I drove from Albany, NY to purchase a Jetta from this dealership on January 24th, 2024. Robert Lewis and I had been in contact via email for a week as he kept me up-to-date on any work that they performed. Upon arriving on site, Robert was both kind and professional. The service department was helpful in scheduling a good time for the 30,000 service on my Alltrack. The email and text reminders were helpful. At Rutland VW, the service department was clear in explaining the work to be done, and afterwards, explaining what the mechanic found. The "all points inspection" video was a new experience for me and was great. The mechanic was thorough in following up on a brake squeaking sound I've heard.

I live in Saratoga, but this is my 2nd time buying in VW Rutland, always willing to help and they help me to get the model and color that I want

Jim Heilner, our salesperson, was fantastic. He was knowledgable on both Audi and VW (we bought two cars from him within 30 days..), fun to work with, pleasant, and detail orientated. In short, I would purchase another vehicle from him without hesitation.

I feel like the 2022 ID.4 is an experimental car, which is not the service organizations fault. The catastrophic warnings I received driving the car didn't even show up on the history when they down loaded the codes. A warning like "electrical system failure! stop the car! " times 5, didn't even show up? What does this mean? Is this car "alright?" This car is an important tool to me, and if it fails to keep going, its going to be huge problem. I like the service organization at the Rutland VW Audi, what little contact I have had with them. I ended up using Rutland VW service instead of Lebanon VW because Lebanon suggested I do that, Lebanon said they were backed up a month.

Everything was clearly explained and so easy! Much appreciated! And I really appreciated the ride to work but even more appreciated dropping my car off. Made getting to and from work so much easier. Thank you!

I was seen promptly and the work was completed well. The only thing I would add (minor)) is that the settings were not the same when I picked up the car. Amanda was helpful in restoring my preferences.

Andrew Sammis and his staff run a top notch sales team. Very helpful. Financing was a great experience as well.

They did my servicing very quickly and offered a shuttle service to a local restaurant. Sue explained in detail what they did and why it was important. Even though it was a 2.5 hour drive for me, I will definitely be going back for my routine servicing.

Sue Johnson was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding the repair of our VW Golf. Everyone we were in contact with at Rutland VW were extremely helpful. We will be back to purchase a new car when it is time to do so.

I called with an issue I was hoping to resolve prior to our upcoming road trip. Kate was able to speak with the techs and squeeze me in on the next afternoon! Unfortunately resetting the module didn’t work but they have ordered a new module and will call me as soon as it arrives. I appreciate everyone’s efforts!

Purchased a brand new 2022 VW Taos in July of 2022. Rotors are extremely poor quality, and/or poor assembly. Either way, 15K into this vehicle and we now have to shell out money to fix a problem Volkswagen of Rutland won’t stand by or help out with. Embarrassing. Go somewhere else, buy something else.
