Jim Faulk Nissan ripped off a fire survivor family. We paid almost $6000 to have a new transmission about 7 months ago. After 7 months of use the “new” transmission went out. I asked them to fix it and they refused. The GM, Danny, tried to sell us a different car and told us he wasn’t putting a new transmission in our car. Then he bragged that he donated 8 figures to Lahaina fire survivors. However he ripped us off for almost $6000 of money we spent to have a reliable vehicle. They kept our car for 4 weeks while considering his decision then said he wouldn’t help us. He said it wasn’t his issue to deal with that Nissan sold us a faulty part even though Jim Faulk sold and installed it.

I have been a Jim Falk Nissan customer for more than 10 years. I give Sales manger George a 5 Star rating. We had a great conversation which ended with me purchasing my fourth vehicle. There is not enough words that can describe how great the Jim Falk Nissan experience is from sales to the service team.

Everyone is so nice and down to earth! Best car buying experience I have ever had. I totally recommend buying from Jim Falk Nissan!

No one in the Nissan service department was able to help answer a simple question I have about a transmission flush mileage recommendation over the phone. Read my manual to find out my answer before calling but wanted to speak with a professional on it to see if my car needs the service on it or not at this time. Called multiple times, was put on hold for over 10 minutes and then sent to voicemail 3 times as well as to the “GSM” who I also got sent to vm. I did leave a message and still no call back. Multiple failed attempts to speak with a tech or advisor. Im assuming they know nothing about anything there if that simple question can’t even be answered. I’m sure if I wanted to buy a car there someone would pick up the phone or call me back real quick! Horrible Service and would not recommend them to anyone!

Tehani is amazing she went above and beyond! I just purchased my very first new car and she was so patient explaining everything. The whole team is awesome!

Had my car serviced this week. Ryan at the service desk provided exceptional customer service, all smiles with zero upselling of unnecessary services. The evaporator needed to be replaced, which was a lengthy process, but Ryan communicated well the whole time through pickup. Mahalo Ryan for getting it done, as always!

Ryan has been my service advisor for my last three rugs I purchased from Jim Volk Nissan. He’s always he’s always very helpful and polite and is able to answer all my questions and if he doesn’t know he finds out how to help. Just damn I couldn’t figure out how to put my new rogue into neutral and he went above and beyond to sit in the car and show me how to put it in neutral so I’m able to take it through the car wash.
