WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH EVER.

Our HOA hired them to fix our condos after the tornado on May 16. Over the course of 6-8 weeks, literally nothing got done. For anybody. They hadn’t even ordered materials yet the last I had heard. One of the employees, Bob, was incredibly rude and disrespectful to everyone who interacted with him. On our first collective call together the president (owner?) said their biggest problem was dealing with us. Absolutely unacceptable to start a call off blaming your clients instead of giving meaningful answers on a timeline (something we never really got). Their communication was absolutely awful. Bob named himself as the point of contact and would never respond to anyone, ever. We would go weeks without any update whatsoever on any of our units, no responses to emails, nothing. When a fellow resident attempted to offer another potential solution to the communication problem, Bob responded “It’s 2025, everyone should know how to use an email”. YES THEY SHOULD BOB, WHATS YOUR EXCUSE? The communication problem eventually got so bad that the president of our HOA couldn’t even get in contact with them. They also had a newer employee with them, who seemed nice but clearly was in over his head with a job this big who they proceeded to blame everything on on another call, which was super unprofessional and strange. Last week our HOA finally decided to let them go as a partner, a decision that couldn’t have come soon enough. So here we are, 8 weeks later, and no one even has a timeline on when they could move back, no meaningful work done on any of the units, and a lot of frustration.

Frontenac might be fine for smaller jobs, they may be damn good at roofing, but they were in way over their heads here and instead of admitting that and walking away or taking actual accountability for their port decisions, they deflected, blamed residents and one of their new employees, and were genuinely terrible to deal with the entire time. Steer clear of your job will take them out of their comfort zone, you won’t like the results.

They are super professional and will get you handled the right way. They will work with your insurance to make sure you get the correct repairs. I would not trust anyone else with my work on home repairs. Great company all around!

This company has some very unprofessional crew members. Extremely disrespectful. We had an experience with them today earlier in the day. At the tornado site in forest park. The crew member started yelling very disrespectful things toward another company’s crew members and even the homeowners. Called the company to file a report and never hear back from them. Just remember that your crew members are what represent the company.
