all fixed within a short amount of time. It took longer to deal with insurance than Gorilla Roofing took on the repairs. We will definitely call Gorilla Roofing for any further roofing issues! We have recommended Gorilla Roofing to several of our friends, family and neighbors.

It took less than a day, and the cleanup was phenomenal. Seriously, we haven't found a single nail on the ground! This is the worse roofing company I have ever dealt with, The show up the day your insurance company will be apprais your damages. The Company is a joke, I didn't hire them, I got 3 estimates.and every estimate was a lot cheaper than Gorilla Roofing, they offer you every, do yourself a favor, get 3 different estimates.

Tony and his crew are amazing. They go above and beyond the job you pay them to do. A little over a year ago they fixed my roof where 3 other companies failed to fix it. Then just a month ago I noticed some old shingle's that were sliding out (not even near where they worked the last time). I called them to look at it. Tony sent Tyler (I think) he just got on my roof and just fixed it. As long as they are in business no one else will touch my roof.

I had a guy named Chad come out to my house recently to check for roof damage. I’m always hesitant to do this because most of the roofers I’ve heard about just automatically tell you “you need a new roof” or “I can convince your insurance to pay for a new roof” and it always seemed a bit…sleasy…to me.
Not this guy. He was super professional, carried on a conversation with me like I was a real person, and got a feel for what exactly I THOUGHT the problem with my roof was, and then he went up and took a look.
He came down, told me there was minor damage but not the kind that would warrant an insurance claim. I appreciated that because my parents had been put through the wringer by another company a couple of years ago. The guy told them to call insurance, and insurance denied the claim after seeing very little damage.
Chad was great, and even though I didn’t get a new roof as a result of his visit, he’ll be the first guy I call after the next inevitable Midwest storm to hit my house.
He earned my future business, absolutely.

I have a 130 year-old house in the CWE. It has both a flat roof portion and a shingle portion.
I worked closely with Tyler on the estimating; the crew showed up each day, on-time, 3-days in a row. We had some specific site issues to address with missing clay-tile coping - and were able to work on a successful solution. The craftsmanship is solid. I recommend them for this type of residential project

Gorilla Roofing replaced the siding on my house and I couldn’t be happier! The crew was meticulous on the install. And Gorilla had someone onsite regularly checking the progress and worked with me to come up with a solution to a problem with how the existing soffits and fascia were installed that saved me from having to replace them. Such an awesome transformation!

LOVE this company. We had a leak on our flat residential roof that was slow and clearly small. NO one wanted to help us. I called at least 10 roofing companies over the course of 6 months. One even flat out told us our job was "too small to mess with". Matt came out and took a look and figured it out. He fixed it on the spot. THANK YOU so much. It feels so good to FINALLY check this off our list and we can patch the ceiling in our daughter's bedroom. We'll be calling again for sure if we need more help.

You people are really amazing, I can’t thank enough. I needed a roof inspection because my home inspector suspected moisture issues in the attic and required a professional assessment. Due to the depth of the attic and location of the spot, my home inspector couldn’t fully verify the situation. I reached out to several roofing contractors, but many were either too busy, with appointments booked for weeks, or asked me to wait until after I purchased the home. Despite knowing it was just an inspection related to my home purchase, this company had their contractors on my roof within four hours of my call. They addressed all my questions without charging a fee and provided peace of mind by confirming that no issues were found. Their prompt and generous service is truly impressive, and I firmly believe they have a bright future ahead. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

Had couple different people have work done to roofs one lady was totally ripped off and roof still leaking and broke her ventilation pipe and covered it up other couple those poor people is all I can say this is a down right rip off company and changes prices in middle of job also leaves work very undone

The came and bid on my aunts trailer for the roof tht bid 16,000 for it and in this process thr workers fell thru her roof 5 different times and broke her sewer pipe thy fixed the holes thy fell thru but the sewer pipe is still leaking gasses and the holes all ha e texture so now thr flat in the beginning these people know my aunt was disabled and had caretakers but still processed with having her sign documents to have the and now wants her to sign a sign of release form so he can just walk away and instead if just putting on a real trailer roof h tore off the original one and put a new one instead of putting a roof over roof like the trailer should of had put down

Gorilla roofing is awesome! The day after a damaging storm came through our neighborhood, Tyler came by and gave us a free and honest assessment of what all needed to be replaced on the top and sides of our home. Throughout the entire process, he and Ben were easily able to be contacted with regard to any questions I had or with any updates on the work that was being done week-by-week. These guys even came right over when I discovered a patch in my kitchen ceiling that had become soaked with water shortly after they repaired the roof. Turns out it was a leaky toilet wax ring in one of our upstairs bathrooms, yet these guys went ahead and not only diagnosed the problem, which was completely unrelated to any work they were doing on the roof and siding, but even went so far as to cut out the damaged portion of the ceiling and leave behind one of their buckets to continue catching the water that was falling down from the toilet every time it was flushed until I eventually got around to repairing it. In short, these guys are great! I will go through them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks me who to go through for roof repairs.

Chad Haley from Gorilla roofing came by this morning to inspect our roof because we were seeing water damage. He arrived promptly and communicated efficiently. He took the time to explain everything that he found, and how it could impact us in the future. While we do not need a new roof at this time when we do we will certainly be using this company.

The real dream team! We noticed roof damage from all of the hail in the area. I had heard of Gorilla roofing through friends so I gave them a call. Tyler was over there immediately and was on the roof looking at the damage. He was so helpful and professional and he walked us through the damage he saw and showed us pictures he had taken in the roof. He also showed us other spots on the house that we didn’t see had damage. We talked about our options going forward with them and they were on it. Tyler kept in contact with us as we were replacing the roof while going under contract to sell our home. We did most of the communicating via phone as we moved out of state. Tyler made sure to send us pictures of everything when it was finished and gorilla did all of the work with the insurance company for us. It was the easiest process to have a new roof put on. They came up and down my street after a bad hailstorm, and were very friendly. I had them up on my roof while I was cleaning the gutters and said that I would be interested but need time to decide. Not 2 days later I'm now getting calls everyday from different roofing companies asking about my roof. 10 different companies now saying they want to fix my roof and won't leave me alone.

Update 2: (8 months later) STILL Getting roofing calls with the information I gave to this company. No other company or service did I get this info to, nor can it be looked up for it is under a different name than I gave. This company sells your info!

Update: (3 months later) To this day I'm getting calls about my roof and other home repair items from random companies. The reason for my belief that my info is being sold/leaked from this company/salesman is because They were the only ones I've given my info with this number. Plus my name is not tied to the house, so there is no other way that I would be getting First name solicitor calls asking about "my" house.

I got a call today about it reminding me it's still happening since that day. Went up to 2 stars for attempts of communication of reconciliation.

I contacted Chad with a roofing emergency at our business in Wentzville and he was able to literally have a crew repairing it in less than 3 hours the night before another storm! Top Notch customer service and knowledge! You do not find the work ethic that these guys have anymore! I'm so impressed! Thank you!

Highly recommend this roofing company. Their sales rep, Ben, helped me through my entire insurance claim process. Once it was time to install the roof, they were prompt and extremely professional. I had another company come out and say I needed a whole new roof. I called gorilla roofing due to a friend's recommendation and Chad came out the same day to look at my roof. He advised me that my roof was fine and I didn't need any work done. Chad was super Professional and gave me peace of mind for someone who is solely paid off commission the fact that he'd rather be honest than make a sale says enough about his character and how this company does business to merit a 5 star review. I will be using them again if needed.

My husband and I are so happy with our siding, gutters, fascia and soffits. The whole team as been fantastic. From start to finish. The salesman Josh, was so helpful with helping us decide what to get, he took his time with us. We did not feel pressured at all, and he had so many great ideas. Then the team of installers were fantastic, polite and cleaned up everything. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I was having problems with my roof leaking into my living room. It was starting to do some substantial damage to the drop ceiling panels every time it rained. I called a local roofer to try to fix the damage. They came out and patched the area where it was supposedly leaking. Two weeks later, I had to call them out again because the roof still leaked.

There had recently been some hail damage on roofs in my area, so I finally decided to get my insurance company involved. They sent someone out to inspect for hail damage. He was on my roof for a total of around 10 minutes. He said there was no damage ... claim denied.

I was told about Gorilla Roofing from a friend's family member. They typically service the O'Fallon, St. Charles, MO area ... I am in the Belleville, IL side. I called Tyler and spoke to him about my issue. He drove over to do an inspection. He spent over and hour taking pictures and doing a full inspection on my roof AND gutters, down spouts, windowsills, etc. He circled all damage with orange chalk. And YES there was hail damage.

Tyler then went to bat for me and contacted my insurance company and arranged a meeting for another inspection, with him present. They came to the conclusion that there WAS hail damage and honored the claim.

We then set an appointment to have my shingles replaced. The crew showed up, along with Ben, their boss. Everything was finished within a day, and they cleaned up after themselves very well. Ben explained to me exactly where he thought the leaking was coming from ... and he was right ... it was not where the previous roofing company patched. We've had lots of rain since the installation, with no leaks.

Bottom line, Gorilla Roofing, especially Tyler and Ben, have been very friendly and courteous. I've never had a company step up to the plate for me like they did. This company is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Clean, quick, worth every penny. I have never had to replace a roof before. Anthony came out talked to my family and I about our options, no pressure, just information. I called Gorilla Roofing after noticing missing shingles on my roof after a couple days of severe winds in the area. I spoke with Anthony, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I called in the evening, and he was out the next day. He did an inspection, called with the results, and we were able to work out a deal quickly over the phone. Repairs were made and completed in the same day. Anthony provided updates throughout the day. I could not even tell someone had been at the house to do work, everything was cleaned up and looked great. I would highly recommend Anthony and the rest of the team for any roofing needs.

I heard great things about this company so figured I would give them a shot. Would first like to say this was a extremely fast, easy, great communication and a stress free process. We had a new roof installed about a year ago by another company. After our new roof was installed, every time there was heavy rain, the chimney would leak. Anthony came by and within minutes, knew what was causing the leaks. He provided a reasonable estimate to make the repairs and was meticulous with his approach.
